The location was great, view was beautiful and the pool was amazing. Mr. Mohamed Diebes was very friendly and helpful, and easy to deal with The whole experience was smooth from start to finish . We had a great time and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended

Il s’agit d’une vue piscine plutôt que d’une vue mer, il faut se pencher sur le balcon si vous voulez la voir. Appartement bien mais immeuble moyennement entretenu

Vastaanoton henkilökunta ei osannut palvella asiakkaita asianmukaisesti. Pyysin heiltä uutta sänkyä, koska vuodesohva oli rikki, mutta en saanut apua, vaikka ilmoitin asiasta jo päivällä. Siitä huolimatta ongelmaa ei hoidettu. Myöhään illalla kävin vastaanotolla uudelleen, jolloin minulle sanottiin, että henkilö, joka hoitaa tällaisia asioita, ei ole enää paikalla, koska hänen työvuoronsa oli päättynyt. Vastaanoton mielestä lapset voisivat nukkua lattialla, mikä oli täysin asiatonta. Lopulta jouduin ottamaan yhteyttä henkilöön, joka vastaa Booking.com-sivustosta. Hän hoiti asian, ja saimme toisen sängyn myöhään illalla. Lisäksi sisäänkirjautuminen oli erittäin hidasta. Huono asiakaspalvelu!!

When we had hiccups and accidentally locked the key into the house, he made a plan. The on-site restaurant Azura beach, simply amazing. Good location to get around as well.

Klo defekt. Wasser lief aus. Vermieter hat sich schnell um eine Reparatur gekümmert. Jedoch hatte der Handwerker keinen Erfolg. Ganze Anlage ist recht verdreckt und in die Jahre gekommen.

First 9 days he will come next day. No show up third day I asked the customer service he told me tomorrow 10 30 am no show so no tv for the whole stay plus water time with technicians. The second issue dinner was terrible I had two times dinner and I got sick twice Third water heater for coffee was damaged two days to get replacement. Light bulb needed for side lamp I asked reception nothing happened. Two days heaven drilling top of my room 10 am. At least they notify me More and more I had terrible stay I blame booking.com you said it is resort but it is not. 150 owners and very bad management I am charged from 30 Sept till 9 October but in reality my booking was from 1 till 9 October I asked for invoice they told me to pick by reception . Reception they said they do not have They ruined my vacation I demand full refund

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025القيمة مقابل المال لا تقبل المنافسة. الشقه مريحه للغاية والعفش كله جديد نفس الصور بظبط وتحتوي على كل ما تحتاجه للاستمتاع بإقامة هادئة ومريحة في الغردقة. الشقه تعتبر من انضف الشقق واهتمام المضيف محمد كان استثنائي، ودائما على استعداد لمساعدتنا في أي موقف. وكل يوم بيتصل وبيطمن لو كل شيئ تمام. وخدمة نقل المطار كانت ممتازه وبسيارات حديثه وتئمين كل الاحتياجات قبل الوصول للشقه. يوجد سوبر ماركت وصيدلية ومطاعم قريبه من المكان. ويوجد صالون للسيدات والرجال وكهف ملح. شكرا خاص لا محمد باشا من اطيب الناس يلي تعرفت عليها 🩶

The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay — everything was new, clean, and modern. Reviewed Jan 14, 2025Pictures for booking look very nice but in reality very deceiving. The whole area is like a massive building site around the resort with a lot of the other apartments still being renovated with electric cables everywhere. Our apartments had broken windows by the stairs and lift dangerous. Had 2 power cuts one while away on a day trip so everything in the fridge spoiled. Sockets in kitchen didn't work so couldn't use stove or microwave, apartment looked half finished. Staff at the reception not very helpful and no amenities nearby had to get a taxi to do anything. Definitely would not recommend this place or location.

Reviewed Dec 24, 2024Lovely, we'll decorated flat within a newly built resort. Modern furnishing, with veiw of the main pools and the sea to one side. Has own private beach with parasols and loungers, which we used.
The flat lacked facilities for a long stay, such as a gas cooker and a microwave oven. There was no rack to hang our wet swimming suits and no ironing board. These small additions would make the place perfect.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2024First, I would like to commend Mr. Ahmed Geresha, who gave us a very warm welcome and delighted us with a welcome gift - Egyptian fantastic fruits, dates, strawberries, and guavas. Mr. Ahmed was always available whenever we needed anything. Truly an outstanding gentleman and extremely kind. Overall, everyone within this facility was always courteous, friendly, and ready to assist if we needed anything. We felt right like at home. The location turned out to be extremely good. It's important for us to get a good night's sleep. There was heavenly peace, and we slept like babies. A really great feature. It's nice that the location is a bit outside of Hurghada, where it can be a bit louder. Taxis to the city are very cheap. Around 0.50 euros via Uber, for example. The apartment was very well-equipped. High-quality and comfortable. There are great pools and slides available. The beach is fantastic. Shallow waters, very suitable for small children. We will definitely return. I absolutely recommend this location to everyone.
