Reviewed Nov 16, 2025Super Aussicht, großzügig geschnittene Räume. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich und hervorragend. Zum parken kann die Tiefgarage benutzt werden mit elektrischer Tor Bedienung, was sehr komfortabel ist. Die Küche ist mit grifflosen Öffnungen versehen, jedoch hervorragend ausgestattet und großzügig bemessen. Ein kleinerer Supermarkt ist direkt neben dem Wohnblock.
Das Internet war die ersten zwei Tage nicht existent und danach recht schwach. Es ist kein free TV verfügbar. Man muss also seine eigene Apps nutzen beziehungsweise installieren. Die Duschen sind zwar modern ausgestattet, aber nicht vernünftig geschlossen und das Wasser läuft somit in das Badezimmer. Die großen Panoramafenster lassen doch immer ein wenig Zugluft hinein, so dass öfter die Heizung genutzt werden muss, wenn es kälter wird.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025Alles was perfect Deze Appartement overtreft alles Een avontuur om nooit te vergeten Je staat gewoon stil bij het uitzicht Overdag en avond Als je langs de woonkamer loopt blijf je automatisch stil staan om van de mooie uitzicht te genieten voordat je naar je heerlijke slaapkamer gaat om lekker te slapen zonder iets maar te horen Alles is schoon en alles is aanwezig in het appartement Ik ben veel in Tanger woon er zelf ook Maar dit is toch de beste locatie die ik ken met alles gemakkelijk in de buurt Kortom een droom Appartement voor een mooie kwaliteitsprijs( ik noem het zelf een geslaagde penthouse) Bedankt Mustapha dat ik er mocht verblijven Voor 10 nachten Als het kon had ik voor de volle 3 weken geboekt Maar het was helaas vol geboekt Tot de volgende keer ! Reviewed Aug 13, 2025Enorm vuil , onhygiënisch. Overal mieren, kakkerlakken, insecten en badkamers volledig beschimmeld. Overal haren dat nog rond hangen. Micro beschimmeld. Na lange autorit van België naar Marokko en met 2 kleine kinderen was dit totaal niet aangenaam. "Witte" hoofdkussens zagen geel en was er enorm warm, sauna. Wanneer je airco aanzet komt er vieze geur. Zelfs de eerste avond niet verbleven omdat het niet ok is met kleine kinderen daar te verblijven en meteen iets anders gaan moeten zoeken. Eigenaar kon ook niet meteen iemand sturen of oplossing bieden. SCHANDALIG. Spijtig dat video's niet geupload kunnen worden.

Reviewed May 11, 2025I’ve rented quite a few apartments over the years, but this one truly stands out. The panoramic view over the bay of Tangier is absolutely breathtaking—sunsets from the living room felt surreal. The apartment was spotless, stylishly furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was just as described, if not better. It was quiet, secure, and perfectly located. The host was also very responsive and welcoming. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tangier. A perfect 10/10.

There are not much facilities around the property. 5-10 minutes away from the cafe/restaurant. No ATM machine near by and taxi stand also 20-30 minutes walking distance.

apartment was lovely and sunset view was amazing will be going back again to tangier and if I do I will stay at this apartment host was very helpful and so was his caretaker.
