The accommodation was clean, the room was quiet and it was close to a metro station. There were number of restaurants around and different types of supermarkets. Many rental pushbikes around which was also good for getting around.

Not a big deal but breakfast was very minimal. Although there was tea and coffee available all day which was great

В номере есть все необходимое для проживания (стиральная машинка с сушилкой, мини-кухня, хорошая вытяжка) на этаже прачечная с гладильной, если в номере нет стиральной машинки. Места для хранения продуманы. Уборка в номере и замена полотенец каждый день, смена белья раз в 3 дня. Завтрак скромный, но есть самое необходимое, кофемашина на общей кухне. Вообще впечатления очень хорошие.

Номер был на первом этаже, рядом с прачечной, бильярдом, лестницей и туалетом на этаже, проходимость большая и много посторонних звуков, а дверь в номер не очень звуконепроницаемая

Единственный минус это завтрак, он состоит из хлеба с маслом, вареного яйца и какой-то выпечки. Лучше выйти и позавтракать в соседнем кафе

La cama un poco dura, pero genial. Recepción de 10. Muy atentos, amables y serviciales. Una comunicación genial para visitar la ciudad prohibida, plaza de Tianmen y templo del cielo. La verdad es que me he sentido como en casa. Servicios muy cerca, como centro comercial, cafeterías y restaurantes. El centro comercial de santilum está a 15min andando.... así que genial!!!

Great location, proximity to Sanlitun, Guomao, Wangfujing etc. WiFi and shower work just fine. Staff are friendly and quiet. Decent continental breakfast. Good value for money.

We, family of five, had a great stay at Base Beijing Sanlitun. Our one-bedroom apartment was very good, super clean, basically brand new. Very comfortable bedding. Great bathroom. All the equipments are high quality. Free very good coffee, nice facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good location at the heart of Sanlitun and close to subway. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again next time!

We checked in past mid night. There was always staff at reception. Location is walkable distance to Sanlintun. The property is well facilitated , clean and modern.

I absolutely loved my stay here and honestly can’t find anything negative to say. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. I slept well every night thanks to the comfortable bed and quiet environment. Having an in-room washing machine was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was fully controllable, which made a huge difference during Beijing’s hot weather. The staff were outstanding throughout my stay. They were always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist with my Taobao and Meituan deliveries. One of the highlights was the adorable robot that delivered items directly to my room! Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping the room fresh and immaculate. The location is also fantastic—just a short walk from the main Sanlitun area, with a metro station conveniently nearby for exploring the rest of the city. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing

Staff are super friendly and helpful service oriented. Rooms are well designed with comfortable interior.

Beds are against the wall so you always have to climb over into bed if you were couple checking in.

Location was good. Kitchen facilities were good. Plenty of space around to lounge/lobby area. Great laundry facilities. We though the location was quiet, a good local supermarket around the corner and only 8min walk to nearest metro line. The reception staff were great at communication via booking.com prior to arrival. Giving the address in Chinese characters was a great help.

The toilet roll holders were a bit too far back and too close to the toilet bins in the room. This is really the only negative.

все понравилось, заселили в номер с кухней, хотя я бронировала обычный. в номере была стиральная машина с функцией сушки, отличная вентиляция, удобная кровать, в ванной отлично все тоже. очень чисто и мыли номер каждый день, не просто заправляли кровать, а мыли пол и вс протирали, даже стенки душа, и меняли наволочку если на ней было пятнышко туши, тип того. полный восторг по сервису. На первом этаже бильярд, огромная кухня с большим столом, и другими столиками для принятия пищи, кофемашина и все необходимое для приготовления.

Место далековато от центра, но находится прямо в моднейшем районе с люксовыми бутиками-торговыми центрами, с кучей модных местечек вокруг. это опять же в плюс)) Все это находится если выйти на дорогу и повернуть налево, мы первые дни не знали, где живем, потому что уходили направо по дороге и не видели ничего))

Check in was fuss free. The place was generally clean and well maintained overall, walking distance to a train station as well as a shopping district / area. There were alot of food options nearby as well. Bed was very comfortable too, The one bedroom apartment was great for our family. Special mention to Ms Hollie and Mr Liyuan - they were great! Didn't manage to catch the name of another lady at the desk but she was also very approachable and friendly towards my child, thank you!

It’s really tiny, good for one person, not two. The soundproofing was not good - if people played music downstairs, you could hear it.

It’s located not on the main road, so not too noisy. But near enough to metro.

The room doors are poorly insulated, so you can hear if people talk loudly on the phone or if housekeeping is going around in the morning.

Lovely little space, right in the heart of Sanlitun. The room is generally designed well and had a small seating area, a desk, a bed, and a little kitchen area. There is also free coffee downstairs which is a lovely touch. Location is absolutely perfect.

