They let me check in as if my credit card was charged , then 3 days later tell me they didn’t process the payment. Then tried to charge me double the original rate through booking.com. Many problems. Hotel is not worth it while trying to travel and enjoy a holiday.

Attitude of staf is not customer oriented. It is more own mobile oriented. When talking to staff they do not look you in the face. They are forgetfiull. Evreyday again we had to ask to put on the fan in the heat. Breakfast is very basic and not very tasty. 22 days the fruit was oinly watermelon. The other foodoptions were limited and not tastry. Breakfast is poor. Price qualitry relation is poor. Hotel needs a strong manager. Or the manager should be managed properly. The railinbg of the balcony is very low compared to the avarage length of the customers. This is dangerous. Maintewnance situation of location is poor. Receptionist did not read or could not read our special request and was not welcoming

Renovatie en opfrissen zou goed zijn. Tenminste toch de 5de verdieping. Zo als het zag was de 4de verdieping al aangepakt aan de gang te zien. Kamers heb ik gee idee van.

Erg vies, volmuggen en vliegen. En eerst gaven ze me een kamer op vierde verdieping met roestige bad en en een vreselijke stank lijkt op rioolput. Toen ik klaagde, kreeg ik een betere kamer op tweede verdieping met een gescheurde bed en het was niet schoon. Ze zijn het uiteindelijk wel komen schoonmaken. Badkamer te oud en geen warm water. Je kan niet comfortabel in de lobby zitten, er zijn zoveel vliegen. De kamers worden niet elke dag schoongemaakt.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026God frokost. Da jeg skulle sjekke inn, hadde ikke hotellet mottatt bookingen min fra Booking.com. Det løste hotellet på en utmerket måte ved å oppgradere meg til et dyrere rom, uten ekstra kostnad for meg.
Varmt vann i dusj fungerte dårlig. Liker ikke at Booking.com tar imot bestillinger og ikke videreformidler til verten!

Бумажные деньги поменяет авто обменник слева в прачечной, и порошок купить там же. 2 стиралки и 1 белая машина сушка. Дальше; бассейн круглосуточно на 4 этаже, с душем и туалетом. В пеший доступности 7 eleven. Аптека. Бары.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026The rooms are large and have full length windows letting in lots of light, which I much prefer over a small room with limited light that you find in some places.
I initially was allocated a room at the end of the corridor with a very weak Wi Fi signal so bad to be ineffective. I complained about this but with little understanding from the receptionist. After repeated complaints I as eventually moved to a room further down the corrido where the signal was better.

They attempted to withhold our 200-baht deposit by falsely claiming there was a food stain on the bedsheet — despite not having changed it during our stay. After a lengthy dispute, during which we had to point out how easily the sheet could be cleaned, they reluctantly refunded the deposit. Such behavior is dishonest and unacceptable.
Staff and services are bad.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2025Good location. Bare bones room. Close to Walking Street and beach. They guy working front desk in the morning was extremely unhelpful. He had no idea how to get us a car to the bus station. He kept pointing to a sign for private car to airport. My companion is Thai, so language was not a barrier. The guy is clueless. Women working at check-in time and at night were good.
Lack of toiletries. Only one night stand by bed. Lack of outlets.

1st room aircon didn't work, when I asked reception to take a look the next day, evening time as I've been out all day, I was rudely told why I didn't report earlier in the day, was moved to another room, and the aircon was not much better. The bath was broken, and all chipped conditions were very poor in the bathroom. Hence, I didn't have a shower to dirty for me Beds were so uncomfortable hard I didn't sleep well at all The restaurant closed very early, disappointing. The hotel needs a complete overhaul. it's old and dirty in places.
