可以索取礦泉水 距離百貨公司跟好逛的街很近 櫃檯人員的英文很好

衛浴沒有清潔乾淨，甚至還有垃圾，馬桶還有血 旅伴對床鋪過敏了一天

地點不錯，離樂天百貨樂天超市很近，房間還算新的，有流理台，海景房視野很好

住三天二夜，第二天沒有打掃房間，房間清潔度須在加強，被單有點黃，感覺好像沒有換新，浴室的地墊有點破舊，沒用飯店浴巾毛巾。電梯沒有管控

방음빼고는 모두 다 좋음

샷시가 방음이 안되어 뱃소리가 너무 들려서 잘 수가 없었다

景色がとても綺麗 ベランダもついてて最高だった トイレとシャワーが同じ場所だから同時にすると洗面所の匂いが 大変なことになります笑

ベットが少し硬い あとベットサイドに置いてある電話機から下水道みたいな匂いがずっとしててそれが部屋中に匂いが回って寝れなかった あと受付に掃除お願いしないと掃除してくれない

住宿費昂貴，可能因為演唱會漲價關係

門鎖壞掉,反應後要來修理郤沒有,排水孔阻塞,熱水壺很髒

- 位置十分方便 - 淋浴間乾濕分離 - 基本設備齊全

- 隔音差（隔壁小朋友玩會聽到） - 門沒有防盜鏈， 有安全擔憂 - 熱水很小，但天氣不冷就問題不大

位置好 離地鐵站近 價格便宜

1. 冷氣很難調整 調低太冷 調高又會自動關掉 2. 住三天以為會來打掃收垃圾/換毛巾 第一天沒有來 第二天開了門上需打掃的燈 結果還是沒有來 不知道是不是要去櫃檯跟他說

Bushaltestelle und Ubahn Station sind direkt beim Hotel, ansonsten nichts besonderes an der Lage, abgesehen vom Meerblick auf den Hafen. Klimaanlage hat uns hier gut gefallen und konnten wir im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften super bedienen.

Mehrere Flecken an den Wänden, Balkon war nicht sauber. Eine Hauptstraße verläuft am Hotel entlang, das hört man schon etwas

전반적으로 깨끗하고 바다뷰가 대단하진 않지만 바다뷰객실은 작은 발코니도 있어 괜찮았음(조금 더 비용지불하더라도 바다뷰 객실 추천). 대중교통 접근성과 멀지 않은 거리에 자갈치시장, 국제시장 등 둘러볼수 있으며 부산역도 지하철 4정거장 정도이고 송도, 광안리,오륙도,태종대 부근 이동하기 가까움

아무래도 5월 주말 연휴라 성수기라 비수기 대비 숙박비가 높았던 건 다소 어쩔수 없지만 아쉬운 부분임. 평소 주말 10만원 이하라면 괜찮은 선택임. 객실 크기는 둘이 머물기에는 다소 좁아 보이나 크게 문제는 없음

청소를 곰곰히 하지 않는 것 같아서 아쉬워요

Hospitality was excellent. When we booked, we did not realize the hotel has no elevator and requested an upper-level room with a nice view. The staff were considerate and informed us about the lack of an elevator, recommending a lower-floor room if we had heavy luggage. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome. The team helped carry our luggage up to our room on the 3rd floor and explained the hotel’s facilities. We were also offered a welcome drink. Breakfast was a traditional Korean congee with different style every morning—tasty and comforting on a cool morning. They also offer a free snack, water and coffee machine for free in the lobby. A high-tech washer and dryer are available on the 2nd floor free of charge, and an iron is provided as well. The hosts clearly make an effort to provide excellent service. The location is very convenient: about a 10-minute walk to Seoul Station, 5 minutes to Sookmyung Women’s University Station, and approximately 3 minutes to a nearby bus stop. Overall, a pleasant stay and highly recommended for travelers seeking friendly service and a convenient location.

員工態度跟環境不乾淨

立地が素晴らしい。ロッテモールと地下鉄が近く、交通や両替など必要なサービスに困らない。 光復路も歩いていける。 観光で疲れたらすぐホテルに歩いて帰れるのがとても助かる。

シャワー室のガラス戸のパッキンが甘く、トイレ側に少し水漏れしてくる。

When I arrived they offered me a free room upgrade so I got a full sea view with a balcony which was unbelievably beautiful to sit at night with a cup of tea to watch the bridge change colours. The room itself was beautiful with great facilities and I really enjoyed the location too!

There was nothing I didn't like!

良い点 無料で何本か映画が見れる(日本語はないけれど日本映画が数本) 清潔な室内　ロッテデパートが近い　大通り近く たまたま深夜12時から1時間断水のお知らせがあったのですが英語と韓国語のみの表示 韓国語か英語ができるなら問題なく使えるいいホテル

部屋の椅子　ロビーの椅子の布が汚れている 近くに地下道に入る道があるけれど中央駅改札まで5分？結構歩く もしかしたら南蒲駅の方が近いかも

Hotelli on lähellä nähtävyyksiä, ostoksia ja ruokapaikkoja. Myös bussi- ja metropysäkit on lyhyen matkan päässä. Näkymä parvekkeellisesta 19.kerroksesta oli kiva! Ihan hyvä majoitus hinta-laatusuhteeltaan.

Ilmastointi toimii lämpötilan mukaan, joten koko ajan sammuu ja menee päälle(pieni huone ja lämpötila nousee nopeasti). Puhallin on katossa ja tuulee sängyn päällä. Vilustuttiin. Välillä ilmastoinnista tuli homeenhajua. Sängyt kovat. Huoneessa vedenkeitin ja pari mukia, ei muita aterimia.

スタッフが親切でした。部屋とバスルームのサイズが狭すぎず、ベランダもあって、短期滞在にぴったりな規模感でした。コンセントも多くて、同時にたくさん充電ができたし、日本のプラグをそのまま使用できて便利でした。ロケーションがよくて、駅近だけではなく、近くにコンビニがあって便利でしたし、隣にロッテデパートとロッテマーケットがあったり、ホテル前にバス停があったり、有名な市場に近くて歩いていけるところが素晴らしかったです。部屋から海も少し見えてよかったです。

清潔感がちょっと足りなかったです。ホコリや髪の毛がまだあっちこっち残ってて、ベランダの椅子がごちゃごちゃな状態でした。リモコンのボタンが韓国語なので、使い方に困っていました。コンセントがたくさんあるものの、電気が流れていないところが数カ所ありました。セキュリティ面ではドアのオートロックと手動ロックが両方あったが、手動ロックが使えなくてフロントに聞いたら、全部屋が同じく使えないと言われて残念でした。

Transportation-wise a very good location. The room is big and cozy enough for one person, two people is doable but will get crowded. I had booked a room with a sea view, and actually got a higher floor -room from where the view was very nice over the harbour. No complaints about the cleanliness either!

Everything is comfortable and clean and modern, perhaps just a little too small. The room with balcony and sea view is beautiful!

After night time there are no staff available to help. I didn’t have my card to enter my room so I was lucky to find someone to help me, but my friend is a girl and she felt super insecure that they just opened the door to my room without checking any sort of documentation, they just believed my word.

Easy access to near by transit and food spots. A comfy bed. Clean shower and toilet. Large mini fridge with plenty of room.

A smell from the water front would linger in from the ventilation. Just a part of being a busy port city

I was surprised by the room to be honest, the view to the beach is wonderful, the location, the facilities... close to bus route, mall, etc. it was a good experience. Lobby and first floor, just normal.

The breakfast was good. I missed some more international items like they were shown on the promotion.

It was a little loud in my room. I heard the street noise all night long.
