Mara and her colleague were both very friendly, helpful and professional. The property itself was spacious and clean. The location is incredible, immediately fronting onto the beach.

The location of Oscar Beachfront Suites is unbeatable! Situated directly across from the beach, it offers stunning sunrise views and sits within easy walking distance of a wonderful variety of restaurants. Most importantly for us, the surrounding area is completely flat, making it easy for my husband to walk around. The suites themselves feature a beautiful modern style and lovely decor, complemented by a gorgeous patio area with private heated pools. Daily housekeeping was meticulously handled, and a delicious breakfast of our choice was delivered directly to our room every morning. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the amazing host. As the owner of the suites, Mara consistently goes above and beyond for her guests, remaining incredibly responsive and helpful with any request. She frequently surprised us with thoughtful touches like afternoon treats or glasses of wine. Mara’s exceptional warmth and genuine hospitality truly make the suites an extraordinary place to stay.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Mara was exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful from the very first moment. We truly felt welcome and cared for during our entire stay. The suites are beautiful, stylish and very comfortable — honestly one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The location in Perivolos is perfect: peaceful, relaxing and in our opinion the best area of Santorini. There was absolutely no reason for complaint. Everything was clean, organized and handled with kindness and professionalism.

Die Lage der Suite ist, wie wir finden, die beste auf Santorini. Wir haben uns die Insel mit dem Auto angeschaut. Mara hat alles organisiert. Der Strand direkt vor der Tür ist wunderschön. Die Strandpromenade mit ihren vielen Restaurants und Bar einfach wunderschön. Mara ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin und Deby die gute Fee kümmert sich um alles so das es uns an nix fehlte. Die Suite ist wirklich genau so wie auf den Bildern. Einfach nur wunderschön. Allen Bewertungen können wir voll zustimmen. Herzlichen Dank an Mara und ihr Team.

Ich war begeistert und habe mich sehr wohl und gut betreut gefühlt. Mara und ihr Team sind auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Das Zimmer , die Terrasse und der private Pool ließen keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück war so gut und ausreichend, dass ich noch eine Nachmittagsjause hatte. Der Strand liegt gleich über die Straße, Bars und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich komme sicher wieder.

Het pand is gelegen recht tegenover de zee, omringd door de meest heerlijke restaurants. 1 woord: FANTASTISCH! Wij komen zeker terug. Bedankt Mara❤️

La propriétaire Madame Mara vous accueillera chaleureusement et elle est toujours aux petits soins pour rendre votre séjour agréable. La chambre lumineuse et très propre, le ménage est fait tous les jours Le petit déjeuné complet et succulent avec 2 bouteilles d'eau offert tous les jours La piscine privée est juste incroyable avec une belle terrasse pour passer de belles soirée. La mer en face Au niveau de la chambre et de l'accueil c'est du haut standing vraiment rien à dire Madame Mara et sa femme de ménage sont très professionnelle. Ont a réserver cette chambre pour l'anniversaire de ma femme et Madame Mara avait tout prévu, Gateau succulent, fleurs, offert par la maison svp, ma femme était ravie. Madame Mara vous recommandera les bons restaurants au alentours. Elle est toujours disponible et à l'écoute toujours une petite attention au cours de la journée, une glace, des fruits, des jus ... Il s'agit d'une maison d'hôte composé de 3 chambres avec une piscine privée pour chaque chambre Ont avait besoin de repos et ont est revenu en forme ! Séjour exceptionnelle mais prévoyez une voiture

Pour les longs séjours ce qui fut notre cas ( 7 jours ) il faut impérativement une voiture si vous voulez visiter la région. Aux alentours il n'y a pas grand chose à faire et il y a très peu de commerce accessible à pied. ( épicerie, boulangerie ..) oublié les transports en communs et les taxis sont chers. Il s'agit d'une station balnéaire avec beaucoup de passages de voitures devant la propriété donc assez bruyant. Pour nous il y avait trop de vis à vis par rapport à la rue mais à longue ont s'y accommode. Les rideaux ne sont pas 100 % occultant et il y des fenêtres ou il n'y a pas de rideaux donc pour la grace matinée c'est compliqué. Heureusement que Madame Mara à prévu des masques de nuit. Je recommanderai à Mara de mettre des Screen occultants électriques pour ceux qui veulent dormir dans le noir absolu. Les restaurants aux alentours sont vraiment très bons mais hors de prix par rapport à la capitale Fira, ou Oia. il faut compter 80 € pour 2 plats, 1 dessert, et une eau ?? vraiment abusé. Heureusement que la propriété est en face de la mer, car les transats sont également hors de prix entre 60 € et 100 € pour 2 transats !!!! j'ai voyager partout dans le monde et je n'ai jamais vu ça c'est juste scandaleux, je ne comprend pas ce prix ... Je vous conseille une voiture pour visiter et profiter de la beauté de l'île. Mara est fantastique, la propriété avec la piscine privée un must do mais il faut une voiture !

