Daniel and the girls were unbelievably helpful, positive, cheerful and helpful and basically gave the hostel the lovely vibe which you should experience. Rooms great. Lots to do internally and external tours were good too. V cool rooftop. Just a lovely place.

Perhaps avoid rooms by the roadside…

Ottima posizione e possibilità di prenotare i tour in ostello. Un ringraziamento speciale ai ragazzi che gestiscono l’ostello, davvero gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutare. Organizzano diverse attività che rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e, quando abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà, ci hanno aiutato a risolverla con grande disponibilità. Sistemerei un po le docce dato che dopo la doccia si allaga completamente il bagno. Aggiungerei dei panchetti per poter appoggiare i propri bagagli

Las instalaciones (terraza grande y provechosa), ubicación muy buena, organización de actividades (clase de yoga muy top!)

La habitación privada no tiene prácticamente ventilación, muy poca luz, no había para colgar la ropa ni las cosas del baño.

La gentilezza dello staff e la posizione.

Se non vuoi dormire per nulla è il posto giusto. La camera ha una finestra che dà sul cortile interno e si sente tutto. Non puoi neanche aprirla per il caldo per il rumore. La notte le persone maleducate e la mattina presto le pulizie. Gli arredi e la Camera sembravano vecchi e mal tenuti non come in foto. Asciugacapelli non funzionante. Mi dispiace dirlo ma anche se ho visto le signore pulire il dormitorio, la mia stanza al contrario sembrava sporca. Poca luce. Per lo stesso prezzo trovi molto meglio.

La ubicación es excelente, la atención por parte de todo el personal, nos hospedamos en una habitación privada y estaba súper cómoda además de que teníamos un balcón, la terraza muy bonita, cuenta con cocina muy equipada, sin duda alguna regresaremos

No cuenta con estacionamiento pero pudimos dejar el auto en la calle y fue muy seguro aunque un poco difícil encontrar lugar ya que está muy céntrico pero con paciencia si se consigue

One of the best hostel experiences so far! Very good value for money. I kept extending my stay and would have happily stayed longer. The staff is really very friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. They are so attentive and they organize some kind of gathering every night. I was staying in a dorm on the rooftop, which had a lot of good vibes (a bit hot during the day in the summer, but the view is amazing and you can find some weights for your workout!). I really enjoyed the weekly yoga and salsa lessons as well (both highly recommended). The bed was very comfortable and felt super private. Plenty of space for your stuff, hangers for the clothes. There is hot shower!! It's very easy to meet people and socialize in the common areas. Good location too. I went on a tour booked through the hostel and it was also great. Oh the dog is also super cute!

The kitchen was a bit small but manageable and you probably won't need it so much anyway because there's plenty of good and affordable food in town! We had some problems with setting the right temperature of the shower but they were working on it and there are several showers you can use

La ubi está perfecta. La gente de la recepción super majos todos, me hicieron sentir como en casa. Y las literas individuales son súper cómodas

My 2nd time staying at CHE SAN Cristobal though this time I chose a private room over dorm. The room was to my liking and comfortable.

Everything was fine in my opinion.

Excelente atención del personal, muy céntrico y muy buena relación calidad precio. Además,ofrecen tours y servicios de traslado, muy útil, cómodo y seguro.

El ruido. Si eres una persona que no puede dormir con ruido es importante tener en cuenta que hay ruido a todas horas. Tanto en la noche como muy temprano.

Salle de bains un peu étroite et parfois un peu sale

Locatie is top! Verder vooral ideaal als je op zoek bent naar een sociaal en gezellig hostel. Personeel is vriendelijk! Er worden leuke groepsacitiviteiten aangeboden was leuk is als je alleen reist. Keuken en dakterras met mooi uitzicht is ook erg fijn!

