An absolute 10/10 stay! 🌟 Tucked away on quiet residential streets, this beautiful home was the perfect retreat. The facilities were top-notch, but what really made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. The hosts made us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived—they even welcomed us with a plate of delicious, freshly washed and prepped fruit! You can tell they speak and host straight from the heart. Such a truly welcoming family. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We absolutely loved our time here! Both bedrooms were wonderfully comfortable and the AC worked like a charm, making for amazing nights of sleep. The only minor addition that would take this place from fantastic to absolute perfection—especially during peak summer when Marrakech hits 40°C—would be AC in the main living room so the kids can chill out comfortably during the hottest hours. Overall, an incredible stay and we’d love to come back!

I proprietari sono persone splendide. molto accoglienti, gentili e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Consigliatissimo al 100%, torneremo sicuramente!

Absolutely amazing apartment, room for 8 adults and 2 children. Very well equipped and has a grand balcony. Supermarket, restaurants and fast, clean, air conditioned public transport within 10 minutes walking distance. We had a great time, the hosts were perfect.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella struttura, sono stati molto gentili ed ospitali. La casa è veramente spaziosa ed accogliente molto apprezzata per il prezzo pagato. Purtroppo è un po' lontana dal centro ma questo non ci ha creato troppi problemi, è molto facile prendere i taxi. Posto davvero consigliato

L'unico problema che mi sento di riscontare è la doccia, poiché aveva una temperatura troppo variabile (o troppo calda o troppo fredda), ma nel complesso non mi sento di aggiungere altre critiche, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Da wir im Dezember dort waren, war es dementsprechend kalt aufgrund der Größe der Räume. Es gab zwar ein kleines Elektroheizgerät, welches allerdings regelmäßig die Sicherungen rausfliegen ließ.

Les matelas sont extrêmement dur a notre goût, propreté pas a la hauteur de l'appartement.

Nothing! There was nothing to like. The WORST place I have stayed in. The worst location. Very cold building. Dogs barking all night. No heating in the lounge! Kids got ill. Had to urgently book elsewhere the next morning!! If I could give -10 I would!!!

Online reviews and pictures are very misleading!! There was a washing machine in one of the toilets, which you could not get around to use the toilet! Toilets not clean!

The accommodation was very clean, located in a quiet area. The kitchen has everything needed. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Super mooi appartement, heel netjes en schoon! De eigenaresse was ontzettend aardig en flexibel, echt top service. We voelden ons helemaal thuis!

Fantasztikus családi fogadtatás. Késett a gépünk, ennek ellenére vártak bennünket. Egy nagy gyümölcskosarat kaptunk, hétközben pedig finom házi tortával leptek meg. A lakás hatalmas, minden megvan benne, amire szükségünk volt. A házigazdák kedvesek, segítőkészek voltak, ha szükségünk volt valamire. 10 perces sétával egy nagy bevásárló központ elérhetö, ahol mindent lehet kapni. Tiszta szívből ajánljuk!

Egy kicsit távol van az óvárostól, taxira van szükség,. Éjszakánként zavaró kutyaugatás. Ezeket tudtuk előre, nekünk így nem okozott gondot.

Tout était absolument parfait, de l’accueil en passant par la flexibilité ou bien la douceur de notre hôtesse qui s’est plié en 4 pour nous offrir la meilleure expérience possible. Le logement est spacieux, très bien situé, extrêmement propre et très bien équipé ! Tout était absolument parfait !

Staff is friendly, but we found spiders, no airco in the living room. Also a smell in the bathroom and really old. We could not sleep there, so we had to go to another place. How can this be more rated than a 5 star hotel?

We loved eveything about the place. It was a big place for even four adults. Location was excellent and the place was very clean. Most importantly our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We would like to thank our hosts Mrs. Majida and Mr. Raschid. They are very hospitable, you feel like they are part of family. I give a 10 for cleanliness, a 10 for the area, and the kindness of the owners. Thank you very much again. We would love to stay at this place if we visit Marakkech again and we would very highly recommend to others.

The Oranger family house is a family-oriented home situated in a clean nice area in Marrakech with many facilities( shops, restaurants, amusement park) nearby. We were a family of 6 all women(kids and moms) travelling together. The host Um Tariq and hajja were absolutely lovely people. They made sure we were comfortable in their spacious house. Um Tariq also arranged a driver company that worked with them so throughout the trip we would visit different places in comfort and a safe manner. They had a lovely terrace that we would use at night to have a rest and a teatime. We had a lovely time there and enjoyed nice conversations with Um Tariq. We definitely recommend this home.

