Jingli Hongyizhan Hotel Beijing Sanlitun

The staff were lovely. We mainly communicated with a translation app. The room was spacious and clean. There was free freshly brewed coffee and tea in the lobby. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and food shops nearby.

It was a little far from the main attractions. About 15 minutes walk to the nearest train subway but easy to get around using Didi.

It was clean and nice. The staff at the front desk can't speak English but it was easy to communicate with them thanks to their friendliness.

Although I put a DnD notice on the door, the staff still went in for cleaning. I found that really awkward.

Que las personas de recepción me ayudaron a cambiar de habitación y la ayuda del personal.

Cuando llegué me dijeron que había reservado una habitación muy pequeña. Yo reservé una habitación individual porque viajaba sola. Estas habitaciones, están en un edificio a parte del hotel donde hay que subir unas escaleras (mal para llevar maletas) y cuando vi la habitación, no entraba ni yo ni mi maleta a la vez. Después me ofrecieron una habitación que sí estaba en el hotel y era demasiado grande para una persona sola (por supuesto pagando más, pero eran solo +20€/ noche). Esta habitación gigante estaba en la salida de emergencia, con lo que no me sentía segura y además, era vieja. Los chicos de recepción me dijeron que China es muy seguro, cosa que es totalmente cierta, pero no quería estar en esa habitación apartada. Al día siguiente, después de no dormir solicité en recepción una habitación y por fin me dieron lo que yo pensaba que había reservado; Una habitación con baño y una cama normal y corriente y que estaba en el edificio del hotel y en el pasillo. Esta habitación estaba muy bien. No me ha gustado, que viajando sola, no me avisaran con tiempo del tipo de habitación que te ofrecen, ni que haya fotos reales de este tipo de habitación.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Mimo że nie posługują się językiem angielskim to za pomocą tłumacza robili wszystko co w ich mocy aby skutecznie się z nami skontaktować. Lokalizacja hotelu względem centrum jest bardzo dobra, ale trzeba uważać żeby dobrze trafić - Mapy Google pokazują złe położenie. Pokoje były czyste i zadbane.

Duży minus to wprowadzenie gości w błąd w kwestii śniadania. Mimo że na stronie jest informacja, że takowe jest dostępne, hotel nie oferuje takiej usługi. Przestrzeń wspólna i pokoje niosą ślady użytkowania - przydałby się generalny remont. Warto też zadbać nad zachowaniem ciszy na korytarzach hotelu w trakcie nocy. Niestety często się zdarzało że inny goście godzinami krzyczeli na korytarzach, bez żadnych konsekwencji. Ponadto, obsługa hotelu ma również problemy z prawidłowym wystawieniem faktury dla gości z Europy.

Хотелът е на много удобна локация, в близост до гарата в Пекин.

Банята има параван от матирано стъкло, но тоалетната е отделена от стаята с прозрачни стъкла, което определено е смущаващо. В стаята беше хладно, но климатикът не успя да я затопли. Завивките бяха топли и по-студената стая в случая не беше голям проблем. Липсва упътване на английски за дистанционните за климатика и телевизора.

A localização

O hotel estava lotado e quando chegámos não tinham disponível o quarto que reservámos, na receção tentaram convencer-nos a cancelar a nossa reserva e pagar mais por um quarto maior. Quando dissemos que não queríamos disseram que então iriam oferecer-nos um um upgrade grátis. O quarto cheirava imenso a tabaco.

Staff

The elevator does not work with the room card. A receptionist must come and select the floor you want, even if it is the floor of your room. There is no fridge in the room. The lighting is poor.

Hotel location is relatively close to Dongzhimen metro and bus hub - walking distance but you'd better rent a bike if you can. Hotel was very clean and I was very satisfied with the room. Perfect for a 3-4 days hub to explore Beijing and the Great Wall.

Some of the furniture in the room was visibly used but it was so clean that we didn't mind. Some of the receptionists do not speak English, but they are very helpful anyway and discuss via translator apps.

The customer service was horrible the stuff barely help you you the one that got to get their attention or else you get ignore at all time

Bed was comfortable

Entire floor and room reeked of cigarette smoke, I put the do not disturb sign on my door and they kept entering my room daily until I told the cleaning lady not to. They tried to charge me more to be in the building I booked

The location is great and the staff is very helpful.

