Boutique Residence Villa Atouta-Lemon Spaces Maadi

Great location. Room is spacious. Beautiful venue. Pool is lovely.

Hidden gem. Great location. Wonderful staff.

Perfect location. Hidden gem. Staff are lovely.

Luved the place location , neghiborhood, the architecture, the art in each area of the place were sophisticated.

The only small thing is pool needs to be cleaned countintisly because of amazing garden sounded with but couldn’t help my self not to jump in ;)

Peacefull oasis in hectic Cairo

It’s was perfect

The reception staff only!!

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The apartment was extremely dusty, to the point that all of us became sick from the poor air quality and lack of proper cleaning. One of the beds was broken, and despite informing the management several times, no one took the issue seriously or properly addressed it. The cleaning was so bad that we had no choice but to leave the apartment and move to another hotel two days before our scheduled check-out. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor, and we had to contact them multiple times just to get it fixed. On top of that, the neighbourhood was extremely noisy at night. We could hear constant street noise and dogs barking throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, Wi-Fi, and noise were all major issues. Unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Attouta! It’s truly a little haven of peace in the middle of Cairo, with a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very pleasant, welcoming and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Villa Attouta for a peaceful and charming stay in Cairo!

Cozy,friendly

Nothing all perfect

Very Calm and relaxing place to stay. A lot of shops around you and that is plus Added to the location. Secured place. Helpful staff. Security is the most essential and that includes the front door staff my kids were going to bear by cafe to play and security guard didn’t allow them the reason should be accompanied by parents. Thank you for this wonderful staff

Excellent

Nothing

The cute employee

No telphone .. and lateness

The location is great, all services are handy and nearby. very quite and calm atmosphere. the staff are very friendly and helpfull I highly recommend this place for leisure specially families

Great pool, amazing staff

They still don’t have a restaurant which can be slightly inconvenient but the street is filled with great options

Every single part of our stay was amazing, from how the place is designed, the vibe, the staff and how clean it was

Absolutely nothing

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Villa is lovely and staff were very informative in providing information about the local area, things to do etc. also very helpful in general if we asked for something it was brought up to our apartment. Apartment was very spacious and in a beautiful area, maadi is walkable and lots of cafes etc in the area.

The property is very charming and the beds were super comfortable. The location is great and the staff were incredibly helpful.

No complaints.

Super nice aesthetic and fairly clean

There was no power for half of the stay and the staff’s handling to the situation was sub par

The structure is very clean and comfortable.

The apt was supper nice, clean, and comfort. we had everything we need anything we wanted, it was easy to call the receptiion and they would answer directly staff were supper nice and friendly.

The shower was not hot and i had to shower with cold water even when the heater was already on. Before we left the apt, that day they had to cut the leaves of the palm tree which did a big mess on the gound, pool, tables and chairs around the pool. everything was supper dirty. but like i said it was our last hour before we left Egypt so we were lucky we had not spend that day with that big mess.

Beautiful decor, very clean and calm

No restaurant or bar

The team was amazing very polite, extremely attentive and caring.

Sfeer, kamers en voorzieningen. Personeel heel behulpzaam.

The location was good. Although the property does not have restaurant facilities, there is an excellent coffee shop ‘Beanos’ just next door, plus lots of other options on the street adjacent to the hotel.

No restaurant! Which is why I gave an 8

Htan ola polu kala, i topothesia polu kalh!

Beautiful apartments, fantastic interior design, very kind and helpful staff, green and the pool!

Mooie locatie, fantastisch huis voor ons gehele gezin.

Very kind and friendly staff! Big thanks to Mohamed who was always helpful and willing to make our trip more comfortable.

Everything was truly amazing! Extremely helpful staff members, very customer-oriented. The location was safe and convenient, perfect if you want to be a bit further from the chaos of Cairo. The room itself was tidy, clean and full of all you need!

One of the showers had low water pressure, it was loud a few night on the streets.

Amazing location, great stay.. quiet, air conditioning working great.. very responsive staff
