Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Appartamento bellissimo e molto pulito.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Loved my stay here, great location. Right near everything needed and the sauna was a massive plus.
Could hear the upstairs neighbour one morning walking around but it wasn’t too bad.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025The service is good. The location is convenient. And the room is clean and well-equipped.
However, there is a distinct smell in the room, likely chemicals from the new furnishings or painting, which makes me feel uncomfortable sleeping, and I have to open the window all the time. I would suggest the host find professionals to deal with the issue, or they should at least let fresh air in for several months after letting others in. I'm not sure whether this would harm health, but I would not suggest kids or pregnant women live here.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025Erinomainen sijainti ja sauna. Helppo kirjautuminen sisään. Ilmalämpöpumppu oli myös kesän helteillä todellinen helpotus.
Bookingin kautta lähetettyyn viestiin vastaaminen kesti todella pitkään. Huoneistosta puuttui joitain perusasioita kuten henkarit, leikkuulauta ja leikkuuveitsi. Nämä aiottiin laittaa kuntoon.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2025The convenience of the location in the heart of city center and many restaurants and tour operators. Of course the host, Topias, who was an absolute star and epitome of excellent customer service and hospitality on par with, if not better than, 5-star properties of international hotel brands. Answered every query and issue that I had before and during my entire stay in Rovaniemi.
