The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very poor, with limited options, and it was available for only one pre-selected hour. The air conditioning was in the living room but not in the bedroom, and the facilities felt old and outdated.

Next to Yumbo centre and many restaurants nearby. Nice pool.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, vue du 4ème étage magnifique sur l'océan et le yumbo

Les draps trop petit du lit qui se défont sans cesse. Personnel du petit déjeuner plus ou moins agréable, propreté des tables pas terrible. Le frigo trop petit.

Molto vicino al centro commerciale Yumbo con supermercato accanto all'entrata dell'hotel e vicinanza di diversi bar e ristoranti, ovviamente se si sceglie questa posizione si deve essere consapevoli di essere lontani dalla spiaggia ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi con una passeggiata di circa 20 Min.

Area piscina molto piccola tanto che a volte non si trovava posto, disagio creato anche dagli altri ospiti dell'hotel che occupavano lettini e ombrelloni per poi andare con calma anche all'ora di pranzo. Colazione molto basic con le stesse cose ogni mattina. Ho prenotato un appartamentino e al mio arrivo ho trovato come padella solo un piccolo padellino per cucinare max un uovo, quindi sono andato a chiedere una padella decente e dopo tremila problemi ma soprattutto dopo avermi mandato in giro per i piani alla ricerca del personale delle pulizie a cui chiedere l'utensile finalmente me ne hanno dato una decente. Dopodiché mi sono accorto che non vi era uno stendibiancheria, quindi per l'ennesima volta sono dovuto andare alla reception a richiederlo e questa volta mi è stato tassativamente detto che non era una dotazione della camera, quando in realtà c'erano dei fori sul terrazzo segno che una volta c'era, così come l'ho visto sui balconi di altre stanze, ma non c'è stata alcuna volontà da parte del personale di voler accontentare il cliente, infatti, mi è stato detto che gli altri ospiti stendevano gli asciugamani sulla ringhiera del balcone e potevano fare anche io così... Cauzione di €20 per avere il telecomando del ventilatore nella camera da letto e per gli asciugamani della piscina.

Beautiful hotel. Very close to everything. Rooms cleaned and bedding changed every day. Naturist area at the hotel. All the staff are an absolute credit to this hotel. I will definitely be returning.

En primer lugar el personal, la ubicación, piscina y habitaciones cómodas, buen ambiente

El desayuno es muy básico y estaria bien que el horario fuese un poco mas extendido ya que es una zona de fiesta. Esa parte mejorable, pero estuvimos muy agosto.

La ubicación y el ambiente gay.

Está muy descuidado, la cortina entera se nos cayó por la noche sola. El check in fue una hora más tarde, el aire acondicionado estaba roto la ducha horrible y para el check out nos metieron prisa.

El personal fue encantador. Tanto recepción (principalmente, Filipo) como en el restaurante (Juan y Manu) hicieron todo lo posible para que la estancia fuera perfecta. Soy celíaco y ajustaron las opciones para poder comer allí.

Great hotel - it is tired and dated and the furniture is past its use by date but you get what you pay for and I did like it. Go with an open mind that it is dated and you will be fine!

The location and it was clean

It’s 7 years I go there and it was since then this hotel needed urgent renovation. Toilet flush is not great The paint is falling off everywhere The sun beds are often broken The personnel was way friendlier and more service oriented before The breakfast buffet is in turn you have to decide at what time you want to have it . The breakfast buffet has become over these years very basic ( practically no fruits available . The coffee Cole’s from a machine and so do the juices ( no fresh juice ) The bar at pool closes at 4 pm . No atmosphere. The airco ( you have to ask for the remote control , they don’t even tell you that you have to ask for it ) was in living room so that the bedroom was hot and the ventilator in bedroom was not working so it was hot at night . It needs a serious makeover . Everything is very old , and falling apart . Besides the location it’s not really recommendable .

Piden fianza por todo, 20 euros por el mando del aire acondicionado, fianza de 20 euros por cada toalla, solo el efectivo. Aconsejo que lleven 100 euros en efectivo (te lo devuelven)

No catering facilities in room just a kettle and fridge. Cutlery, microwave and toaster would have been useful. Bed very uncomfortable.

