THU's APARTMENT near Ben Thanh Market

We booked three rooms. Two have been renovated, but one doesn't deserve to be called a room. It has no window, the bathroom is in the middle of the room—partitioned off by a folding screen—water leaks everywhere, and everything is covered in mold. The air conditioner is positioned so that it blows directly onto the bed. The door to the hallway is glass and has poor shading.

We've stayed at this place every time we're in Saigon. The staff is exceptional. Very helpful in every way. We've also gotten to know the owner and he's also very nice. The location can't be beat. Minutes from Ben Thanh market, the subway (if you need it), and walkable to all tourist attractions in district 1. The rooms are always clean, AC and wifi always work.

Good location 2 minutes walk to Malaysian Street. Rooms were spacious with ensuite bathrooms.

The property is extremely well kept. The Rooms are spacious and modern. It’s super central and surrounded by amazing food places. It feels homey and I just loved the staff.

​1泊のお値段が信じられないくらい安かったので、正直「寝るだけ」のつもりで予約しましたが、期待を大きく裏切る素晴らしさでした！ ​お部屋は広くて清潔感があり、共用スペースにはゆったりした椅子とテーブル、さらにはキッチンまであって自分の家のようにリラックスできます。洗濯機が無料で使えるのも、暑いベトナムでは本当に助かりました。ホテル自体とても良い場所にあり、ここを拠点に観光へgrabですぐに行けます。 ​何より受付のおじさんがいつもニコニコと親切で、水槽の魚たちにも癒やされます。深夜のチェックインやチェックアウト後の荷物預かりも快く引き受けてくれて、サービス満点。次も絶対にここに泊まります！

Маленький но очень приятный номер в центре Хошемина. Комната была небольшая но если переночевать то за эту стоимость очень хорошо. Душ и кондиционер есть.

Location great. But you can get better deal for 23 euros.

But there was no windows. Everything enclosed and you can hear how neibour walks.

Ich kam ausschliesslich hierhin, um das Nachtleben zu geniessen, deshalb wollte ich hier lediglich nur übernachten und das Preisleistungsverhältnis war unantastbar, wirklich sehr toll, wenn man ausschliesslich für das Nachtleben nach HCMC/Saigon kommt.

Der Check-In war erschwert, aber ich habe dem Appartment auch die falsche Ankunfstzeit mitgeteilt, somit bemängle ich dies auch nicht gross, aber etwas anderes war nicht so toll, als ich eine Begleitung hatte, dies ist aber persönlich, aber das Appartment sowie der Rezeptionist weiss, wovon ich spreche :).

Gospodarz nas nie przyjął, recepcjonista nie mówił po angielsku, przez translatora kazał czekać. Po 15 minutach poprosiliśmy o kontakt z menagerem, który nas poinformował, że ma wszystkie apartamenty zajęte, więc nie może nas przyjąć. Mimo że wcześniej otrzymałam od gospodarza potwierdzenie rezerwacji, to teraz stwierdził, że jest to błąd bookingu.

สถานที่สะดวกสบายห้องสะอาด, พนักงานต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้แต่อัธยาศัยดีและดูแลเราดีมาก.

ไม่มีผ้าห่มหนาให้, มีแค่ผ้าบางบางและห้องน้ำสะอาดก็จริงแต่น่าจะดีกว่านี้ถ้าหากปิดเสียงจะไม่ต้องดังรบกวนคนอยู่นอกห้องน้ำ. ไปกับครอบครัวลูกชายคนเล็กไม่กล้าอาบน้ำหรือเข้าถ่ายเลยค่ะ. เพราะห้องน้ำไม่ปิด

Struttura spartana ma pulita e in ottima posizione. Distributore di acqua potabile in ogni piano, lavatrice e forno a microonde in zona comune e anche uso di piccola cucina a disposizione degli ospiti. Ottimo plus il servizio di reception 24/24.

The apartment was not clean, found hairs rolling, the beds were very hard. The washing machine is there, but there’s no where to dry the clothes. The reception don’t speak in English

The staff and management. They are most understanding and where helpful to resolve issues. I had problems with my room. But they tried their best to resolve it.

I got a room on the top floor, which had walls made of pvc panels. The only window in room opened towards the corridor. They have motion sensor lights in corridor which will sometimes turn on when u move in bed. And the window blinds are not enough to block the light. The PVC panels dont block any sound and it was very difficult to sleep at night. The fridge made crackling noise at night. The air quality is also not good because of lack of ventilation and semi open bathroom.

The location was excellent very central and close to restaurants and markets. Popular sights were within walking distance. The room had toiletries and water and a kettle.

