Well, for Filipino standards this flat is one of the best I had, but for international standards it has a lot of improvement potential.

neighbours could be a little noisy.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2025Good location. Host was friendly.
The space was smaller than expected, with few surfaces to put your stuff. Air conditioning is loud and difficult to sleep with. The bathroom is a wet style, with no separation from sink or toilet, so the floor becomes wet after shower. The gang of guards (six or so) are strict and demanded our passports with authoritative attitude. It was not a welcoming experience. I felt like I had entered a prison or unfriendly military compound. This was unlike any other hotel or Airbnb I’ve visited in multiple cities in Philippines.

How to use many of the items is confusing and the neighbors can be a little bit loud

Reviewed Oct 1, 2024Extremely secure location with an excellent swimming pool. Condo is on one of the upper floors which is a plus as elevators are available. condo has most things needed for your stay and it's nicely decorated
it is somewhat confusing trying to figure out how things work such as turning on the air condition and the electrical cords to plug things in everywhere. there's a sign of rules but no instructions on how to operate things. The neighbors can be a bit loud!
