Great location, good size room. Everything we needed!

The location is excellent, a very short walk from a lovely beach and the local boat companies and restaurants. The unit is spacious and the washing machine and clothes airer was really useful. The bed was comfy and the balcony was a nice addition. Parking outside the unit was handy.

The shower needs a deep clean to remove the buildup of limescale, otherwise the unit was clean. Some sort of blind would be useful in the toilet/bathroom as the unit is overlooked by other properties.

The unit (4) was spotlessly clean. It was spacious and so well placed for Little Kaiteriteri beach and main Kaiteriteri, where you catch the water taxis from, was a 15 minute walk away. The kitchen was well stocked with even a coffee machine and milk frother. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

The room was awesome, had everything we needed, the car park was a bit snug as we have a bigger vehicle. Had some small quails come to visit which was lovely.

Just the car park being small was hard to get out the next day when another car was in the next unit. But we got out

Plenty of space, close to Little Kaiteriteri and Kaiteriteri beaches. Quiet road.

Shower was a bit tired, door didn't shut properly, but good flow from wall shower head.

Nice little view from the living area and deck, super comfy bed and pillows, walking distance to beach, quiet at night, great cooking facilities and washing machine appreciated. Lots of space for suitcases and very comfortable. Place to park your car next to unit handy.

Not a huge deal but would be good to have some privacy blinds on toilet and bathroom windows as you can see in from outside when lights are on at night despite the opaque glass.

The bathroom light flickered for a long time when turning on each time.

Comfortable & spacious for a few days. Proximity to the beach. Beautiful area of the coast

No human contact whatsoever

Very spacious with good layout and nice devor. Comfy bed. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely location.

As there was a washing machine a clothes dryer would have been helpful or failing that some pegs for the clothes airer. The shower door didn't close properly and it was difficult to keep water off the floor.

The self contained apartment was excellent in every way. We stayed here 5 nights and prepared a proper meal each night using the 4 infra red hot rings, the microwave and good sized fridge. Plenty of hot water available, car parking right outside the access door. Great location, 3 mins walk to lovely sandy beach. Good size room, clean and comfortable. Nikki was very responsive when we raised a couple of minor issues.

We assumed that a kitchen would include an oven so we were put out to find it didn't, having bought a pizza! However Nikki was able to tell us which unit was equipped and the residents were very helpful! All turned out good in the end.

the location was perfect within walking distance to a very nice beach. Close to the center of Kaiteriteri and easy access to the Abel Tasman Tracks out of Marahau. The place was sweet more studio apartment than full house. Everything worked well, the apartment was light filled and comfortable, the shower was good, the bed comfortable and the host very responsive. We would return again in a heartbeat.

The kitchen was smaller than expected. No oven or dishwasher and a small refrigerator. It was still functional but I misunderstood when I booked that it was more of a kitchenette than a full kitchen. Wish there had been a dryer but the washing machine was appreciated.

Nice location, 5mins walking to little Kaiteriteri. Pretty view on the water from the balcony. Was a good relaxing time
