Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The host was very friendly and responsive. He also checked how are doing and made sure that everything is doing great for us as his guests. Room is very ckean and complete with things needed. I work remotely and love to book an accommodation from time to time. Of all the accommodations that we (my partner and I) stayed, this is the best so far. Will definitely book again. Thank you

Very comfortable, clean modern studio, near shopping centersand restaurants convenience stores and bank/atm all within nearby walking distance. Felt very safe in the area. Getting transportation was a breeze. Host and staff were very accomodating. Would stay here again.

I especially loved the voice-activated unit, which made everything so convenient, and the entire place was spotless and well-kept. The owner, Sir John, was extremely kind and accommodating and kind. I would definitely love to book this unit again in the future, and I’ll happily recommend it to my friends as well. Thank you so much, Sir John, and to your mom - we truly enjoyed our stay! 🤍

I also like the simple but classy design and interior of the unit, totally comfy and homey plus it has a great view of the front area/street. It has basic but very well-maintained facilities and amenities. Moreover, they have a helpful and courteous staff. Friends and relatives have previously stayed in One Regis. Highly recommended - this unit is perfect for couple or parent with 1 child. The host is very accommodating and helpful. Thanks a lot!
