Great location just a stones throw from the beach. Very homely and comfortable with everything you need. Great comms from the owner. Full kitchen amenities. Easy parking right outside. Great wraparound deck for BBQing

Downstairs rooms might be cold in winter but fine for summer (and there were plenty of heaters around if you needed them).

Amazing accommodation for families with everything you could ever need. The games room and huge wrap around deck was a hit with the kids. We also really appreciated the little touches like a bottle of local wine and chocolate. In addition there were more than just the kitchen basics in the pantry and fridge. The property is a great location across the road from the beach and was spotlessly clean.

A decoração da casa era muito diferente das fotografias. As cadeiras, alguns candeeiros, tapetes… tinha muito mais coisas em cima dos móveis e a decorar (por exemplo, manta na cabeceira da cama) e com muitos artigos pessoais dos proprietários. Péssimo para quem tem alergias a àcaros, falta de limpeza profunda e ventilação.

Well equipped home, very comfortable and fabulous location. Highly recommended. Would return without hesitation.

Pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful home with more than usual amenities to use.Great for big families. Would highly recommend this to my friends and family 😀

The clothes line got no sun and no dryer....it was lucky the fine weather was around for a bit. We just used the clothes-horse provided to dry our clothes on the sun deck.

Such a lovely house, so beautifully decorated and well-appointed kitchen! We loved the atmosphere, the large deck, the location, just a quick walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location, very comfortable accommodation. Would definitely recommend to others and would book again in a heartbeat. Loved it.

Was asked to bring beach towels which are bulky to travel with when flying. Was pleasantly surprised to find beach towels supplied.

Perfect for a holiday

Nikki made this rental into a home. You could feel this is not just a rental property but also a home to the owner. There were lots of amenities in the home and pantry that made our stay easy, even games for the kids. The location was perfect - a short walk to little Kaiteriteri beach. There was plenty of parking and great communication. We had rainy weather so my only complaint was no dryer to get our clothes dry, but apparently that is very common in NZ. There were several drying racks available instead. This is a great home for a family retreat.

Two of the guest rooms were downstairs and one upstairs. This worked for us since our kids are just now old enough but this could be an issue for someone with younger children, depending on what your kids are used to. I did see a travel crib in the closet though.

Lovely large decking with comfy seats and bbq. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. 3 large bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms.

Comfortable and very much felt like a home away from home. A lot of thought has gone into the little details of what is at the property.

Well presented home and was a treat to discover a bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival. Awesome location in Little Kaiteriteri. Lots of toys to entertain the kids. Great TV's with Netflix etc. Plenty of space for everyone. Great off street parking.

Would be good to have proper curtains in the bedrooms. Downstairs was cold but heaters available.

Property was like a home from home. It was really comfortable. You could also walk to the beach and restaurants within 10 minutes.

It had a really nice location so close to the beach you could easily walk there. The balcony was lovely in the sun. The kitchen had everything you needed as well and a washing machine.

The outside shower didn’t work.

This property is exceptional in every way! It’s like a real home and the owners have thought of every single thing to make the stay so very comfortable. Everything you could need and especially the kitchen was so great being so well equipped. We loved it!

The location was fabulous: over the road from the beach! The home had everything needed for a short term stay!

Communication with the host was short and less than friendly. When I called for instructions to enter, I was asked whether I'd read the online instructions?

The location was so close to the beach, which made it very easy with young children. The property was also very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen plus toys and games for kids to play. We loved this property - beautiful decor, very comfortable and clean, and great location!

Functional with everything we needed, cute decor, easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the balcony and eating outside.

Main bedroom bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Lots of good facilities which were clean and modern. Comfortable living and dining area and wonderful furnished veranda and BBQ. Comfortable rooms.

The upstairs level was incredibly warm which made the guests sleeping upstairs uncomfortable and we couldn’t figure out how to work the bedroom fan for one of the downstairs bedrooms.

Nothing really

spacious, comfortable house near the beach. The bathrooms have been nicely updated and the kitchen had everything you need to cook.

The downstairs is rather cold in the winter, but the upstairs is toasty when the heaters are on.

Such a nice place. Was very clean and had plenty of space. It was awesome in Winter with the massive Balcony i can only imagine how great it would be in Summer. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a place if this is avaliable and would stay again.

Nothing. Was amazing.

The house was bigger than it actually looked. It was fully equipped with everything you need in a stay away from home situation. Even though it rained for the majority of the time we were there and for most part we were not getting home untill dark so didn't get to do much outdoorsie stuff.....the first sunrise was stunning and, the day we left, that sunrise was just as if not more stunningly beautiful. The area was lovely and peaceful and the wild life birds (Weka) were right outside on the lawn. That was so cool and awesome to see and the amenities were not too far away even though we were travelling to Motueka every day for our tournaments. The facilities for entertaining children entertained the adult children 😄 so it did not go to waste or gather dust. Mostly I loved the layout of the entire home it was beautiful. Thank you for having us.

The only thing we moaned about was how fit we will be at the end of the week because of the stairs. But we got over that hurdle because we knew the kitchen was upstairs 😂. The other thing was on our behalf we forgot to put the bins out 😕.