Certain areas of the design weren't good. For example, the fridge inside the cupboard is slightly too high so when reaching your arm in to open the fridge from the top, your fingers get caught under the cupboard which results in scuffed skin - its quite painful! There is also nowhere to dry your clothes, despite having a washing machine in the room. Usually hotels will provide a little clothes line in the bathroom but nothing in my room. You can also hear every single step taken outside in the hallway, its really too much. I would suggest the hallway be carpeted so that it muffles and dampens the sound of people walking/talking in the hallway as its almost as if there is no door there, walls are paper thin. I could also hear the people in the rooms next to me chatting and on the phone. Extremely disruptive and I had to wear earplugs every night to get some peace and quiet. Lastly, my room was facing the sunlight which was wonderful, but also meant the small room got very hot very quickly. My aircon seemed to be broken so I asked reception to help me fix it and reception confirmed that during the winter months its impossible to turn the aircon on cold, it either blows hot or I can't put it on. This was quite a shock given i'd just come from another hotel which of course allowed me to adjust the temperature of my room at will. I was absolutely sweltering with only a small window that opens a crack. Very uncomfortable.

Все продуманно и комфортно, есть все необходимое в номере! Особенно классно, что стиральная машинка еще и сушит вещи. Такая теплая одежда после стирки, в холодную зиму Пекина, это было очень кстати! Место удобно располагается рядом с метро и в пешей доступности от некоторых достопримечательностей, если любите гулять пешком от минут 30 и больше. Также есть рядом тц в котором есть кафешки которые работают допоздна. Сотрудники апартаментов очень вежливые и приятные. Так что отель могу смело рекомендовать

Super close to the metro station, just a few minutes’ walk and very easy to locate There are quite many restaurants just a few steps from the hotel which are opened till late night. No need to worry no place to eat even arrive the hotel late at night. It's nice to have coffee machine in the common area on the ground floor. There is washing machine and launaday liquid.

The room is a bit smaller than i expected as shown in the photo on the website there are some sticky stain on the bench of the kitchen area. Um... it could be cleared more thoroughly. But the cleanness of the other areas in the room is fine.

Everything was very clean and modern. The reception area is nice and there is even a pool table and coffee station. I thought the room size was amazing, very large and spacious. Excellent lighting and facilities inside the room. The accommodation was very close to a metro station "Workers Stadium Metro" which was super convenient.

The vending machines to buy snacks and drinks are difficult for tourists to use. You need to download an app and pay via another app. It is a little too much to expect from tourists.

Отличный район: в самом центре Пекине, но при этом нет толп туристов. В двух минутах ходьбы станция метро, рестораны, чифаньки. Номер просторный и очень чистый, хорошо убирались. На ресепшене говорят на английском, проблем с коммуникацией у нас не было.

Наш номер располагался на первом этаже недалеко от бильярдной. Из-за этого было шумно по вечерам, ночью ходили и хлопали дверью в коридор, тяжело было спать с таким шумом

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Начиная с просьбы пораньше заехать, поставить детскую кроватку и забронировать ОПРЕДЕЛЁННЫЙ номер, ещё на стадии переписки в booking. Расположение отеля 100/10. Рядом есть несколько круглосуточных супермаркетов, аптека, кафешки. Метро в шаговой доступности, на станции есть лифт, так что с детской коляской сложностей не возникало. Сама станция тоже недалеко от центра (workers’ stadium). Персонал в отеле тоже 100/10! Помогли организовать трансфер до аэропорта с большим количеством багажа и необходимостью детского кресла. Сам номер (как и отель в целом) очень чистый. Уборка ежедневная. Так же ежедневно доставляли бутылочки воды. В номере у нас были плита, холодильник, стиральная машинка. Дали средства для мытья посуды, тарелки, чашки и столовые приборы, а так же несколько пакетиков чая и кофе. Так же в ванной были зубные щетки с пастами, мыло, крем для тела, гель для душа, шампунь и бальзам для волос очень хорошего качества! Номер как на фото 1-в-1! На первом этаже так же есть кухня, 2 холодильника в которых можно купить закуски или напитки, много столиков, а так же бильярд. В отеле есть спортзал, но до него мы не дошли) Оказалось, что это целая сеть отелей по Китаю, что очень круто, так как на следующую поездку в Китай мы определенного остановимся в апартаментах сети Base! P.S. Мы были в даты Хеллоуина, поэтому ресепшен был тематически и очень красиво украшен. Было прикольно!

I had a really great stay at Base-Beijing Sanlitun Serviced Apartment. The room wasn’t large, but it was very thoughtfully designed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The layout makes excellent use of the space, with plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases, and all the facilities you could ask for, including a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, and even a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the interior design to the small touches that make the stay pleasant and easy. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and anything you might need in Sanlitun. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again next time I’m in Beijing. Highly recommended.

The only thing I would suggest improving is the soundproofing. At times, I could hear guests in the neighbouring rooms. It’s nothing unusual for hotels, but some additional soundproofing measures could make the stay even more comfortable.

In the apartment the kitchen is almost nothing, 2 plates and 2 mugs are very well equipped in the common kitchen downstairs