The room we were allocated was very small with no windows and no natural light. There was a light outside that continuously came on even if we moved inside the room.. There were larger corner rooms with windows that were better. Have a look at the room before checking in

The room we were given did not look like the pictures on booking.com which was extremely upsetting. The room is very cramped. The bathroom is extremely small and does not even close fully. When showering the entire room was flooded with water. No housekeeping. We were not told that the kitchen is shared or the laundry is shared. The shared kitchen was very dirty. Overall, very unexpected since the photos and descriptions provided did not match the property at all.

Great location and very nice staff. The rooms are big and comfortable and the kitchen has all the needed equipment.

Great location with lots of restaurants and street food within walking distance. Even places a bit further out were easy to get to with Grab. The place has simple amenities like a washing machine, which was handy. Staff were friendly and helped carry our heavy luggage up to the higher floors. Even though the nightlife outside can be quite loud, the soundproofing in the apartment was good and we didn’t hear any noise inside.

There’s no lift in the building, so be prepared to carry big or heavy suitcases up the stairs. Laundry detergent isn’t provided, but we bought a cheap pack easily from a nearby convenience store. Housekeeping didn’t come by even though we hung the “please clean” sign for a couple of days.

Thin walls, old bed, old furniture...

Stayed here with a group of six for three nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved that each unit had separate bedrooms with a private bathroom in each.

One of our rooms had tiny ants crawling on the wall by the bed. Since the bed was fixed to the wall, it couldn’t be moved, and we had no idea where the ants had come from, because we hadn’t opened any windows.

地理位置较好，离市中心的景点都很近。如果把它当仅仅当作晚上睡觉场所可以满足需求

1.刷卡受的服务费较高；2.房间和照片不一致，照片似乎有很大窗户，但实际上没有大窗户，甚至一个房间是隔出来的暗间，3.最让我不满意的是竟然没有准备灭蚊液，一进门看见两个大蚊子，找酒店要灭蚊液，说没有，你开空调就好了，再协商说第二天才能提供，我坚持一定要给我一个，然后才去买。所以服务一般。

Más o menos, la verdad es que las fotos no se condicen con la realidad, si bien es cierto se parecen mucho, están mejoradas con ia probablemente. El olor del baño realmente asqueroso, debido al sistema de alcantarilla defectuoso que afecta entiendo, a toda la ciudad.

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gefallen, dass es ein Familien Apartment ist und man eine Küche mit Geschirr und eine Waschmaschine hatte. Als Familie ist es ideal. Es ist nicht hellhörig wie andere Hotels und ist auch sehr zentral wo man auch alles bekommen kann. Würde ich für jede Familie weiterempfehlen.

Leider hatten sie in der Unterkunft kein Fahrstuhl. Zum Glück waren wir im ersten Stock mussten unsere Koffer mit dem Angestellten hoch tragen.

Top Lage!!! Das Zimmer war ganz neu, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig das Bad war einfach mit einer Plastikwand im Zimmer abgeteilt, aber es hat alles funktioniert.

部屋以外のトイレやシャワー、ダイニングが共有スペースだということが予約の段階ではわかりづらく、行く直前にホテルから受けたメールで初めて知った。同じフロアに泊まっていたアジア（おそらく中国）人の声が非常にうるさくて仕方なかった。共有スペースがうるさいので部屋に下がっても、隣の部屋でバカみたいに声を張り上げて電話していて眠れない。部屋は綺麗ですが、あれは間違いなく壁がないです。隣の部屋との区切りを棚で作ってるだけ。あの音の伝わり方は普通じゃない。コストをケチってただの薄い木の棚で仕切っただけの部屋なので隣の部屋の咳、くしゃみ、小声で話す声も丸聞こえです。静かな日本人なら問題ないが、うるさい人が隣だとものすごく居心地悪い。共有スペースに冷房があるのに使えないようになっていることも不満です。また、共有スペースでタバコを１時間も吸っていたやつがいて、タバコが大嫌いだが、禁煙なのかどうか案内もなく書いてないので注意もできず我慢するしかなかった。後に禁煙だとわかり、怒りが込み上げてきた。スタッフは親切だけど色々考えるともう2度と行かない。

Tout était parfait. Notre hôte est très disponible et très à l'écoute. Nous avons le check in et check out très facilement. Appartement bien équipé et très confortable. Propreté impeccable. L'appartement est très bien situé. Près du marché ben Thanh et au pied du logement beaucoup de restaurants et de commerces. Rien à redire.

The location was great, easy walking distance to shops markets and attractions. Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom, so was good for father and daughter combo.

My first 2 nights my bed was like a slab, which probably suits some people. I mentioned it and they offered a new room, so we just swapped the mattress and it was like a cloud. You can't book tours from here at the moment but there are endless hotels and booking offices on every corner if you need. The size and location make it a great choice