Onze privé kamer suite 5 was enorm gehorig. Het zou vanaf 11 uur stil zijn maar dit was alle 3 de nachten niet het geval. Schuivende stoelen, pratende mensen, de tv, letterlijk alles hoorde je waardoor we 3 nachten slecht hebben geslapen. Onze douche was ijskoud of bloedheet, 3 dagen achter elkaar aan gegeven en elke keer was het “gefixt”, maar helaas was er niks veranderd. Ook de afzuiging van de douche deed het niet waardoor de hele kamer klam en vochtig was zodra je gedoucht had. Een raam open zetten kan niet als je niet aanwezig bent want dan zou iedereen naar binnen kunnen door de centrale gang. Geen airco dus de kamer bleef vrij warm, koelde savonds wel snel af als je de deur en raam open kon zetten zodra je in je kamer was. Over het algemeen was onze ervaring als stel prima gezien de prijs, maar als je ook een beetje rust zoekt zouden we dit niet aanbevelen. Indien je juist gezelligheid & sociale contacten zoekt en niet te veel om je nachtrust geeft, dan zeker wel!

Goede locatie. Goede prijs-kwaliteit. Behulpzaam personeel.

Veel geluid, ook van deuren en douches etc. En hier kan het hostel misschien niet veel aan doen, maar asociale kamergenoten.. de capsules geven mensen het idee dat ze alleen op de kamer zijn.

Ich hatte ein sehr schönen privates Zimmer und wurde upgraded auf ein größeres Zimmer. Das Personal ist super super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich hatte eine Lebensmittelvergiftung und eine Mitarbeiterin ist mit mir zum Arzt gegangen und hat mir damit sehr geholfen. Bestes Hostel in San Cristóbal !

Mein Zimmer war direkt beim Innenhof und man hat leider vieles gehört aus dem Innenhof.

Breakfast not included. Location was excellent. Staff was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Had a wonderful stay and plan to stay there again.

Buena ubicación, la instalación es limpia, el ambiente es agradable y el detalle del filtro de agua para beber es magnífico, pude llenar mi bote de agua las veces que quiera.

Clean rooms/facilities and friendly staff. The tour we booked with them to Sumidera Canyon was great value for the money as well

I can't recommend Suite 9 for anyone, as it is basically a room created by seperating the common space, which causes a lot of noise coming from the bar/restaurant. When people walk in front of the room, you see them as well, the curtain doesnt cover the whole area. Upper floor private rooms are a must, otherwise not worth it

(We were in a private room.) For the price we paid, this hostel was excellent! Really friendly staff (Pablo in particular), really modern and clean facilities, they allowed us to shower when we arrived early and the room was the best we’ve had on our trip so far!!

Bed was a little hard and overall a little noisy as there is music being played all day - didn’t bother us too much but was difficult to have a little down time if needed.

L'accueil a été très agréable et le personnel en général est très supérieur. L'hostel est aéré, le lit dans le dortoir confortable et la salle bain très propre. L'hostel a un bar et un petit restaurant. Il a aussi un très beau rooftop. Il est situé à 2 pas de la rue piétonne et de toutes les curiosités de la ville de San Cristóbal. C'était vraiment une très belle découverte.

L’hostel est très proche du centre, parfaitement équipé et très propre ! Le personnel est un des plus serviable que j’ai pu voir en auberge. Ils ont des soirées organisées et des promotions sur le bar et le restaurant qui le rend très avantageux.

El personal esta muy muy amable. Siempre listo para hablar un poco y dar consejos sobre San cris. La ubicación está increíble, a menos de un minuto del andador de Guadalupe

The beds were extremely comfortable with real duvets and comfy pillows. We had a great night’s sleep! Massive roof terrace and bar/restaurant downstairs. Kitchen is well equipped for making meals.

Bathroom door kept closing (didn’t stay open) and it can get quite chilly in the rooms because they face the inner courtyard

Kamers zijn luidruchtig. Je hoort veel van het restaurant beneden. Je kan het niet laten luchten als je er niet bent, omdat dan iedereen vanuit de gang toegang heeft.

Location is good. Can book tours through the hostel. Good place if you want to make friends.

The room is priced too high for the facilities. The hot water takes around 5 mins to come.

Super chaîne d'hôtel assez confortable et pas chère. On y rencontre plein de voyageur dans une ambiance festive.