Wir haben lange gesucht, um die richtige Unterkunft am Meer zu finden, nachdem wir vorher ein paar Tage in Oia waren. Die Oscar Suites sind unique, angefangen von der fantastischen Lage an einem schönen Strandabschnitt, bei dem man schon nach wenigen Metern ins Meer hüpfen kann, über die große Suite mit dem tollen Privatpool und der großen Terrasse und dem fantastischen Interieur stimmt hier alles. Man kann hier gleich in die Restaurants um die Ecke gehen oder die zwei schönen Beachclubs in der Nähe besuchen und ist trotzdem in einer ruhigen, privaten Atmosphäre. Und das Beste - Mara und Ihr Team sind unfassbar freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Tipps von Mara waren hier auf der Insel für uns goldwert und haben unseren Aufenthalt spektakulär gemacht.

Little piece of heaven We had wonderful and magical time at the apocalypses suit. Martha is the most kind sweet and thoughtful lady. She arranged every little detail from top to bottom. Breakfast was amazing everything was fresh and delightful. The room was sparkly clean and the stuff was so nice and kind. Do not hesitate and book it, Thank us later.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und unterstützte und mit Empfehlungen in der Umgebung. Die Lage war gut, der Strand war in der Nähe und auch der Pool war sehr schön.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Oscar Suites . Mara was incredibly welcoming and sweet, and she gave us amazing recommendations for food and places to visit. We were celebrating both our engagement and a birthday, and she went above and beyond to make it special. Finding rides was really easy, and there were restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The apartment had an incredible view, and the pool was perfectly maintained throughout our entire stay. We made so many beautiful memories here and will definitely be coming back. The property is modern, stylish and well equipped. It’s on the beach front, but still peaceful. There are numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance. One great feature was the mirrored windows which provided privacy during daylight hours. The suite was spotlessly clean - the cleaner was discreet and respectful. Our lovely host Mara was very attentive and informative, giving us useful tips. She also provided some lovely little touches such as ice creams, cake, pastries and some lovely departure gifts

An amazing piece of paradise in Santorini. Next to the beach, just steps from diving in. The front gardens are amazing with an artsy vibe. The host is just a lovely person taking care of anything you need on the island. She knows everything and everyone. You need a ride, you need a restaurant, you need anything. She concierges the heck out of it. Also no one will try to hustle you, if you have any issues. There are an amazing restaurants and spots next to it. The sheets were cleaned and changed every day, every detail taken care of like with a personal care taker. Towels, flip flops, anything you need. Will definitely always stay there when in Santorini.

Seaside Santorini was an absolute highlight of our trip! The location is incredible—right by the water with a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere that makes it perfect for both day lounging and evening dining. Angelo and the entire staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Their service was thoughtful without ever being intrusive, and they made sure we were comfortable and cared for the whole time. The food and cocktails were fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel like you’re on a true island escape. We can’t wait to come back!

The entire team were just wonderful throughout my stay and couldn’t have been more helpful. The location and the individual plunge pools were fantastic. Even as the season was closing there were so many restaurant options and other activities to enjoy and it was nice to travel outside of the highest season.

Absolute Empfehlung! Die Besitzerin Mara ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war wunderschön, modern, neu und sehr sauber. Frühstück wurde zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt an unser Zimmer gebracht und man konnte am Vortag aussuchen, was man gerne möchte. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Lage ist super, direkt am Strand. Ingesamt ein wirklich sehr sehr schönes Zimmer mit eigenem Pool. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location next to lots of restaurants and right next to the beach. Everything was extremely clean and the service from Mara was some of the best I’ve experienced! She did an amazing birthday surprise for my partner, instantly messaged me back if I had any enquires and giving me an amazing list of things do in my stay. She’s an amazing person and great energy! We can’t wait to come back.