Where do I start! Tarik Mama and Abdel Rashid welcomed me and my family into the Oranger Family Home with such love and made us feel at home straight away, the villa was so grande, clean and spacious. Absolutely stunning. Thank you Oranger Family House

What a wonderful stay we had at Oranger Family House. Beautiful location and apartment. Very spacious and clean. The hosts Mrs Majida and Mr Abdul Rasheed were incredibly friendly and hospitable; we were given a warm welcome with freshly brewed Moroccan mint tea and delicious biscuits. They went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and nothing was ever too much to ask. We probably were not prepared well enough to expect the coldness of winter in Morocco, but the hosts provided plenty of blankets and the AC machines provided a heater mode. There are 2 private bedrooms both with a double and single bed in each. Then there is plenty more space to sleep on the sofa beds in the living space. This apartment can accommodate plenty of people! The apartment is a short walk from the shopping plaza where you can find restaurants, a huge supermarket and some retail stores. Overall we had a lovely stay and will be back again one day insha'Allah 😊

It’s more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the pics. Awesome and helpful hosts. Clean, calm, the patio is lovely. If you have a car stay here.

The door in bedroom next to patio does not close. Can become an issue for people who want privacy. It was not an issue for us.

The property is in an excellent location, conveniently accessible from the city center and perfect for day trips to nearby areas. The host was exceptional—friendly and welcoming. Upon our arrival to collect the keys, we were warmly greeted with fresh mint tea and traditional Moroccan desserts, which made for a delightful and inviting experience. The apartment features a spacious living area where our entire family could comfortably relax, as well as a beautiful terrace that added to the charm of our stay.

The bathroom facilities could use some improvement. With a group of nine people and only one bathroom with a shower, it was a bit challenging to manage. However, aside from this, everything else was excellent.

The host and his mother were incredible and very kind to us. They brought us traditional food and tea that made staying there a pleasure. The home itself was beautiful and close enough to a shopping centre and a bus route into the city centre.

Exceptionally kind host who helped us arranging taxi and even printed our boarding passes! The flat is very spacious and clean, comfy beds, nice terrace. Kitchen could be better equipped, but we managed to cook our lunch. Silent and safe neighborhood very much wanted after visit to hectic medina. I will certainly recommend it.

Al Hajja and Al Haj were there waiting for us to give us the keys. they are so nice and friendly they offered us a plat of Moroccan sweet the place is so big and clean. We enjoyed the stay I wish if we could never leave the place thanks for your hospitality 😍

It was an amazing place to stay! The apartment is presented with breathtaking decor and a huge space. The landlord/landlady were very hospitable which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We are a family of four and stayed at this property for three nights. The hosts provided an exceptional service making the experience memorable. This place is very spacious and closely resembles the pictures in the listing. This was our first visit to Morocco and our flight was reaching late night so the hosts arranged an airport pickup at very reasonable price. We ended up using the same taxi service throughout our stay in Marrakech. Hosts greeted us with mint tea and cookies even though we reached the place close to midnight. There are a number of great restaurants and other places within half a mile from the property.

Marrakech consists of two parts - new city and old city. This property is in the new city and it is around 5 miles from the old city center. We needed a taxi throughout our stay since most of the tourist activities are in the old city. Kitchen and utensils are a bit dated but it didn't matter to us since we just made tea in the morning.

Clean,quiet, comfortable,plenty of appliances, towels, toilet paper,etc. The staff makes you feel that’s your own house,they do everything possible to fulfill anything you need. I strongly recommend this beautiful property for all families looking for something special.

Everything was just perfect!! They were so so nice and they really treated us as their children!! We really appreciated the way we were treated and welcomed! So far our best stay in Morocco in 14 days. Super friendly family. Tarik (the owner) have great sense to solve all your issues. Amazing kitchen equipment. So clean and well prepared. . So many tv chanels as well.. 🙂 Safe area. Great position. Only 10 min drive to the famous Majorelle gardens, 15 min to the night souk... You ll be sorry if you ll miss such place

Lovely quiet neighbourhood. The flat was clean and very spacious. Bedrooms are big and the living room is huge. Plenty of space available to relax when you get back after a long tiring day. Grocery shops are 5 mins walking distance and there are lots of cafes and restaurants around. The owner of the property met us when we arrived at the property. They are very kind and friendly host. Their son, Tariq told us about the nearby places to go. They even put us in touch with a tour/taxi guys who was genuinely nice as well. He took us to places we would have struggled to visit with little kids. We had high expectation from this place after reading all the reviews and I must say it met/exceeded our expectations. Recommended for anyone travelling in groups.

Fantastic stay. Lovely quiet neighbourhood.. We had a car rental so we got to the centre in 15 mins. Easy parking outside the house.. The house ower Tarik is a very pleasant host. Our flight was delayed and we arrived 2 hours late to the accommodation. They were understanding and they recieved us with a smile..and a lovely bowl of fruit was left for us... Very elegante and impressive living room. And satélite tv. Would definitely recommend for families..Loads of space...

Little Palace in Marrakesh. what you see what you get. very friendly owner she couldn't do enough for us. Mr tarek told us all about the nice places to go , places to eat places to visit ,suggested taxi driver he can take us around. my wife also left had favorites outfits there they even posted to us .what a wonderful little find .we will definitely be back .thank you to the lovely staff we will see you soon..
