Bangi Resort Hotel

I am happy with the size of the room; it has a bathtub, iron+ironboard, air conditioning, and the hot water pressure is okay, and the room is clean overall. The food is delicious and has variety. The amenities are standard and sufficient.

The size of the bed is quite small; I am alone, so it is okay. After I checked in, I was waiting for staff to help me get my luggage to the room, but none were available, so I had to do it myself. It is a little hard to pull my luggage to my room because of the carpet, and I can see the staff are busy talking with each other.

Staffs are friendly, room is clean, thanks for the complimentary bar, my kids love the pool. Toilet near the conference area is clean

I would like to mention that the coffee maker in our room was not functioning (or we were not sure how to operate the machine) during our stay. We had already informed the front desk, and were told that someone would come up to the room to check it, but unfortunately, no one turned up. We were also a little disappointed with the 11:00 AM checkout time, as it feels rather early and leaves us with quite a short amount of time to enjoy the hotel and its facilities. A slightly later checkout would certainly make the stay feel more relaxed and guest-friendly. We hope the hotel could take this feedback into consideration. Thank you for your kind attention and assistance.

Love all the facilities there

Food.

Staff counter, cleanliness, bathroom, clogged bathing area inside bathroom and parking space too little. Come back at 8pm already closed parking area. How to park?

The location is nice. The room is very clean

Limited choice of food for breakfast buffet

Good short staycation

Thank you for the hospitality. One of the guest is on the wheel chair..i have message the resort during booking. The resort do contact me for the confirmation of the room type for disability. And they provide wheel chair in the room and commode chair in the bathroom. Excellent service.

静かで、落ち着ける環境

立地条件はよくない。 観光で来る場所ではない

Near golf course and has shuttle service to clubhouse.

Arrived at establishment at 10pm. Had a game of golf the next day and requested for late check out as wife is disabled and would need to assist in prep and certain packing. Receptionist allowed late check out and mentioned that would put in remark. Was welcomed with used towel of previous guest in the hanging wardrobe and bed bug infested bed. Mentioned to receptionist about towel and can clear it the next day as wife and daughter was already asleep. Next minute housekeeping rang the doorbell and it was past 11pm. The next day while I was playing golf and was about to end on my last hole, front office called and mentioned that I need to pay for late check out. Due to a delayed start due to weather and a crowd, I was unable to finish before 12.30pm. But I mentioned to the receptionist that I requested for a late check out and was granted a grace period by the night shift receptionist. She still insisted that as long as it’s after 11am, I would be charged a late check out fee. But I did mention that I would be finishing the hole soon and would rush back to quickly clear it up. I guess it was not justifiable.

The swing by the pool, overlooking the golf course, was an excellent idea. I spent three relaxing hours there with my daughter and truly enjoyed a peaceful morning together. The location was convenient, and the golf course view was magnificent. Adding more greenery would make the surroundings even better. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was good, especially the pastries. More local delicacies would be a welcome addition. The welcome cookies were delicious. I hope they will be available for purchase at the hotel bakery as my children and I ended up craving for more. Overall, I rate my stay 9/10. The only area for improvement is the soundproofing, as some surrounding noise was noticeable. The staff services were good and prompt, especially the reception counter.

sound proof.

Servis sangat bagus. Staff friendly. Tq staf Bangi Resort Hotel :)

The room was super clean, my kid had so much fun at the pool, and my request for our anniversary was fulfilled perfectly. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here!

Maybe the breakfast selection could be a little more extensive, but overall, it wasn’t bad and we still enjoyed it.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable for 3-4 people. We had a pleasant stay. Great & refreshing view at the pool & cafe area, very suitable for morning walk.

The room window view was partially blocked by the garden landscape and there were no outdoor lights during the night.

Clean, facilities, location

Staff not knowing a lot of the hotel information..giving inconsistent answers

Location and facilities were great

Food are nice but may need more variety. May need to train your staff for better communication skills with clients

Location was good and bed facilities.

