لقد كان المكان نظيفاً ويحتوي على كل المستلزمات مما أنه كان قريباً من محطة المترو 6 دقائق مشياً على الأقدام ويبتعد عن حي بلاكا في المترو محطتين فقط كما أن المنطقة مخدَّمة وجميلة قد تعاني قليلاً في الحصول على موقف في المنطقة يمكنك البحث في المنطقة لعدد قليل من الدقائق وستجد موقفاً قريباً

Η τοποθεσία. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο.

Δεν λειτουργουσε το wi-fi ουτε τα κανάλια της τηλεόρασης. Επικοινώνησα με τον ιδιωκτήτη το πρωί και μου απάντησε μετά από 8 ώρες οτι θα λύσει το πρόβλημα το επόμενο πρωί. Το πρόβλημα δε λύθηκε ποτέ.

Σου δίνει την αίσθηση ερασιτεχνισμού και προχειροδουλειάς Μάλλον ήταν ένα σπίτι που κατοικούνταν αλλά ποτέ δεν ανακαινίστηκε πραγματικά για να δοθεί προς χρήση βραχυχρόνιας μίσθωσης Οι πόρτες του ντουζ είναι γεμάτες άλατα και έτοιμες να πέσουν, είχαν αφήσει χρησιμοποιημένα εδώ και μήνες υπολείμματα σαμπουάν και αφροντουζ, η τηλεόραση δεν παίζει ελληνική τηλεόραση, δεν έχει δύο καρέκλες μπαλκονιού να κάτσεις λίγο έξω, σε πολλά σημεία όπως στο μπάνιο υπάρχει σκόνη και δεν είναι καθαρά, το τηλέφωνο του ντουζ είναι γεμάτο άλατα, γράφουν ότι προσφέρουν Πάρκιγκ και εννοούν ότι μπορεί κανείς να παρκάρει ελεύθερα στο δρόμο, (αυτό το ξέραμε ήδη), αυτό συνιστά παραπλάνηση πελάτη, μου είπαν ότι θα μου προτείνουν ένα δυο πάρκινγκ κοντά αλλά ο υπάλληλος δεν το έκανε ποτέ και έπρεπε να ψάχνω για ένα στις 2 τα μεσάνυχτα, δεν είχαν αφήσει ούτε ένα νερό στο ψυγείο όπως συνηθίζεται να καλωσορίσουν τον πελάτη - τα air conditioning τουλάχιστον λειτουργούσαν πολύ καλά!

Everything was great about this place! And the host made the experience 10times better!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά βρωμικο. Υπήρχαν παντού τρίχες και σκόνη.

Τοποθεσία, καθαριότητα , διακόσμηση.

Δεν υπήρχαν σκεύη κουζίνας επαρκή. Η κουζίνα χρειάζεται εξοπλισμό αν κάποιος πρέπει να μείνει πάνω από δύο τρεις μέρες .

Room was clean and well equipped, close to public transport but also 25 minutes walk to centre. Quiet neighbourhood. We parked car 2 streets away so it wasn't that bad.

Shower door was not working, sofa in living room is not comfortable for sleeping.

location close to Metro station, just 2 stop to city center, quite area and good for family, there is all you need around.

Located in a silent place but also close to the akropolis and other touristic spots whick is around 1,5 kilometres. We didn't use but also convenient for public transportation. Apartment is comfortable and silent.

Stylish ground floor apartment with only a few steps up from the entrance . Good location . Tram 6 will take you to Eden where there is a nice beach with a very good restaurant and a laid back beach bar. Easy access to Plaka both walking and by tram or Metro

It’s a very nice apartment: modern and attractive, spacious and comfy, fairly well equipped. I appreciated the balconies and washing machine. It’s a pretty quiet location close to metro and tram stops, with a few shops and cafes nearby, and easy to get to the city center and the beach. The host was gracious to allow a slightly earlier checkin and offer assistance with heavy luggage up the few stairs. He was responsive to questions as well.

The shower is super tight (even for me, and I’m tiny). The host was helpful in resolving a few issues like internet connectivity problem with the smart TV, figuring out how to use the stovetop, and providing some basics that had run out.

Lovely sized apartment, comfortable and contemporary, every thing you need is there. It is in a great location.

The only let down is the shower, too small cubicle. i turned around and caught the temp handle an quite badly scalded my back. The whole neighborhood heard me scream. But apart from that, great place in great location.

I couldn’t rave enough about this place! Highly recommended! Walking distance to a bakery, grocery, pharmacy and Neos Cosmos station. I highly recommend this to anyone!

NOTHING!

A nice comfortable apartment with a very comfortable bed. It was a bit dark due to being on the ground floor and having trees and bushes outside the main window. If these were cut back it would make the balcony more usable especially if some chairs were provided. The kitchen was equipped like most in Greece - one large saucepan and one small pot for making Greek coffee and not much more. The area is quiet and not that far from the Acropolis and other sites but may be a bit commercial for some people as there are a lot of car repair places around here. We were actually taking our car to one of them so the location was ideal for us. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk and a Sklavenitis supermarket 2 mins away. Parking was okay. Communication with the host was good but we never actually met him. Most of the information we needed was provided in advance but it would have been helpful to have some information about the cooker as we were unable to get any of the rings to heat up.

We stayed 8 days in the apartment and were very pleased with everything. First of all it was perfectly clean, which is important, the bed was already made. We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything, so we enjoyed cooking breakfast. It was nice to drink coffee on the balcony near blooming orange trees which smelled so good. The location is perfect, it is walking distance to all the main sights and 3 minutes walking to tram and metro. Nearby there are few supermarkets to buy food and number of restaurants to taste local cuisine. Check in was easy, we've received all the instructions. So we can highly recommend the place to stay in Athens.

Great location, close to metro and tram

My family really enjoyed their stay. It was very close to transport and shops etc. Getting into the property was very easy and the communication was very good between the host and my family. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking at it.

The instructions were not really clear, making the door stand out would help.

Quiet, washing machine, full kitchen, good access to transit, two blocks from grocery store.

Americans are not used to turning hot water heater on - especially at the electrical panel. After 24 hours, and a couple of breath-stopping cold showers we finally got a picture of which button to push.

Air conditioning!.. And everything else you could need! Great to have Netflix, plenty of kitchen facilities and washing facilities. Brilliant!
