Luxurious Villa with Infinity Private Pool & Jacuzzi over Sabina Island's Lagoon

La villa est idéale pour passer un séjour agréable en toute intimité. Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants, et avons beaucoup apprécié le confort offert par les trois chambres, chacune disposant de sa propre salle de bain. Chaque enfant a ainsi pu profiter de son propre espace, ce qui a rendu la vie quotidienne particulièrement agréable. À l’extérieur, la piscine et le jacuzzi privatifs ont largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. La piscine offre une vue splendide sur une plage privée bordée par un lagon, un cadre véritablement dépaysant et reposant. La communication avec l’hôte a été excellente. À notre arrivée, nous avons signalé quelques désagréments (propreté, climatisation, plomberie, menuiserie…), et l’hôte a été d’une grande réactivité : dès le lendemain, cinq équipes spécialisées sont intervenues — pour le ménage, la climatisation, la plomberie, la menuiserie et une pour la piscine et le jardin — afin de résoudre tous les problèmes. Il nous a également livré un sur-matelas pour améliorer le confort de l’un des lits. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour et espérons avoir l’occasion d’y revenir un jour. Nous remercions tout particulèrement l'hôte et toutes ses équipes pour leur effort.

Nous aurions apprécié un peu plus d’équipements et d’ustensiles dans la cuisine, et avons remarqué que certaines informations de la description ne correspondaient pas totalement à la réalité. Cela n’a toutefois pas réellement nui à la qualité de notre séjour.

The house itself was nice, and having the pool and the jaccuzzi was beautiful and relaxing

The house needs lots of maintenance and higeen is definitely not a top priority for them as it needs a lots of it! Especially. The towels, bed sheets, pillows and pillow covers, etc... Needs proper utensils , towels, and enough to allow a family of at least 4 or 5 to live in.

The villa is really well prepared and cleaned. It has all cooking ware and utensils. The bedrooms are spacious with a private bathroom in each one of them.

First, the blackout curtains allow too much sunlight making it very hard to sleep and secondly, not all pillows have covers and they are really not clean.

Pool & jacuzzi, clean . Perfect for group or families

The location is great, the villa was clean, including all the facilities we need, we really enjoyed our stay, the bach is very neat, the view was amazing

The only problem we felt was that the pool and Jacuzzi were not heated

The pillows smelled bad. We left them outdoors. The towels were greyish, uninviting. I bought new towels for myself & for the kitchen . There were no drinking glasses. The kitchen supplies (pots & pans) were of poor quality. The main sliding door out to the pool did not lock. It took a day to get the repair person to arrive and another day to have it repaired. There was wster leaking under the kitchen sink. The plumber came in time 🙏 . My the bedroom door handle came out in my hand and I couldn’t get out of the bedroom. Luckily, my personal help was with me. She was able to get me out …

Everything was perfect, the owner and staff were all very nice. The only problem was that the AC in the living room was not working and they couldn’t fix it in time; however I’m sure they’re working on fixing it as soon as possible.

The location is great, and the pool and the jacuzi overlooking the lagoon were perfect. Perfect outdoor setting. The owner was very decent and accommodating and tried to fix any inconvenience we had in our stay. I highly recommend the property for a vacation, and i will definitely be returning again.

The master bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it's ok for a short stay. The blackouts were not entirely blocking the light. Very minor inconvines but all were adressed imediatly by the host.

The pool and the jacuzzi

The mattresses are extremely bad. The beds are too old and make sounds when moving on them. Many spot lights are not working in the bathrooms. one of them has no light at all

I only liked the location and the view.

First of all internet was disconnected 2 days after me checking in all the bug screens are broken in all windows our legs are all messed up from the bugs. The beds are not comfy are all making noises can’t sleep at all. No privacy at this village 0 privacy random employees walked in on my family while they are on the pool unacceptable. The jacuzzi doesn’t work hot no heater in it. I contacted them they said oh it says hot tub but that’s the only category but no heater and it doesn’t turn on. And am sorry that’s how it is very unprofessional. Don’t know how to talk with guests want to charge me $50 for late checkout which is 2,500 EGP. This is totally shouldn’t be posted this village is not like pictures it’s a not real. Please be careful.

Only 2 things from a perfect rating would be no heating in the jacuzzi/ pool and some better kitchen utensils

The villa was amazing!! The swimmingpool by day and night so beautiful. The bedrooms had a lot of space and bathroom included. The view. The good showers. The airconditioning. Very nice quiet place.

Everything meantioned was solved by the owner. So no complains perfectly contact!

Everything was perfect, indoor and outdoor, the view is astonishing it has a double view one overlooking a swimmable lagoon and el gouna Sliders, it has an infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi and a swimming pool bar, outdoor lights are perfectly distributed, clean unit, pool is being cleaned everyday along with the garden.

We are in July, the sun is extremely hot, we recommend more parasol