Our holiday was simply perfect! Nothing was missing. The hotel was an absolute dream. The pool was super refreshing and you only had to cross the road to get to the sea. Thank god Oscar suites exist in Santorini! If you’re looking for a calm, quiet, chilled relaxing space this is the place for you! Me and my husband are so busy in our everyday lives it was so nice to switch off, wake up to the sound of the sea everyday and just to chill by our own private heated pool daily We didn’t need to go far for food or essentials, everything was right on our doorstep! And if we couldn’t get what we needed Mara the best host we’ve ever experienced would go the extra mile, from organising transport, bringing daily treats, checking up on is and just being so kind and friendly we did not want to leave The space is luxurious and had everything we needed, Carmen came daily to make sure we had enough of everything, from towels, toiletries, glasses, cutlery, it didn’t matter what time, Mara and Carmen were always there for us and that’s all you need, it felt more personal and we absolutely loved it, can’t fault anything! Thank you Mara & Carmen for making our anniversary trip really special, we will be recommending Oscar suites to everyone we know! 🩷

Mara è un host Fantastico, sempre disponibile, molto dolce e premurosa, al mattino ci facevano trovare sempre una colazione super abbondante e con materie prime di alta qualità e ogni momento era buono per offrirci frutta fresca o un gelatino. Mara offre anche un ottimo servizio consierge si occuperà di procurarti tutto quello di cui hai bisogno nel minor tempo possibile. La pulizia e il riassetto dalla camera è quotidiano (anche il 15 agosto). La signora delle pulizie ( Carmen) è molto riservata e discreta è estremamente attenta e le pulizie sono molto approfondite. Ogni giorno vengo fornite 2 bottiglie di acqua e capsule Nespresso. La zona secondo me è la migliore di Santorini in quanto lontana dal caos ma provvista di tutti i necessari i servizi nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti di alto livello ma anche ristoranti più semplici, un minimarket, spiagge attrezzate di tutti i confort e le necessità. esperienza veramente top stra consigliata ❤️ la dolcezza e la bontà di Mara e suo marito rimarranno per sempre nei nostri cuori ❤️ un abbraccio Marco e Marinella

Nádherné, stylové a s velkým citem pro detail řešené ubytování na krásném, klidném a přesto velmi snadno dostupném místě. Snídani si každý může poskládat podle své chuti, nabídka je výborná, možnost zvolit si vlastní čas snídaně je velké plus. Mara je výborná hostitelka, která se o vás dokonale postará a každý den vás překvapí nejen domácím pečeným slaným koláčem, čerstvým ovocem, ale i sklenkou výborného vína u které nechybí malý snack. Ubytování je každý den udržováno v absolutní čistotě.

Ich habe noch nie in einem schöneren Zimmer Urlaub gemacht. Die Vermieter waren so zuvorkommend, herzlich, lieb und haben alles perfekt organisiert. Das Frühstück wurde auf die Wunschzeit aufs Zimmer gebracht mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann. Einfach alles perfekt 🤩

The property was beautiful had the perfect location, close to restaurants and beach. The staff are incredible!! Mara is a fantastic host-went above and beyond make our stay perfect. With special touch’s like a birthday cake and champagne on arrival. Mara couldn’t do enough for us each day. Carmen was absolutely the hardest worker, gardening or cleaning and super friendly. Carmen made a beautiful arrangement on our bed of love hearts created out of towels. Mara & Carmen added so much to our stay while at the Villa. We felt blessed to not only be in an amazing villa at a great location but to have met such beautiful staff members that added to our time in Santorini! We recommend and give this property a 10 out of 10 We thank you for our wonderful time at your place.

We arrived for a five-day vacation in Oscar. When we arrived Mara welcomed us with great joy. The staff's attitude and concern for every request makes you feel like a family member. The place is beautiful, next to a quiet beach. The room is large and very spacious with a large, comfortable bed and wonderful linens. In the room there is a coffee machine, cold water and every possible treat. Outside is a great heated pool and next to it are sunbeds where we spent most of the day. The indulgent breakfast is served to the room and is tasty and generous. The area is excellent, not crowded with tourists, quiet and pleasant, there are also restaurants and bars so we hardly had to move from the area. Anyone looking for a dreamy and unforgettable vacation should run to Oscar, and receive Mara's excellent hospitality

