Amazing place for people who appreciates quiet places. A very peaceful place where you can really relax. A gorgeous pier to walk along. A nice bar with delicious breakfasts outside. I really liked the hotel, in my opinion - one of the best in Hurghada

Excellent location close to beach,lovley pool area very quiet and relaxing,exceptionally clean ,reception staff very helpful and friendly especially Dita who i saw most of the time., clean room and bedding provided plenty of clean towels also beach towels provided also shower gel in bathroom and cleaning product in kitchen welcome water provided in room on arrival +++ for additional mosquito screens for balcony +++ which was very nice to with supplied with table and chairs lovley sea view room and beach bar/ restaurant right on beach Excellent food and service and reasonable price again lovley staff. Always staff cleaning common areas which was a daily as the sand gets everywhere from the beach Lots of local shops and stores 2 minutes walk from apartment, can buy daily essentials from tea- milk snacks even a shop that sold alcohol 😙 which was a bonus plenty coffee shops and restaurants selling good food,one occasion I used food delivery app but then saw resturant was 5 mins away apartment so walked there instead The whole complex had cool relaxed vibe no loud music playing all day no annoying animation guys trying to disturb you while resting the beach very clean and tidy, Note+++ as the name states these are serviced apartments so don't expect all the fancy frills of a normal hotel and its not in a tourist area but the quality of the stay was just as good !! but if you just want peace quiet close to beach this is for you a wonderful experience and definitely will be back thank you guys 😊

Weird hotel because it was empty but that's ok. It's nice from the outside with well managed pool and garden but broken down rooms. 24h reception was nice but that's about it. Cleanliness was ok.

The hotel is very good for the money. There is everything you need in the room. There are plenty of shops around it. The beach is private, there is a bar, a restaurant. The view from the terrace is wonderful. I would gladly visit it again.

The rooms, bathrooms, cleanliness. The photos were misleading and deceptive. The area was not nice either.

No proper drain inside the bathroom . All water leaks inside the room and flooded the entire room . When we address this to tbe receptionst she is not addressing our issues instead asking irrelavent questions .

The Only Positive: The direct beach access is good, and the sea is beautiful. However, a nice beach cannot compensate for a terrible room and experience.

My recent stay at the Royal Beach Serviced Apartments was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. What is advertised as a "serviced apartment" resort is, in reality, a massive, impersonal, and poorly maintained complex that fails on almost every level.

Very nice hotel well kept gardens and swimming pools and very friendly helpful staff.

The apartment needs more untensils and a better more modern hob.

Kumlu özel plajının olması, yakınında birkaç tane market olması çok iyi. Apart oda içerisindeki olanaklar iyi buzdolabı çamaşır makinesi gibi.

İnternetin sadece ortak alanda olması çok kötü.

مدينه الاشباح لايوجد فيها أحد غير موظفه استقبال والي عملت البيتزا لي أمام الشاطئ وعامله نظافة والكل عمال نظافة تقريبا دافع 5000 من يوم 5 الي 7 قرفت مشيت يوم 6 اقل وجبه الافطار 250 البيتزا كانت حلوه 250 فراخ ورز 260 لدرجه اني كنت بشتري من بره ولمؤاخذه يجي الاوردار اطلع استلمه مفيش حد تبع الريزورت يدخل هو الحاجة الحلوه الي فيه البحر بس الاقامه زباله مافيش راحة البلاعات بتطفح ميه وسخه انا اسميها مدينه الاموات

L’établissement et spacieux. Il possède de nombreux piscines et un accès facile à la mer. L’établissement est magnifique, j’ai adoré l’emplacement.

The view and the swimming pool were really nice.

The old lady at reception was rude. To make things worse, a young guy from the staff was taking pictures of my girlfriend while she was getting tanned. The rooms were dirty, especially the toilet. The internet didn't work, and the shower kept getting stuck.

Für den Preis sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten. Allgemein ein wenig Heruntergekommen. Personal war soweit hilfsbereit. Wlan-ist nur im Eingangsbereich nutzbar! Zwischendurch Strom abgestellt weil kein Kredit mehr auf dem Zähler! Wasserdruck ab und zu nicht genügend zum Duschen!

Old and outdated apartments , needs lots of fixing, the shower in the bathroom very very tiny I am 150 LB I could not turn around in it.

Der Schlüssel des Apartments hakte im Türschloss und es war beschwerlich, die Tür zu öffnen.

