Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Close proximity with everything in Davao City. Prompt rescue from the owner and polite security and utility staff.
The ceiling in the toilet looks like it’s about to fall. The toilet had a distinct smell. There are tiny ants that bit us.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Very comfortable and spacious. AC in the rooms was very nice.
More bathroom paper would have been nice as well as sugar for the coffee. Over all the place was great.

It can be better if there is a ready stock of drinking water for tenants

Few free parking spaces. Also the bedsheet in our room has few markings “talumtum”. There were also ants that infested my baby’s feeding bottle. The water in the sink close to the bathroom drains so slow.

There was only 1 elevator at the time we were staying there. The other one was under repair.

Essentials and utensils not enough for the number of pax. We asked for mop to clean the floor but told they will do the cleaning but no one come. We You have to pay for the parking, we stay 2 nights agent keeps coming to collect parking fee.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026It was just ok
One lift was broken- only a single lift in operation for 200 units. The unit itself is old and looks like a housing tenement. No dishwashing soap nor toiletries provided. Sofa could do with a deep clean and so does the whole unit. The toilet stinks the entire time

The designated parking space is difficult if you have a pickup truck. The shower head needs repair. Felt the couch was a bit dusty.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time. The location is great—close to the city, easy to find on navigation, and convenient for Grab pickups. The building feels secure, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the host was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good stay that we would recommend.
We had a small issue with the rented parking space as someone else parked there, but it was resolved and not the host’s fault.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025The location is great, the unit and the pool are clean. Perfect for families. We are a group of 5, 3BR unit is perfect. Could be better too if they have dish drainer on the sink and a rack/storage for hygiene products inside the bathroom.
No internet the whole duration of our trip, it was Friday to Monday. Staff went in to fix it the day we were about to check out, told us that they are off during weekends which is why they were not able to attend to the issue.

It was hard communicating with the staff.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2024I loved this property because it was spacious and had everything we needed. Our special requests were accommodated, and the staff was very friendly and quick to respond to our messages.
The downside of the property is that it’s on the top floor, and the windows aren’t very secure or childproof. My toddler could easily open the balcony door and windows. I hope they consider improving window security to prevent any accidents, especially for families with young children. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2024This is what you can call a value for money - Very clean and has enough space for a family. It has all the facilities you need for a staycation in 5he heart of the city. The view from bedroom is super and downstairs one can use the swimming pool for free. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. All in all, this place is obviously well managed and is highly recommendable! Will definitely book here again.