Great location, everything was easily walkable and close to many great cafes, restaurants, markets and things to see. The private room was a good size and nice to have a private bathroom. Really nice to have a kitchen whilst travelling and it’s fully equipped.

there was a terrace above where a guitarist practised for hours some days (middle of the day/ into the night) which came down to the rooms. the room we had was above a road and traffic goes all times of the day (note, not super quiet if you’re looking for that) the showers are quite weak and only give you about 30 seconds of hot water, we spoke with the front desk and they did manage to fix this for our room- not sure if that’s possible for the communal ones. (much better once they fixed it)

The ambiance.

The kitchen is way too small for such a large property with so many guests, and it’s not well stocked — they don’t have enough of anything. The bathroom is also very small, with only one toilet and one shower for what I believe is an 8-bed room. The toilet paper dispenser never works The beds: the room itself was spacious, but the way the beds were built — tightly packed, boxed in with plywood on all sides and the curtain gave the whole space a coffin-like feel. It was just too much for me. I couldn’t handle it.

Gros gros coup de cœur pour le rooftop et sa vue sur le coucher de soleil 🌄 Très bel hostel dans le centre. Chambre privée confortable (attention il peut faire un peu froid le matin et le soir en hiver). Les chambres privées se trouvent au dessus de l’accueil/restaurant donc vous entendez les activités qui s’y passent mais ça dure pas plus tard que vers 21h/22h (quand on y était en tout cas et l’hostel n’était pas beaucoup rempli donc peu de monde). Personnel très accueillant 😊

Die Betten in separaten Kabinen waren sehr gemütlich und man hat eine richtige Decke erhalten. Jedoch musste man nach eine Überzug fragen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften nach dem Auschecken noch den ganzen Tag in der Hostelanlage verweilen und unser Gepäck kostenlos lagern.

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein.

No hot water almost in the shower and very very slow jet . David from the stuff was really not polite while we tried to explain that there is no real hot water for winter times. Stefany was really nice and helpful. They didn't give us a little sugar from the bar cause we hadn't buy anything. Pretty weird for paying more than 100 euros per night for an hostel.

Das Hostel ist sehr neu, hat eine schöne Einrichtung uns eine tolle Dachterasse. Warmes Wasser und dicke Decken auch in den Dorms. Zudem kein Partyhostel

In unserem Bad hing leider schon der Schimmel von der Decke.

Es ist ein sehr entspanntes Hostel. Ich war im November hier und es es war nicht so viel los. Trotzdem gibt es jeden Tag Aktivitäten vom Hostel und es ist einfach neue Leute kennen zu lernen. Auch ist es hier möglich Zeit für sich selbst zu nehmen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die großen Betten.

Nice hostel vibe, really helpull staff and also cool activities organized by the hostel! I enjoyed my stay a lot there, thanks especially to Pablo and David (for the good drinks and the fun nights out), and Stephanie (for all the help in organization and for knowing all the names of all the guests! :) )

The location was good, very friendly and helpful staff, nice common area

The bathroom was everything but ideal: there is nothing separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom so the floor is always wet and slippery. It is very small so you either have to step over the bin to get to the toilet or can't open the door properly. It also smelled bad, I assume it's from the pipes. Also, you could pretty much hear hear everything, so earplugs are essential.

On ne nous conseille aucune activité à l’arrivée et je n’ai pas trouvé la dame à la réception très accueillante, un peu passive agressive.

Me encantó la ubicación, lo limpio de todo, el lugar es muy bonito, cama cómoda. El personal extremadamente simpático, sobre todo las chicas que hacen aseo. La cocina super equipada y había secador.

Lo que no me gustó fue que te ponen solo un plumón pero sin el cubreplumón y no ponen sábanas entonces tienes que usar un plumón que quizá cuantas personas usaron. Creo que no cuesta nada poner sábanas de arriba. Podrían agregar un mini living en la habitación compartida que queda un espacio perfecto para eso. Que se pueda usar el lavamano de la habitación que se hace muy poco con solo un baño.

Le meilleur personnel rencontré jusque là, pleins de conseils sur quoi faire alentours et très gentils ! Les lits en dortoirs sont très confortables et la couette un vrai plus ! Le yoga le matin a été fortement appréciée :)
