Breakfast can have more varieties. Room service is expensive.

Toilets were not clean, water pressure very weak, they knew we were 3 guests and provided only one bed although i asked for 2 beds. They did provide second bed but after few hours of check in. Beach is kinda far they offer golf carts but in specific times and its not organised properly. Go to the beach by car quicker and more efficient. The AC was kinda noisy too but functional.

A special thank you to Radwan and Noufiq for their amazing service and attention to detail. They were always helpful, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of. Truly appreciated their hard work and honesty. Highly recommended! ⭐️

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026It is my 2nd time here and I love it. The room is spacious, modern, comfortable. The pool is accessible and clean. The location is superb. The staff are super nice and so helpful. From receptionists like Jomana and Rowan and others, to the restaurant staff like Karim and Youssef and finally to the house keeping Sa’id … everyone is smiley, helpful and just super welcoming. It is one of pur favourite hotels. Obviously I do not need to mention that the beach in Marassi is the best ever! Thank you and hope to visit again next year

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026This is a fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Said made us feel genuinely welcome. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were always friendly, smiling, and attentive. Even though we were a large family, they handled all our requests with professionalism and were always happy to do more to make our experience enjoyable. The location and atmosphere of the hotel are truly exceptional, making it a wonderful place to relax. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Getting to and from the beach clubhouse was quite inconvenient. The golf cart ride takes around 10 minutes each way, and in the evenings the hotel only seemed to operate one or two carts. This often resulted in long waits and people competing for the limited seats just to get back to the hotel. Traveling with two babies made the experience especially stressful. On several occasions, when the golf cart arrived, other guests rushed ahead and took the available seats without regard for those who had been waiting longer. Carrying a 6-month-old baby in the heat while waiting for the next cart made the situation even more difficult. Better organization, such as a queue system or more frequent shuttle service during busy periods, would significantly improve the guest experience for families.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Our stay was excellent overall. The hotel has a beautiful setting with a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind. A special thank you to Mr. Said, who made us feel welcome from the very beginning. His kindness and willingness to help throughout our stay really stood out. The breakfast offered a great selection, and the restaurant team deserves recognition for their outstanding service. Despite us being a large family, they were always cheerful, attentive, and accommodating, making every meal enjoyable.
The only aspect that could be improved is the transportation between the hotel and the beach clubhouse. The golf cart ride takes about 10 minutes each way, but during the evening there were too few carts in operation. As a result, many guests had to compete for the limited seats, making the return trip frustrating. This was particularly challenging for us as we were traveling with two babies, including a 6-month-old. Waiting in the heat and then having other guests rush ahead when the cart arrived made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Increasing the number of golf carts during peak hours or introducing a simple queue system would make a significant difference, especially for families with young children.

Golf cars between beach are not all the time, just three times to the beach and three times back to the hotel. Sometimes you will need to go back and forth on different timings if you have children
