Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The reception staff had limited English communication skills via WhatsApp. which made it difficult to explain issues and get them resolved. I had to go to the location in person to communicate more effectively and address the problems. Fortunately, Fareed was very cooperative, understanding, and helpful throughout the process.

Anak2 saya seronok tak nak balik.. Paling penting, rumah sangat2 bersih, wangi. Sejadah pon wangi , bilik air perfect. Air laju, air pns sejuk sume de nak mandi. Seronok sangat2. I will repeat again. Insha allah. Terima kasih owner dari syurga 🥰

toilet agak kotor sikit,n dekat shower tu lubang air nye mcm agk tsumbat rasanye..air nak mengalir tu slow skit...ice box tmpt frezee tu dh tebal dengan kerak² air batu...n cuma tilam agak tenggelam tilam tu bahagian ats..macam ltk tilam nipis...mybe tu tilam tambahan tuk bed ke apa xsure..mmg yg diletakkn di bhgian atas n tlbh panjng dr saiz katil n tilam yg bwh...itu je.yg lain² ok sgt².

The RM100 deposit was refunded on the same day we checked out, which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and had everything we needed. All the necessary utensils were provided, and the Smart TV with home Wi-Fi made our stay even more enjoyable.

The house is not clean, vacuum provided is broken, not all plug point (from the extension cord) are working, toilet is not clean, matress is not in good condition, sofa if worn out, floor is not mop cleanly.