Doskonała lokalizacja jeśli ktoś chce być blisko Yumbo. Jeśli natomiast ceni ciszę i spokój to lepiej poszukać innego miejsca. Sympatyczny personel, miła i otwarta atmosfera.

Widać, że hotel ma już swoje lata. Personel sprzątający robi co może (jest czysto), ale widać odpadającą farbę, wystające płytki i wiele innych mankamentów świadczących o wieku hotelu. Cena trochę za wysoka w stosunku do jakości, którą się otrzymuje. Hotel bardzo korzysta ze swojej opinii jako miejsca przyjaznego osobom nie-hetero. Tylko w ten sposób jestem sobie w stanie wytłumaczyć wysokie ceny.

Considero que es muy caro para lo que es el hotel y luego cuando hice la reserva me lo cargaron el mismo día y pedí un apartamento hotel y me dijeron que eran 200 y cuando me enteré tuve que pagar 240 euros antes pagué 1850 considero demasiado para lo que es el hotel no volvere nunca más,pero reitero el personal era fantástico tanto los recepcionistas,camareros,señoras de la limpieza un saludo

The location is amazing. There was enough space in the room and there was a balcony.

The rooms are outdated and the bathroom need to be completely renovated.

The people were friendly but the facilities have the bare minimum.

Compared to other hotels including the Axel our accommodations were bad. No gym, restaurant closed at 3pm, the pool area not best experience. Not enough umbrellas for every chair.

Posizione Ottima per chi vuole frequentare spesso il Yumbo, c'è fermata taxi vicina, supermarket. Staff gentile e pronto ad aiutare in ogni situazione. Colazione non molto variegata sul dolce, ma di buona qualità.

Hotel con piscina a mio avviso piccola, più di qualche giorno avremmo voluto usufruirne, ma i pochi lettini erano tutti sempre occupati e soprattutto quasi tutti al sole. La parte nudista sembrava una punizione

The rooms are clean and come with air con. Location is good if you want the Yumbo. Cleaning staff are very nice.

The staff arrive at around 7am and have a conversation at the top of their voices in reception which echos up the stairs because of the tiled floors which woke me up every morning two hours before breakfast time.

L’équipement minimaliste de la chambre notamment pour cuisiner. Idem pour le mobilier. L’ambiance général de l’hôtel. Il n’y a pas l’esprit convivial que l’on peut retrouver dans de plus petits établissement.

L'emplacement, la qualité du service de nettoyage.

Le concept d'hôtel LGBT n est pas respecté. Clientèle hétéro. La qualité restauration (petit déjeuner et restaurant) pas au niveau d'un 3*.

We have stayed here lots of times. The location next to the Yumbo is excellent and the biggest draw for us. The pool area and sun bathing area is good too.

The pillows in our room need to be replaced and upgraded.

Desayuno pobre y repetitivo, pésimo, se debería revisar. El personal del restaurante correcto pero muy serio, apático sobre todo el que lleva más tiempo y con excepciones del resto que fue correcto.

Laut - schlafen ist in der Nacht nicht möglich da bis 4:00 in der Früh von einer Bar laute Musik herüberschallt (den angegeben Schallschutz gibt es nicht) und am Tag gibt es Lärm von einer nahen Baustelle - Hab nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht und mir ein anders Hotel für die restlichen Nächten gebucht. (Geld hab ich keines zurück bekommen)

El baño necesita actualizacion y la caja fuerte no funcionaba pero el resto muy bien. El personal y en especial la limpieza eran inmejorables.

Proche de tout, piscine agréable , grande et personnel de réception absolument adorable. La chambre très propre et surtout le personnel de chambre extrêmement minutieux et sympathique. Literie bonne. Un grand salon dans la chambre.

La salle de bain en particulier la douche manque indéniablement un bon coup de propre! Le par terre de la douche s’écaille avec les couches de peinture et les côtés des murs aussi. Le déjeuner est correct et le personnel de service assez distant ou sur leur portable.

Close to where I wanted to be and a nice pool area, reception staff were great. Lots of room in the junior suite. Adults only and they have a separate naked sunbathing area if you like it. Great air con in the suite which was essential during my stay.

