The location is great

Narrow stairs. Television is a TV smart but can't access you tube channel and others, it needs approval. Tried to scan the TV box but can't find any channel .

Very nice Apartment in a small nice street not far from the centre (Fna Sqare). You have everything you need Inside. Check in was friendly via whats app.

It s a little bit dark inside and you dont have a terrace. That s the only one reason, didn t give 10 points. So there s no really something to complain.

Privacy of having a self contained apartment.

The only windows in the apartment are above the riad on the ground floor and you hear everything and it can be very noisy, even with the windows closed. The apartment was furnished with the bare minimum. Such as no rug in the sitting room. Also it would have been nice for the lights to have proper shades on them, instead of a bare lightbulb. Marrakech is full of shops selling locally made and very beautiful but affordable light shades. The bathroom was very cramped with the shower above the toilet and no shower curtain. It’s a nice space but these little things make a big difference!

A few minutes' walk away from the Jemaa el-Fna Square and several of Marrakech's main sights. It's a bright, well-furnished appartment, quiet in spite of its central location.

Accessible through a narrow staircase, which might be an issue for some.

Appartement très bien situé au fond d'un petit derb proche à la fois de la Place Jemaa El Fna et de la Place des Ferblantiers. Très calme. Excellent accueil de Mounir. Propreté irréprochable. Décoration minimaliste mais agréable. Climatisation dans la chambre et le salon. Fort appréciée en ce mois de Septembre !!! Wifi correct. Je recommande !

Quelques toutes petites remarques faites à Mounir le propriétaire qui les a reçues avec le sourire mais rien de bien notable.

The apartment was perfectly situated close to the main square and Bahia palace. It is on a car free street and is quiet and safe but within a five minute walk you are surrounded by the action in the square. Mounir our host communicated well.

Cute apartment with lot of Moroccan charm. Well appointed with all your needs. Very well placed for all tourists attractions. Very comfortable bed too.

Private riad does not mean that you will have privacy. I had two visitors coming to the place. One in the afternoon, and another later in the evening. I will just give the facts and let you judge. I have received two videos of me (male) and my visitors (male) entering the "private" riad on my whatsapp. And I also received the visit of the owner who asked me for the second visitor to leave, just 15 minutes after the visitor arrived. I explained that the visitor wasn't going to stay overnight, but the owner showed me the two videos and informed me that the videos had been taken by the neighbors surveillance camera and that they wanted to call the police on me... As the neighbors respect the owner, they preferred to send him the videos and let him decide rather than calling the police for whatever reason... Well, it might be a cultural schock, but I didn't feel safe having the neighbors recording me and sending the recordings all around. I decided to leave the appartment early on the following morning and didn't finish my stay here. I have checked house rules, I haven't seen a ban on visitors. Again, cultural schock, having the neighbors thinking about calling the police on private visitors. I still would recommend the place, if you don't mind having the neighbors spying on you on their surveillance camera and being recorded, because Monir is a fabulous guest and the place is very comfortable. However, I will not come back myself as my privacy is much more important than finding a good quality-price lodging. Again, cultural schock. In Europe, recording someone without consent, spreading the content is an offense. My recommendation to the owner, please add a ban on visitors in your house rules and please inform your guests that they are being recorded. I've added screenshots of the videos received to my review.

Very good localization, quite comfortable. Very small room, heating machine didnt work. On plus: kitchen., extra room for eating. Nice owner, helpful. But we had to pay more (25 e) for beeing at 11 at night. We understand but its was uncomfortable.

I think the best place in Marrakesh as you have a separate entry and the whole apartment is for you only! If you plan to have a guest for a while, no one will see it.

All was perfect!

The apartment is more modern than you would expect for such an old area. You can walk to all the main attractions of Marrakech within about 15 minutes. The rooms are small but functional. The staff are particularly helpful.

A minor issue is that the only windows look into a light well instead of outside the building.

Really amazing riad apartment in a peaceful, leafy location right in the Medina and close to all the souks. We wanted to be able to cook so finding somewhere with a kitchen was so good for us. The apartment is beautifully decorated, cool and breezy with air-con and lots of air flow. It's much better than the photos! And the little entrance is very cute. The concierge/host was especially helpful and kind. He met us outside and showed us around and he helped us to get a cheap taxi when we left!

Very good Location, safe and walking distance to most places. Kept very clean. Quiet inside, combine that with the comfortable bed (when you get to it through the cramped room) could have a nice and relaxing sleep. Kitchen was well equipped (microwave, fridge with small freezer, kettle, hotplate, filter coffee machine, washing machine), enough cutlery and crockery for 2 people.

Entrance is via a very narrow staircase, difficult to carry luggage into and out of the apartment. Toilet/Shower room was too small, water from shower splashes everywhere, water draining very slowly creating a puddle. Bedroom was too cramped.

Right in the centre of old town medina. Walking distance everywhere to most attractions. Great communicative host and good for someone looking for privacy.

There is a wet smell in the bathroom; could well be no ventilation. There is no duet cover ; hair all over and not cleaned. Mattress and pillows are great.

Exceptional! The host is super kindness and full of generosity, I had been staying here from time to time alone, I wouldn’t want to stay somewhere else, because this is the BEST in Marrakech, a lot of privacy and tranquility, by all means I am highly recommended this cozy apartment to everyone!!!!

Host has great communication with guest, he is wonderfully to arrange the key and give you the direction to be here, overall everything is positively great, the kitchen is facilitated and functional, best of the best in everything, I definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful curated! It feels like home, most of the tourist attractions are near, restaurants, grocery, cafe, pharmacy, bus station is all nearby, Jemma El Fna Square is 5 minutes walking distance, a very pleasant stay, bed is comfortable for sleeping, very silent and a lot of privacy that I focus on work or reading. Definitely Recommended!!!
