hôtel sans charme, au bord d'une route rapide, pas d'isolation, chambre bruyante, sol collant, lits de mauvaise qualité. service client au tel et en ligne incompétent, et le personnel de la réception est manifestement forme pour arnaquer les clients en leur surchargeant une nuit d'hôtel. n'attendez pas de service client de leur part. ne prenez pas la navette aéroport qui ne passe qu'une fois par heure et qu'ils facturent à 10$ par personne, il y a un bus local qui passe toutes les 15 min devant l'hôtel et fait le même trajet pour 1.75$.

Había una recepcionista muy amable y hablaban español, lo que en otras ocasiones no. La ubicación por siempre un excelente punto.

-Tenía un olor raro la habitación (nunca me habia pasado). -Una pared estaba manchada parecía como sangre. -Cobran estacionamiento.

It's a motel 6 not suites they just change the name. The room as you walked and all the time we where there it smelled idk if like mold or what but it had a bad smell. And all adults have to have ID or they cancel you/kick you out. The room they gave us by the highway so didn't sleep

Nothing I didn't like the hotel equals in value of how much I spent

The first booking was the worst experience on Booking.com and scammed me, which was connected to a partner offer with this hotel via booking.com. This second booking was okay, I guess since it's booking directly to the hotel without any partner offer connected to it. But I need to pay another booking just to have accommodation.

For my First booking which didnt sent the review request. They should have a atleast flexible check-in option especially for those bookings who have been prepaid in full ahead of my check-in date. It was already charged to the account and they should remove the partner offer out of their site since they are scamming the guest. Those partner offer company are not responding to the reports that has been sent to them. They took over $1400+ and the hotel took a day fee which is fine because i arrived a day late due to canceled flights and longer flight schedule available but the rest of the money wasnt return because of the uncooperative of that so-called partner offer. Hotel manager was helpful to explain and accept to waive the one day fee with the app agent yet the agents mention they need the partner to respond. Up until now, that so-called partner company connected with them hasn't responded to any of my reports.

Room was not to bad.

Staff member that checked me in didn't give me a parking pass after I paid for it. Then later I received a call to come to the front and get it, which I did. Then later I got a call from a person claiming to be the manager being rude over the parking pass and telling me not to lose it again. I explained I never got one during the check in then the manager told me yes I did and he confirmed it with the person that checked me in. Other things I didn't like, you have to pay for parking, rooms on the back side of the building has no noise barrier and it's loud since the freeway is right there.

Being on the highest level floor and the view. Room was clean and a large refrigerator.

I didn't like how the second day, my access card wasn't allowing me to go up the elevator, therefore causing an inconvenience. Staff did activate card. But no excuse was given why that has occurred and no proper apology was given. In addition to my vist, noticed the Wifi wasn't no longer working, because obviously the wifi code commonly changes. Had to call the front desk for a NEW code for access. Been in multiple hotels around the world, and have never had that issue.

Easy location, comfortable rooms

Swimming pool was closed all the 4 days we were there. We chose this hotel for the pool.

I arrived 2:30 but they didn’t let me check in they said 3pm check in time if I wanna check in at 2:30 I have to pay early check in fee. So I wait. 2:58 I asked the lady in front desk if I can check is she said no. She asked me to sit down and she will call me for the check in time. 3:05 she hasn’t call me yet so I went to frontdesk the line is long already. 3:30 I just got in receptionist desk and it took like 20minutes for check in process so I got in to my room around past 4pm.

It was not clear if they had a shuttle to airport. Called the number listed. Then I was given a different number to call. Still didn’t tell me there was a fee for the shuttle. I could have easily taken an uber

My grown kids were comfortable and pleased.

Everything was fine except there was still urine on the toilet. I don't remember the young lady name.....HK supervisor, she made sure it was taken care of. Thank you for the fast response.

Pokój miał nieprzyjemny zapach. Z klimatyzacji wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach. Podłoga była lepka. W pokoju nie było ciepłej wody. Uciekaj.

Everything!, don't book here! From the managee to the front staff!!! Bad! They make your stay a living hell! I never had such a bad experience even in the worst hotels in LA! This one took the cherry on top! The bads are so unconfortable! It smells so bad, they make you pay a $70 deposit fee (even though booking website doesn't say it online) and if you tell them you were not aware of this charge! They start being rude! Also remember to take a "physical" ID for all adults! Because you cannot check in if all adults don't have it even thought you have a copy of it front/back so they can just scan it in the "tablet" they won't take it! They act like they are going to keep ot until you check out! NEVER,NEVER will i ho to this place! The "manager" is a bald hispanic retired "want to be cholo" big attitude and didin't even want to help at all! Mind you my stay was already payed for online! Also $20 parking fee a day! Seriously! Uhh! Worse!!!

It is an old building and the facilities are dirty, its cleanliness is very poor, the air conditioning does not work and they only have it in the rooms, the rooms smell bad and there is mouse urine and mouse feces. They changed our room 2 times. Don’t stay there.

It was clean and the maintenance in the housekeepers were really really nice and willing to help me whatever I needed

Me gustó la ubicación cerca del aeropuerto y contaba con lo necesario para la estadía.

Podrían mejorar la atención para el check in estuvo demorada y había fila, era muy manual la forma de atención.Adicionalmente había mal olor en las instalaciones.

Minimally it served a purpose and was decently clean except our key was disgustingly dirty with dried up grime

It was a disappointment, dismal but adequate. And I made reservations it did not say Motel 6 on this platform or I would not have booked. This platform calls it Suites Los Angeles and had decent reviews. I asked the front desk and they said they share the space with Motel 6 and Suites and that we had one of the fancier rooms which was a laugh when we got there. As soon as we woke up in the morning we left and hung out at the airport for 4 hours. If it had not been clean we would have left upon check-in.

Very nice looking inside and outside the facility. The property was very clean and smelt good. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

From my room the 9th floor, you could hear all the noise from the interstate all night. Even when you closed the window.

1 constant noise from the highway. 2. parking costs \$20 per day. That's \$600 per month, the most expensive parking in LA. 3. cockroaches. Yes, this hotel has cockroaches, as if I were back in a hostel in Guatemala. 4. rude staff. When I asked for a change of room, I was denied.

It’s close to my office.

There were roaches in my hotel room. I asked the front desk if the room could be checked they said they added some roach repellent however they were still coming. Front desk suggested to changed rooms however declined since I was only going to stay a couple more nights. Nothing else was suggested or offered a discount. Seemed that this situation happened before many times and wasn’t treated like a big deal.

I was flying with my dog from LAX, Motel6 is pet friendly, close to the rental car return place and has an airport shuttle. Just a good location for what I needed

Everything was good. However, the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is not free, it costs 10US and I didn’t know that because there is not enough information on the website.
