The apartment was in a great location & was very clean. It was beautifully decorated & had lots of natural light. Bed was comfortable & shower great too. We enjoyed our stay there.

There was no chopping board to cut veges etc on.

L'hôte a répondu rapidement à nos besoins.

L'appartement n'est pas climatisé.

Appartamento molto elegante.

The spacious apartment was within a walkable distance from the Brussels central station and also in a nice and safe neighborhood. There are several nearby great chocolate shops, pastry shop and restaurants. What I like the most was the interior design of the room with well-equipped kitchen, spending two nights here and preparing dinner happily. The building itself was classic and charming; moreover, there was lift which was very convenient for the tourists with large luggages.

The key for the entrance door was quite difficult to use for me. It might be because of the stepping of door frame, I guess. But I found out the trick, you need to put some weight upon the door’s handle and finally the door would be opened. Otherwise, everything was perfect, love the place!

Sablon is the perfect neighborhood! The apartment was sunny and well dressed. The shower is fantastic and the bed is comfortable. Communication with management was a breeze, though we didn’t need anything while we were there.

Stile, posizione , allestimento cucina e arredi , profumo e bagno comodissimo

Fantastische locatie

Wat kleine mankementen in het appartement

Great Apartment, Great communications with management

Alles

Nvt

Modern decoration Clean linen equipped kitchen completed furniture detailed information

just the keys for entrance not good fit

Recomendable

Todo OK

Great apartment with everything we needed. It is located in a beautiful area.

Excellent communication from Olivia throughout. Apartment was extremely comfortable and welcoming. Located within a short walk of city centre and railway stations but in a fairly quiet road so no disturbance. Previous review had mentioned a problem with the elevator but we found it was only the ground floor door not being fully self-closed to be the cause of this so no issues for us. Really enjoyed our stay here, and by arrangement we were able to collect our luggage after check out so we could enjoy our last day in Brussels before returning home which was much appreciated. Thank you.

Liked everything

Perfect location! Many restaurant close by. Beautifully decorated. Olivia was wonderfully helpful and all check-in/out instructions were easy.

Nothing.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter. Près de bons restaurants. Stationnement à 5 minutes de marche.

Tapis dans tout l'appartement. Prix du stationnement exorbitant.

Great location near central station , very well appointed, close to nice restaurant and bakeries and cake shops!! Very comfortable bed

Beautiful apartment, perfect location, very nice owner, great communication. Thank you :)

The location couldn't possibly be better, especially for Sablon. The wonderful triple set of balcony-opening windows lets all of the atmosphere of Sablon's laid back culture in (or keeps it out, if you wanted the quiet). Even though we stayed at the hottest part of the year, the apartment remained cool thanks to an easy cross breeze from the beautiful bedroom. Kitchenette had everything needed, the bathroom is wonderfully appointed, and in general the quality and taste of the décor - from fixtures and fittings, to the magnificent black-and-white images around the place, and the plethora of Taschen books around the apartment, was a perfect launchpad for a wonderful stay in Sablon and Bruxelles. Absolutely would come back, and can't wait.

Very well appointed apartment with everything you need. Excellent location enabling us to walk everywhere. Wonderful pastry shop right next door.

A good amount of space to spread out. Good view with balcony. Convenient to shops, restaurants and markets.

Good instructions sent to me

Why is the cold water hot?! Turned on the water to get a drink and out came HOT water. Thought maybe I'd gone the wrong way, so went the other direction-BOILING HOT water. We took showers with the water completely on cold, and it was still just barely tolerable. The handheld shower leaked/sprayed everywhere at the connection point. Not just a little, picture slapstick comedy spraying everywhere. The shower stall leaked, even with the door closed. There was no climate control, save a fan and windows, which is fine except if you want quiet and the city noises are outside (bars close at 0300, garbage collection starts at 0500 and Brussels police LOVE their sirens). The wifi power source didn't work, so I moved the whole lot to another outlet. Messaged the host on arrival about the wifi and didn't hear back until the day we were to leave, and even then, it was an incorrect explanation. Had I not been able to problem solve that issue on my own, we likely would have vacated. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect a decent shower, bed, and a way to get the room comfortable. This room failed on 2/3 of those requirements, sadly. But yes, it was clean (particularly the shower floor-ha!) and easy to access.

It was very well appointed and presented and in an ideal position for a visit to Brussels

Great central location, clean facilities and accommodation provider answered our queries promptly. Spacious apartment with many attractions and food options close by. Milan Central station easy walking distance.

Not to detract from the property, but to enhance stays…..This property does not have a 24 hour front desk and whilst owner promptly replies to queries, this should be amended on booking sites. To take up on other comments, the one power point problem in kitchen could be solved with a power board. Instructions required for tv…and one set of bath towels for 5 nights (although they were good quality) is insufficient, albeit another set may have been provided if we asked.

Guests need to be aware of the stairs. No problem for us though. Kitchen had most things, but we couldn't find a chopping board.

Perfect size for a couple. Instructions were easy. Has everything you need. Excellent location and quiet. Great restaurants close by. We loved it.

We weren’t there to watch tv but we did want to check the news about the fires in LA. Just needs operating instructions.

Super friendly girl, helped to order taxi from airport to apartment and arranged money exchange , due I had no Lira to pay for taxi.. Saved me at night I was worry to be not able to sleep in airport. Has a great sleep over , tidy n clean, nicely decorated room . Thanks a lot!

Lovely spacious simple apartment . Bed very comfortable. Heating very effective, WiFi ok.

Too many scented things, I wrapped one in a bin liner as the smell was overpowering . Sofa not comfortable for relaxing on, it was just a perch.

Loved the location of this property. Really nice vibe in the area wirg galleries and resturants and only a 10 mins stroll to Brussels center and 5 mins to central station. The apartment itself was very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Nespresso machine and pods provided as well as tea and sweets and chocolate. Would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone visiting brussels

Shower could have been a little more powerful but was totally acceptable

The flat is furnished with taste and has good vibes. There's no air-con but large windows in the living room and a sturdy fan help to cool the rooms on boiling-hot summer days. The kitchen equipment exceeded our expectations. We very much appreciated the coffee machine with an abundant selection of capsules and Belgian chocolates.😙 Everything was impecably clean.👏 The apartment is located in an atmospheric old tenement house with a renovated staircase and a lift. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It's at a stone's throw from the Grand Sablon and about 7-9 minutes from the central station and Grand Place. The check-in went smoothly due to Olivia's precise directions.😊

We couldn't find a chopping board.😉

The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated and perfect for a couple. The walk-in shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The location provided easy access to museums, attractions and restaurants. Check-in was easy because of the clear instructions we received. I’d recommend this apartment to couples or solo travellers.

The kitchen had only one outlet to handle the microwave, kettle, Nespresso and toaster.

Excellent location, has a lift, very clean and comfortable

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Magnifique appartement au coeur du SABLON. It was in an ideal location for us to explore on foot this beautiful town during our stay in Brussels. The apartment was very clean and had all we needed to be comfortable for our two nights. Olivia was also very nice and communicative. We highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Brussels.

The apartment is fantastic - it has all the necessary amenities: living room with kitchen, bedroom, nice bathroom. It is very cozy and pleasant. It is a short walking distance from major attractions: Manneken Pis, Grand Place, etc. The hostess Olivia is extremely kind and responsive.

We liked everything.

Super well-located and comfortable. Lovely bathroom and shower! Easy to access and communicate with the host. Quiet!

Great communication by host. Lovely apartment with all the necessary amenities. Great location.
