Town Center Beautiful 1 Bed Apartment

A fantastic location right in the heart of Kinsale, overlooking a couple of pub gardens. The apartment is light and roomy for 2 people, with a large living, dining and kitchen area.

It was by far the most expensive 1 night stay in an apartment or B&B throughout our 2 weeks in Ireland.

Loved the location - right in the center of town, can't get any better than that. And loved the fact that there were two bathrooms!! Also the cleanliness and the great communication from Michelle. We would absolutely recommend this apartment.👍

Amazing central location, easy to find a street parking spot each night. You could hear the bar below from the living room but the bedroom was in the rear of the apartment so not an issue at all. Large space, 2 bathrooms, laundry… it was the perfect spot for my boyfriend and I!

It is up a large flight of stairs so if you’re limited physically this place is not for you. Luckily my 30 y/o boyfriend had no issue carrying our luggage upstairs

Perfectly clean, fantastic location, step out into the middle of all that’s happening, it is just perfect for a short break. Apartment spotlessly clean, all as in photographs. Instructions for finding the door to the Appartment building needs to be improved especially when searching in the rain!

We absolutely loved that you stepped out the front door straight into the most colourful and vibrant street! A really great location and the views on to the street were fab. The apartment was just perfect for the 2 of us and a really comfortable sleep! We weren’t in there much as had a busy weekend of plans but it was brilliant for being so central in the town.

The only tricky thing was parking! Took us a while to figure out where we could park but we eventually found a free car park that was a few minutes walk away.

Very clean. Excellent location. Well appointed. The owner was very helpful when we were finding the unit and retrieving the key. Don’t hesitate to stay here - it’s wonderful all around.

One more fan would have been helpful. The weather was unseasonably warm so it was great to have the one fan but we did have to move it from room to room.

This apartment couldn’t have been more perfect for what we needed. It was easy to get in, the bed was comfortable and clean. And it was in the central of everything. The shower was a little small, but not a huge deal.

This is a very well designed apartment. The living areas face the centre of town from where happy sounds from the cafes and pubs can be heard, but the bedroom is at the rear of the house and is very quiet and peaceful.

The parking was a bit challenging when we first arrived as we were unfamiliar with the layout of Kinsale, but it worked out - it helped that the “paid parking” part of the day didn’t start until 10.30am and we were long gone by then.

The location was very central, opposite the very pretty market square and pubs. The view from the living room was first class and there was ample space for myself, a couple would still have more than enough room

Location was great. Was able to walk to anywhere in town. The owners were so nice and helpful.

The only minor thing I would say is the pillows were a bit flat, but after partying at the local pubs it disseminated very significant.

the sitting room’s elevated view over the market square. Coffee capsules supplied. the fully serviced kitchen and laundry facilities were an added bonus that we didn’t use on this visit.

All good… It would have been a tad expensive if we stayed multiple nights, but perfect for our one night stay, after a long offshore yacht race along the Cork and Kerry coast.

Nothing, it couldn’t have been better

Lovely bright apartment in the absolute centre of Kinsale, so close to everything. Warm, full of light, incredibly clean, lots of facilities (wash machine and tumble dryer, dish washer, big fridge). Towels provided. Lovely big old windows, great for looking out on the little square below and all the activities. On the doorstep of nice pubs, coffee shops, restaurants! Super easy getting in with code and keys, private. Hosts were helpful when needed but left us to our own devices which was great!

It had a brilliant location, in the centre of everything. Very modern and spacious. The host was lovely, sent a text during our stay to check in if we needed anything.

If you’re reading this and thinking about booking here, do! We loved it - clean, decently spacious, and an unbeatable location (we’d stop in and use the bathroom between restaurants, shopping, and pubs). Parking is available on the street - it wasn’t difficult to find. Hosts are communicative and helpful.

Parking. Had to park in free car park near Supavalu supermarket not a huge problem for us but maybe for some.

Peaceful and quiet yet in the centre of town, comfy bed and great facilities.

Only thing that was ever so slightly annoying was the weak water pressure in the shower, but honestly understand how sometimes these things are unavoidable.

If we could give this property higher ratings than 10, we’d do it. This is an exceptional property in every way: cleanliness, comfort, attractiveness, location, and helpfulness of the owner. We absolutely loved our stay. One of the photos is the great town square view from our living room window.

We loved everything about the property. There’s no dedicated parking, but we had no problem finding street parking (free from 6 pm to 10:30 am, and outside those hours you can pay for up to 2 hours at a time without having to move your car).

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. There is a table top ironing board provided. I asked for a normal sized one and it was there the next day.

Due to the great location and the busy time of the year, parking was a little tricky. A plug in the kitchen sink would make washing up a little more economic.

Locatie midden in het centrum. In het stadje was alles aan te lopen. Voor de deur van ons appartement waren twee terrassen die tot ongeveer 24.00 uur rumoerig waren. Wij hadden hier geen problemen mee. Maar kan ons voorstellen dat anderen dat wel kunnen hebben.

Parkeren is een probleem. Er zijn twee gratis parkeer plaatsen op een kleine afstand lopen vanaf het appartement. Snel laden en lossen voor de deur is wel mogelijk. Let wel op want het zijn allemaal smalle straatjes.

We were visiting friends who live in Kinsale. The property is gorgeous, excellent central location. Spotless, and very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful. Will definitely recommend to others planning to visit.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. Right in the heart of Kinsale. We luckily got on street parking right outside with the added bonus of it being free because it was a bank holiday. However, there is free parking less than a minutes walk away too. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed for our short stay. Tea/coffee and full fridge, oven, washing machjne etc... We loved the decor, the bed is incredibly comfy and check-in was easy. We would stay here again.

That we couldn't stay longer

The property had everything you could possibly want for a very pleasant stay. Spacious , very clean and great facilities for cooking , washing clothes, etc etc etc.

Great apartment slap bang in the middle of Kinsale. Lots of space, seperate toilet & ensuite, great communication, d/w & washing machine. 2 flights of Stairs though! Easy to find & we managed to get car park outside for the Saturday & Sunday night. Theres lots of other free parking within walking distance. Pub right outside which may be an issue for some but seems to be finished by midnight & bedroom is back of building so not an issue with bedroom door closed

We loved it but some may be put off by front door to building in front of the pub so lots of people drinking & chatting at tables

Couldn't get TV to work. Kept coming up with message to say ot needed tuning in.

The location was excellent. Easy reach to all the restaurants etc. We had a wee blip with the TV but the owner came immediately and rectified the problem.

One little thing… the duvet cover was too warm. A light weight one for summer months would be better.

The location could not be better, close to everything. The apt was clean and very spacious with all the amenities one could need. Washer and dryer were definitely a plus. Extra bathroom was a welcome surprise. The bed was sooo comfortable too. Free parking just steps away was great to have. Perfect.

The only thing I didn't appreciate was having to wait until late morning before receiving access codes to the apt. Most other places provide that info the night before arrival. I like to have that info before setting out in the morning so that I'm well prepared when I arrive. Not a huge deal.

Great location. Host was very friendly. She checked in on us when we hadn’t made it there yet.

I didn’t realize there was only a washer and not a dryer, which was 100% my fault. But she was kind and offered to dry it for me in the morning but we weren’t staying long enough. My only complaint was that there was mold in the shower that was covered up by a strip.