The rooms are a little dated and in need of some TLC. Paint in the bathroom was disappearing and the shower head was often not held in place and before you knew it, you got a full on face of water. The shower area was painted concrete and again half the paint had come off so just didn’t look clean

dans sa globalité l'établissement est bien placé, propre et au plein centre touristique. son personnel est accueillant et fait le maximum pour vous satisfaire.

certains accessoires ou mobiliers méritent d'être changer ou réparer car il est dommage d'avoir certaines chambres avec du mobilier abimé. Côté piscine j'avoue que le coté nu est un peu triste et qu'il mérite d'être moins monotone. j'insiste sur le fait que j'adore venir dans cet endroit et que cet avis et purement constructif pour les gérants de l'hôtel qui sont à l'écoute de leurs clientèles.

The only downside? Once you've stayed at this hotel, every other hotel will struggle to measure up! 😉

La ubicación era perfecta para ir al Yumbo. Además las conexiones de guaguas estaban pegadas para ir a otras partes de Maspalomas o de la isla de Gran Canaria. Desayuno buffet muy completo y sabroso. La piscina muy bien.

Que todavía hay que hacer reformas e invertir dinero en las instalaciones para que estén más cuidadas las zonas comunes y lo mismo las habitaciones.

I found the beds to be comfy and we had a big balcony. Air on worked really well. Had a safe that you could put a decent amount in . Great location. Staff were very friendly and cleaners would clean your room pretty much every day.

Some of the furniture is looking a bit tired and has just been painted over. Shower floor is like a concrete slab, it does the job but could look a lot nicer. Apart from that for the price it's not bad

Het ontbijt, niet aan te raden, ik verbleef 2 weken en had maar 4 keer het ontbijt omdat het zo tegenviel, voor de meerprijs die je ervoor betaald vind je elders veel beter om te gaan ontbijten. Het ontbijt was bitter weinig, werd niet aangevuld en de ruimte is erg ongezellig , ook de vriendelijkheid tijdens het ontbijt was zeer laag. Niet boeken voor dit zogenaamd ontbijt wat echt geen ontbijt is! Ik zou zelfs mijn geld terug willen vragen, lol, het is echt zonde dat ik hiervoor bijbetaald heb, nooit eerder elders zo een slecht ontbijt gehad. Desondanks in Ritual Torremolins ipv het Ritual Maspalomas, is het in Torremolinos wel aan te raden!

Este hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable, la limpieza es muy buena ,pero sin duda el bar le da el punto clave a la zona de la piscina y destacar la gran amabilidad de Manu siempre atento en todo momento ,el desayuno es muy bueno 👌

No es algo negativo pero si le daría más vida a la zona nudista añadiendo un jacuzzi o mínimo poner una ducha creo que esa zona podría sacarle más potencial

Las relaciones con el resto del personal fue exquisita. Las camas balinesas..el trato en recepción. Ambos recepcionistas eran muy resolutivos y amables con todo el mundo..aparte de muy profesionales

Cerraban el bar muy temprano (17:40h) y la zona nudista no tiene nada para poder mojarte (ni una ducha), tienes que vestirte e ir a la zona de piscina

Les personeles

Het was een heel rustige periode dus ook weinig volk aan het zwembad. Zalig! Ook het gedeelte waar je naakt kon zonnen was een leuke extra. Het ontbijt was ok. Het personeel was heel vriendelijke!

Kamers kunnen misschien een upgrade gebruiken, vooral de doucheruimte is wat oubollig. 's Nachts is er wel wat geluidsoverlast van het Yumbo center, maar dat weet je natuurlijk vooraf ;-)

Super Lage, Anlage war sauber und für die Dauer meiner Meinung nach völlig ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind modern das Bett bequem und lädt zum entspannen ein.

Kleines Detail: Der Duschkopf war doch eher veraltet und bereits sehr lose an der Wand.

La pscine non chauffée, l'offre restauration faible a la piscine et pas de distributeur de boissons. Les chambres sont dotées d'un petit salon qui ferait mieux d etre transformée en kitchenette.

Le bruit , il faudrait équiper les chambres de triple vitrage surtout avec la musique à fond des pool party. Impossible de se reposer dans la journée. La fonction première d un hôtel est de pouvoir y dormir et/ou se reposer ! La piscine est froide. Pas assez de parasol. Les installations sont très vieillissantes, notamment la douche, les peintures. Pas de salle de sport, pas de haman ou sauna. Le petit déjeuner est moyen, c est industriel.