We arrived late and a day late due to flight cancellations and rebooking lost a day and night at hotel and when we arrived late we were told there’s a few places to eat within the hotel and we tried to go there one restaurant fully booked all day on a private hire and Indian food closed early - which was very disappointing when other food in the hotel was awful, staff not that helpful to go out of their way to help our stay smoother especially when we lost a night and did not give us anything complimentary to make up for it.

Semuanya memuaskan.

A beautiful place with a relaxing ambiance. The room was conveniently located near the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cleanliness, location, facilities

Service where staff does not know details of the facilities.

The service , the calm ambiance and the food

We came in the middle class d the night without prior booking and the hotel did everything to help us feel comfortable and settled. We would like to thank you all the team for their professionalism, kindness and support. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are amazing and the facilities are also lovely.

Very enjoyed breakfast, have kids zone, bed was very comfortable, cashier and bell service was excellent

Pillow too thin. The toiletries kit not enough for 4 people. Just 2 set

I like that it is spacious, beautiful and for the family rooms, they are very near the swimming pool.

The carpet leading to the family rooms on the 1st floor has quite a strong odour. The pool is also quite shallow for adults to really enjoy.

everything its goodl

If you are looking for a couple to relax without the rush of the city then this is your place ...they offer you tasty freshly baked cookies as a welcome treat ...the rooms are really spacious...

The food is not good at all ...the breakfast is not tasty at all ...

Front desk staff processed our check-in quickly, The rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money.

We stayed in the Heritage Room, which was marketed as an upgraded room, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. The room appeared to be poorly maintained and was noticeably dusty, giving the impression that it had not been properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival. Upon check-in, we also found that the shower gel provided in the bathroom was almost empty, leaving us with virtually none to use. We had to contact the reception and request a replacement bottle, which should have been checked before guests checked in. More disappointingly, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Despite making repeated calls to the front desk and maintenance from around 12.00 am, the issue was only attended to when a technician arrived after 2.00 am. This meant we had to spend a significant part of the night waiting for the problem to be resolved instead of getting the rest we needed. What made the experience even more disappointing was that this stay was meant to be a special occasion for my wife and me, as we were staying here the night before our wedding reception. We had chosen this upgraded room expecting a comfortable and memorable experience, but instead, it was overshadowed by avoidable maintenance issues and inconvenience. I hope the hotel takes greater care in ensuring its rooms are clean, properly maintained, and thoroughly inspected before check-in, so that future guests receive the standard of service and quality they are paying for.

Mooi hotel, met lekker eten en een fijn zwembad

The location is convenient and beautiful.

Everything was perfect, the staff assist very well and friendly, the room was so clean and comfortable, the foods was so delicious, the pool was so wide and amazing. Kids and baby friendly hihi.

Clean room & very comfortable

Parking always full

Breakfast many choices & delicious. Location near the UKM Bangi 10 min drive. This resort has a nice landscape of a fish pool. Have a burger shop inside this hotel.

The nearest park is always full. I need to park a bit further.

Nice place to spend with family

Many tenants - good of choices

Kids facilities can be improved

All is good

We like the area that is big and cheerful

Please don’t stay here. In the middle of night with a kid, the air conditioning broke down. An engineer came to the room multiple times and doing electrical works at 12am midnight to fix this while our kid unable to sleep. They expect us to pack everything in the mid of night sleep to another room. When we reported, the blame us again. Insane

My son and I enjoy the swimming pool very much. The bed is comfortable. We really enjoy staying here.

None. But I wish I was offered a cookie when check in. The smell of the cookies is really nice.

All the facilities and food

Aircond too cold.

The check in process was fast and smooth. Love receiving warm cookies as we check in....such a unusual yet lovely gift. Makes us feel at home. Enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. It's rare to find pools with a deeper depth (1.5 metres) in other hotels. It was clean and a perfect way to start our day with an early morning swim.

The breakfast spread was just adequate and the variety was almost exactly the same as our last stay here. Would be nice to have a proper coffee machine that offers latte, cappuccino etc. instead of pre-mixed coffee.

Its good for a family stay away from the hustle and bustle of city. Fairly self-contained with pool, kids room, a variety of dining and a spa. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Probably because of the family room at the first level there was a pest but rooms were changed swiftly upon reporting. No further incidents.

The staff at the counter and the room very spacious.