There are many great things about the suite. - The location is excellent (right on the beach, many tavernas within 1 minute walking distance max). It's calm and quiet. The sports beach with many attractions is 1 minute walk away. There are even high-end restaurants like Seaside and others. And the beach is the best in Santorini IMO - Calm and almost no waves, super nice. - The host is excellent - Mara is super helpful and made sure we'll always be delighted. The cleaning lady, Carmen, is the best I've seen - The room was *sparkling*. Really takes her job seriously and cleans with love. Everything was perfect. - Breakfast is amazing! - The suite itself is lovely. Modern with a large shower. Wifi was really fast (unique in greece!!). The small pool is perfect. There's relative privacy as well. We would happily book it again!

In greece there are 2 things you need to know: - Many times the tap water is not great to drink, and sometime smell. Mara & Carmen stocked us with as many water bottles as we need - Every day! - You shouldn't throw toilet paper to the toilet. I guess that's normal in many places. Not normal for us. While the pool is private in the sense it's only yours - It is not private in the sense that nobody can see you.

Un séjour inoubliable…! Un lieu magique idéalement situé, entouré de délicieux restaurants et d’une belle plage de sable noire. Sa déco moderne et reposante permet une déconnection complète, tout est bien pensé. L’accueil, la bienveillance et les petits déjeuners de Mara sont hors du commun. Amazing location, incredible room, and the best host ever! We stayed for a few nights and this place far exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable bed and the room has everything you need. Shower is enormous and works perfectly. Having a private pool is also great when you don’t want to be at one of the many beach bars/clubs in the area. Breakfast is a 10/10! This room is steps away from the beach and many restaurants with great food. Mara was extremely helpful as a host, was so nice to us and made us feel like family, and made great recommendations to us during our time in Santorini. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Plus za idealne oswietlenie w łazience- dla kobiet ułatwienie nie trzeba szukac dobrego swiatła do makijażu po całym apartamencie :) W pokojach znajdziecie suszarkę do włosów, szlafroki, klapki, cały komplet kosmetyków codziennego użytku, opaski do spania, stopery, wagę, sejf i wiele więcej, na prawde jest wszystko! Państwo Właściciele pomogą we wszystkim czym chcesz, dodatkowo dbając o Twoje samopoczucie. Basen podgrzewany co było bardzo dużym plusem. Piękny taras- sprzątany co rano, jeszcze przed Twoim wybudzeniem. Wygodne sofki wypoczynkowe na tarasie, leżaczki i pufy. Śniadania spory wybór więc każdy spokojnie znajdzie coś dla siebie od płatków przez jajka w różnej postaci, pieczywo, słodkosci, owoce, swieże soki, omlety itp. W okolicy bardzo fajne miejsca do jedzenia, plażowania czy wyjścia na drinka np SeaSide. Miły personel sprzątający, dbający o Twoje potrzeby razem z Właścicielami. Miły akcent na powitanie na schłodzenie począstunek lodami, to było bardzo słodkie z ich strony. Wrócimy i chetnie polecimy znajomym! Cudowny wypoczynek!

Everything about this holiday was special, the owner Mara was absolutely brilliant. She made my birthday a very special time. The suite was fully equipped with everything you may need from hair dryer to sowing kit. The caretaker would come in daily and leave clean towels. The breakfast is as per your request and absolutely lovely. Words could not describe how lovely this place is. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend. The suite, the staff and the location are beyond amazing. If you want total relaxation and to leave all your worries at the door this is the place for it.

The Oscar Beachfront is a wonderful place. Mara our host is a special person who made our stay very special. We love the location just steps to the beach and restaurants. A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX with beautiful views of the sea. We can't wait to return.

Property was amazing. Big spacious room! All amenities. Clean, tidy, Hosts were perfect. On call 24 hour a day. Room cleaned everyday. Left us presents before we left. Ice cream on the house everyday. Breakfast served everyday of your choice.

We loved everything! Every littel thing! The place was amazing and the hostess who welcomed us was charming! She welcomed us with 2 glasses of cold orange juice and explained us about the area and gave us an amazing feeling from the very first moment! The location was great! right on the beach, we enjoyed our privacy and the open view with the gorgeous pool and the beautiful beach! Nearby there is nice restaurants. The location is just perfect for sunrise! Highly recommend ! Thank you so much! We will be back!