Everything was perfect. Very good location — just a 6-minute walk from Dongzhimen station. The best place to stay if you want to visit the Great Wall of China (Mutianyu section). Big and spacious rooms.

staff werde very nice. building a bit old beds great location fine, but far from the metro I got an upgrade you hear noise on the streets and you hear also your neighbours.

Good location for exploring the city. Room was comfy and clean – ours was away from the main reception.

It was extremely smoky and there was a very bad drainage smell in our room that we asked several times to be fixed but unfortunately it never went away.

-Location, room size and price -It is very close to Sanlitun but you are few blocks apart which is great for the tranquility -You are very close to one of the best restaurant to eat duck

-It didnt have a minimum cafeteria. -The reception and the outside did not look renovated. There are few other hotels in the street with nicer look, but you will pay 50% more -The staff was extremely friendly but had no English, you can use a translation app though

Good rooms, nice integrated bathroom. The location is good, 20 minutes to Sanlitun center.

I checked 4 rooms, only one room had no cigarette smoke smell.

The location is great, close to the dongzhimen subway station (~15mins walking), direct line to capital airport and good connections to all major sightseeing spots, not too expensive, private bathroom

No one speaks english (but everyone tries to help and is super friendly and one can always use a bit of pointing)

Everything was perfect with the hotel and brilliant helpful staff and next to restaurants and supermarkets so all convenient and ideal for visitors and i 100% recommend this hotel

I had a long layover in Beijing and I was able to check-in earlier, and get some good sleep during the day!

The location is great. Everything is closeby except metro station.

The beds were comfortable

They NEVER made the bed or changed the sheets in 7 nights stay. I asked through a booking message to clean the room and that was why they "cleaned" the room once. The property is NOT walking distance to Tiananmen Square, and is 6 km away from the property. 5th floors without lift and the people at the front desk speak no English or make the minimum effort, things as simple as "I need help" they stop you saying "no English" . The stench from the bathroom was repulsive and even though the property was supposed to be non-smoking, the bathroom was filled with a smoke smell from another room that felt like someone was smoking in our room.

The cleaners don’t undo the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign and will disturb you. The heat mode on the AC was not effective despite it being super cold at night. Need warm blankets.

1) distance from the subway station - it takes 15min ON FOOT. 2) You CAN'Tgo to Tianmen square by walking at all. They're lying. It's not true. It takes almost one hour by public transportation. 3) staff members who cannot speak the global language at all. Only speak.Chinese. How unprofessional. 4) cleanness especially the bathroom - I want cleaning people to work hard. Off-putting. Don't recommend it.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Red Hotel in Beijing, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable and relaxing stay The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready with a warm smile and eager to assist with any request. Their hospitality made me feel right at home and significantly enhanced my overall experience. The hotel's location is another major plus. Situated in a prime area, it made exploring Beijing convenient and hassle-free. Major attractions and excellent dining options were just a short walk or drive away. Overall, I highly recommend the Red Hotel for anyone visiting Beijing. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a fantastic location make it a top.

Not so close to metro stations, you have to walk 15 to 20 minutes. The receptionist was not helpful. I asked him to help me in booking a ticket and he refused, then I asked him for a direction and he said I don't know! The rooms are not soundproof and one night I was awake till 1 am because the guests in the next room were fighting with each other.

Not sure the name of the hotel is the same. Or it might be a translation. I spent sometime looking for it, and had to ask around, nobody knew. I then realised I had passed by it, but it was called Red Hotel.

Great location close to Dongzhimen metro. Very helpful and friendly reception. Nearby are many eateries and a nice market to buy fruits or snacks. Highly recommended!

The environment is very good. The elegant bathroom in the main building is still separated from dry and wet. The front desk service is very warm, which is worth staying. Drinks and small gifts are also provided. The room is also very clean and spacious, which is suitable for our family to live in. It is also very convenient to eat around. The service staff is also very familiar with the surrounding facilities and can skilfully answer all my doubts. I think this is a pleasant check-in experience.

The check-in environment is beautiful, and the service attitude of the receptionist is very good. She can clearly answer our questions and help us solve problems. She also enthusiastically helps us take a taxi. This is simply great. The coffee is also very good. There is no elevator in the tatami in the second floor. We need to go up. Thank you very much to the staff for helping us carry our luggage. It's a good check-in experience. I will choose to stay here next time.
