Amazing place and quiet. A place where you can relax fare away from crowds ! near to beach ,rooms ok ,bads comfortable , closer to restaurants and jacuzzi supper a bonus, car parking spaces. Every day rooms was cleaned, lady ho take care of property was helping us by renting a car and she took care of everything we needed.thankfully.

We stay here for 5 days and the breakfast was enough ,every day we had a full basket with food , only bad thing for us ,was the same food every day , was better if they had the chance to change a bit the breakfast. Eating the same thing every day for us was not ok. In rest amazing .

Esperienza impeccabile a 20 metri dal mare Struttura nuova e curata nei minimi dettagli. Stanze e bagno perfetti, con pulizia e cambio asciugamani ogni mattina. Bellissima la zona esterna sotto il portico con jacuzzi personale e due lettini. Colazione al mattino super abbondante e freschissima. Consigliatissima!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Athiri Luxury Suites in Perivolos, with my family and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The moment we arrived, we were greeted by Maria, our hostess with warm hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink. The suites themselves are stunning—tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of modern luxury and traditional Greek charm. The amenities were top-notch, with a beautiful outdoor jacuzzi that provided a serene escape. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering personalized recommendations for local dining and activities. Their attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The owner, Mike was very kind and made us feel right at home as well! I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Santorini! We can’t wait to return!

Every square inch was spotless. The daily breakfast basket was so awesome and the privacy was exceptional. The staff was so great as well. Kind, considerate and quiet.

Perfect location with easy access to everything we needed. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with high-quality facilities, making our stay very comfortable. The hot tub was a great addition – clean, relaxing, and perfect after a long day. The hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we would definitely recommend this place to others.

Le logement est spacieux, propre et très confortable. Il bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal : à quelques pas de la plage et des restaurants, tout en étant au calme. Durant tout notre séjour, nous avons seulement croisé la femme de ménage, qui s’occupe également du panier du petit déjeuner. Elle est très serviable et attentionnée. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il s’apparente davantage à un panier repas (croque-monsieur, œuf dur, etc.) qu’à un véritable petit déjeuner continental.

Point négatif : Dès notre premier bain, après avoir enclenché les jets, l’eau du jacuzzi s’est couverte d’écume, révélant un mauvais traitement et une pollution par des impuretés (feuilles, poussières, cafards). Nous avons aussi retrouvé de nombreuses touffes de cheveux !!!. Malgré notre signalement à Maria, aucune amélioration n’a été faite et nous avons donc renoncé à utiliser le jacuzzi, ce qui est regrettable car une eau mal désinfectée peut présenter des risques pour la santé.

Rumore delle cappe di ventilazione del ristorante SEASIDE di fronte sempre accese e molto fastidioso sia durante il giorno che di sera fino alle 00.30 di notte - Maniglia del BAGNO da sostituire poiche' arrugginita da un bel po' di tempo - Pulizia dei lettini esterni da migliorare poiche' sempre sporchi e ma puliti!!

The location is perfect—2 minutes from the beach and endless restaurants. The property is super comfortable, and the staff is the best. Recommended with eyes closed! I know that Santorini is known for the sunsets, but the sunrise on the beach is spectacular!

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und räumlich sehr großzügig gestaltet. Die Lage zum Strand ist ein großer Pluspunkt!

Es fehlt ein Tisch mit Stühlen, da das Frühstück in der Unterkunft serviert wird. Wir haben das als sehr ungemütlich empfunden. Es gibt nur im Innenraum niedrige Couchtische. Das Frühstück wird im Picknickkorb gebracht. Im Zimmer gibt es kein Geschirr, es werden auch keine Teller gebracht, lediglich Aufbewahrungsboxen. Das Frühstück entspricht nicht den Erwartungen die man mir dem Nivea der Unterkunft verbindet. Obwohl die Unterkunft selbst wirklich schön ist, würden wir das so nicht mehr buchen.