Tout j ai du payer pour que je change moi même mes drap et surtout il ne voulais pas faire d effort exemple je les contacte 3sem avant mon arrivée pour un lit bébé à ma surprise pas de lit bébé et au final il mon ramener un lit bébé cassé tout service est question d argent j ai demander de changer de chambre vu que y avais des travaux il n ont pas voulu alors que j ai un bébé et que il lon pas laisser dormir jusqu’à 23h

Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Badezimmer eine Katastrophe. Fehlendes Küchenutensilien in der Küche. Bettwäsche dreckig und mit Flecken. Bei Anreise mit 3 Personen kein Schlafplatz für dritte Person vorbereitet. Nur ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch im Badezimmer für 3 Personen. Strand/Pooltücher erst auf Anfrage bei der Rezeption erhalten. Internet im Zimmer funktioniert nicht. Hotel vor Anreise telefonisch zu keiner Tageszeit erreichbar. Nie wieder!!! Leider kann ich hier nicht noch mehr Bilder anhängen. Ich hätte noch ein paar mehr im Angebot.

Vue sur des travaux qui commencent dès 8h du matin avec des marteaux piqueurs Environnement très sale dans les rues autour de l’hôtel Wifi quasiment inexistant Personnel peu sympathique sauf à la piscine et au bar Nous sommes restés 15 jours et les draps et serviettes n’ont jamais été changé supérette absente alors que noté dans le descriptif aucune activité ni soirée proposée Nombre de transats limité à la piscine beaucoup de locaux qui viennent profiter de la piscine dans la journée qui gênent la tranquillité des vacanciers je ne recommande pas

Güzeldi arkadaşımla çok beğendik. Konum biraz sıkıntıydı. Otel mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı seçeneği azdı. Havuz ve deniz harikaydı. Menülere yemeklerin resimleri eklenmeli. Biz ingilizce bilmediğimiz için biraz menülerde zorlandık. Odamızda tavak çatal kaşık tava vb vardı ama bıçak eklenmesi gerekiyor normal bıcakla kesmek zor oluyordu. Tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyorum.

The hotel has a good location, 12 km from Hurghada Marina and 12 km from El Gouna Marina.

The hotel is good, close to the beach and has two swimming pools for children and adults, but the facilities are not good. WI-FI is not available in the rooms. The room service is bad, there is no place in the studio to hang the laundry after coming out of the sea, there are no chairs or tables in it. They need to improve their facilities. To clean the rooms, you have to pay money for cleaning during your stay, and this is also very bad.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the hotel was nice and the staff were great. However, the internet was unreliable and the beach mats could use a good clean. Still, it was a relaxing trip and we’d consider coming back.

The best part was that the appliances were fully functional (fridge/freezer and air conditioning etc) and the apartments were clean and comfortable.

I traveled with my family, and they gave one apartment on the 3rd floor with a nice sea view and the other on the ground floor facing the rear with no decent view.

Bloody awful, really was, one day there was dog or cat poo on the stairs and 3 hours later it was still there.

They charger us for 4 bedrooms and they give us two and they didn't want to give us refund for two other rooms. We didn't use

It took a long time to check in. The first apartment offered had no bedding, no towels the second apartment was clean and tidy.

The price per night was too high especially because the apartment interior looked like it had seen better days. I booked a room with 3 bedrooms so my Egyptian friend could stay with us. That became a nasty discussion with the staff. He should sleep somewhere else.

Stuuf very helpful , the hotel small and cozy very good value for money

Royal beach is visually stunning with friendly staff. However on arrival the security is more interested in tips than turning on boiler, making sure TV and WiFi works. Fridge hardly gets cold. WiFi is intermittent. Would have been nice to have soap and shampoo at flat.

The visuals are not reflecting the true concept of the facility. Most important thing is it that it is not clean enough. I tried several times to get my linens changed. They redirected the problem instead of producing solution. The WiFi is only available in the limited area of the reception, it is NOT covering the rooms. So please don’t forget to buy a mobile internet package.

The location of hotel is not a tourist area. These rooms are sub-let by owners. The shower area needs upgrading, there was no room service, no toilet paper or towel change, as described on B.com, there was no bottle of water on arrival, no mini bar the air con was loud and no satellite tv channels.

L’appartement était très propre avec une vue magnifique ! À proximité il y a des épiceries, boutiques de fruits et plusieurs très bons restaurants. Les piscines sont top et l’accès à la plage très proche.
