Reviewed Feb 25, 2026We've been staying in One Regis everytime we had celebrations. This was i think the 9th time we rented there. This time i choose this unit because of the unique interior of the room. The bunk bed was definetly a plus when your with kids. So i liked it.
The wifi keeps crashing and no signal sometimes. My kids complain they cant use the tv much coz of it. The hot water is not functioning too. The other utilities like microwave was so dirty we couldn't use it. But most of all, the POOL was under maintenance for a couple weeks already and in between and after booking, there was no notification at all. So i was just dissappointed cos it was the reason we stayed there to celebrate for a birthday. For an overnight stay, it felt a little pricey compared to the other times we went there.

Reviewed May 29, 2024The location is great. The room is super clean especially the bathroom. Water has good pressure. The pool was really refreshing. We were so tired during our trip but really enjoyed our stay at this studio. Thank you to the owner for letting us stay. Hope we can come back next time.
