Reviewed May 9, 2025Very nice neighborhood, comfortable bed, good neighborhood to relax from the busy Cairo, good restaurants around. The owner was very sweet and helpful. I got sick and helped me find another place even though he didn’t have more availability. Very helpful host and great place! I will definitely come back! Also well equipped! Thanks for everything

It's located in the heart of maadi,one of the most beautiful neighborhoods with a lot of greens. I recommend Ivan and his house for your next trip 100%!

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025The location is excellent, near to everything, Albert is very helpful, and the apartment is spacious and clean. A building security guard is available 24h and there is a police car on the corner, it a safe area.
I traveled in Dec and it was very cold in the house, but they provided us with warm blankets. No elevator and it’s on 3rd floor . it was noisy at night because the neighbors has a dog on the roof

The apartment was incredibly noisy, with the neighbor's dogs on the rooftop barking nonstop throughout the night. Working remotely was challenging as I had to frequently mute myself during video calls to block out the noise. Showering was another issue—hot water barely lasted more than three minutes. It's unfortunate because the apartment is in an excellent location and has plenty of space, but it could use some renovations. Additionally, there was only one towel provided.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2024The property was located in a very nice and quiet residential area and was easily accessible for cabs and deliveries. I was able to get the keys easily from the owner and was provided with drinking water. The owner respected privacy and was very chill with communications!
Toilet amenities could be better but I didn't mind ordering groceries and brought my own bodywash/shampoo etc. Otherwise I was fine with the amenities provided.

The worst experience:- It’s normal flat not hotel apartment as described. Too Expensive,, approximately LE 5,000 per night. flat on 4th floor with no elevator. continued noise from The dogs living on same floor. Don’t know the pricing policy for that poor unit.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2024-The host Mr Rami and his relative Albert were extremely helpful ,cooperative and responsive accepted our early check in and late check out for free and helped in providing paid transportation from the airport to appointment address. - Nice location ,Clean and Spacious apartment
The flat was in 3 rd floor with No Elevator. One of the 2 bedrooms A/C was not cooling properly The lights can be improved