Maria est une personne adorable, merci pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Le spa privatif et la terrasse ensoleillée permettent un repos optimal. La localisation, à deux pas de la black beach et des restaurants de Perivolos, est idéale et l'on peut très facilement louer un véhicule pour visiter le reste de l'île. Un séjour inoubliable !

We had a great stay in Athiri. The location is perfect and the rooms are well equipped, clean, and with great AC. We enjoyed every minute.

There were limited facilities to enjoy breakfast or drinks in a group of four or more people.

This property was amazing and well kept. It was located within minutes of a variety of dining and the black sand beaches. Maria our hostess was top-notch providing us with contacts to ride services, reservations, and arranging for fun as we requested. We had a delicious and beautiful continental breakfast delivered to our veranda each morning. I would stay here 100 times over.

Exceptional hospitality by Maria and her personnel. Great location 50 m to the beach. Large, modern, comfortable apartment. Lots of restaurants near by. Great breakfest (kind of brunch actually). Large bathroom. Just a great place to spend time if you are a sea and beach person. But also good bus communication with the rest of island. You really do not need to rent a car if you want to combine your beach holliday with sightseeing.

Going by bus to Fira is great, the bus stop is 3 min walk from the apartment, going back is a bit different story. The bus stops at different place 15 min walking distance from the apartment. But this is absolutely not a remark towards the guesthouse, rather towards somebody from the public communication, who had the ambition to make a bus schedule as understandable as ancient greek. To give you an example of level of service you get: Maria actually took a drive filming the way to the bus stop so we could find it!!!! Never experienced such a customer attention.

The property and staff were exceptional. The pics don’t really do it justice. Bed was extremely comfortable and all amenities were luxurious. Own private veranda with sun beds and hot tub. Also right on the beach. The breakfast was incredible. The staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t have done more. This properly hits all the marks for a fantastic relaxing stay. Attention to detail second to none. We will definitely return. Outstanding. I loathe to write such a resounding review in case I will not be able to get a place there when I return but it was one of the best holiday accommodation/location/team we have ever experienced. Nothing was too much. Perfect 🤩

I asked for a view of sea, balcony, and got a view of the back of a restaurant and patio. The main problem I have with booking.com is I cannot make ANY changes to my reservation or room directly with the hotel. I didn't get the value for my money. Not happy with the location or the value

Absolutely everything!!! This is a must stay!! Everyone couldn't be more helpful and so relaxed, the restaurant by the beach is also wonderful and the staff are so lovely The beach by here is also spectacular part of the beach and great for swimming . The facilities are also super!! And was always made beautiful and clean! 10/10 we had wonderful time staying here !!!!

It was very confortable, clean and beautiful. Is in the front line of the black beach which was the best. The hotel has a restaurant with amazing food. The restaurant has big chairs and umbrellas in the beach and incredible service. The personal was SO amazing!!! Special mention to Maria and Efi, top customer service!!! I will be coming back next year 😊

The host was very helpful, friendly and patient, we communicated in writing. Everything in the apartment was fine and clean. The beach was very close, in a calm environment, breakfast is in the restaurant, you can choose something from the menu. Our outdoor jacuzzi pool was perfect. WiFi worked well. I highly recommend the place. It was my friend's birthday, he arranged everything (cake and candles), he was incredibly helpful, thank you very much once again. Five stars!!! *****

My partner and I spent 6 days here. Modern decor, equipped with everything you need, and our private outdoor Jacuzzi pool was the nice touch to make it perfect. Top area (by the sea), great to walk to the beach (in the evening we always moved by scooter, you reach any place in a short time). Maria is the host that everyone would like to have: very kind, super helpful, caring, always available, she’s fantastic! During our stay, unfortunately, I was sick for a few days and Maria did not let me lack anything, helping us and being present even in these unpleasant moments. I recommend this beautiful place to everyone and believe me, you couldn't find better than Athiri Luxury Suites and its amazing Maria!!!

Really friendly staff, immaculately clean, relaxing jacuzzi, close to the beach in not too crowded surrounding, breakfasts of your choice from the menu with absolutely delicious freshly-squeezed juice. I highly recommend the place.
