اكثر شيء عجبني الموقع The thing I liked most was the location

تأخيرهم في طلب السائق لمدة نصف ساعة واكثر تم أخذ مني منتج ولم اكتشف الا عندي وصولي لمدينتي وكلمتهم ولم يتجاوبو معاي سأنصح كل شخص اعرفه ان لا يسكن فيه حتي لا يتم أخذ ممتلكات ليست له للاسف Their delay in arranging the driver took more than half an hour. An item was taken from me, and I didn’t realize it was missing until I arrived back in my city. I contacted them about it, but unfortunately, they did not respond or take any action. I will advise everyone I know not to stay there, so they don’t risk having their belongings taken. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The housekeeping was so sweet and especially Alaa. The location was great!!

The location, walking distance to marina marassi, golf car to beach clubhouse (the main 2 attractions in the whole area). Cozy hotel, everything is available and near. Breakfast by Blaze fabulous, much better than other marassi boutiques! Staff very cooperative, though late in check in and punctual in check outs!

Noisy music till very late at night. Avoid room 112 though it has wonderful views! Room service priced sky high.

اصلا مكان الاقامه طلع وهمي وللاسف بوكنق في الفتره الاخيره اصبحت تسمح بمثل هذه الاشياء سماسره متخذين من بوكنق منصه اعلانيه لهم ولا يوجد عندهم شيء بمجرد تتواصل معاه يقلك الشقه المعروض غير متاحه وحوفرلك اشياء اخرى وهذا الشيء موجود للاسف في مصر وتصل الى مكان الاقامه معتمد على حجزك في الاخير تتفاجئ ان الحجز وهمي وكذب وبوكنق لا توضك باي شيء للاسف ستفقد بوكنق في القريب كصر من سمعتها وهذي تصرفات للاسف لا تليق بكم

- تم حجز غرفة بسريرين فردي؛ وعند الوصول قال موظف الاستقبال أنه لا تتوفر الغرفة المطلوبة، ثم بحث قليلا في السيستم وقال أنه بإمكاننا دفع مبلغ 20 دولار لكي نأخذ غرفة بهذه المواصفات رغم أن الخطأ منهم، وتم دفع المبلغ تجاوزا، ولكن للأسف ظهرت جميع الملاحظات الأخرى أدناه، مما دعانا إلى عدم الرغبة في استكمال المبيت وكانت هذه خسارة لنا. - صدور صوت مزعج جدا من المكيف.Noisy sound from AC - رائحة كريهة من مجاري الحمام. Bad bathroom smell. - عدم التعامل باحترافية عالية. Unprofesional staff - عدم توفر إضاءة كافية بالغرفة. Less lightning - الحمام صغير جدا لدرجة ماء الشاور عند الاستعمال يخرج إلى الأرضية. Very Small bathroom - when showering, the water reaches the whole bathroom. - عدم توافر سليبرات قطنية، توجد سليبرات مطاطية مزعجة مقفولة (مربوطة) مع بعضها. Unavailable cotton slippers. - في تعليمات الغرفة: التنظيف للمرة الثانية بمقابل 15 دولار - 15 $ coasts for next room cleaning.

استعجلو على خرروجنا وتوترت لذلك وطلبت منهم اعطائنا عالاقل ساعه واحده في احدى الغرف عل الاقل ووافقو

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and everything smells fresh. It offers access to a beach club, and the marina is within walking distance. The outdoor seating for breakfast was enjoyable, and the price is also reasonable, making it great value for money.

The only downsides were having to pick up and return the beach towels myself and that basic toiletries, such as a toothbrush and vanity kit, were only provided upon request. It would be much more convenient if beach towels were available directly at the beach club for hotel guests, as they are at many other hotels, and if these basic amenities were already available in the room.

كانت إقامتي في مراسي بوتيك مارينا 1 من أجمل التجارب التي عشتها. المكان يتميز بأجواء هادئة ودافئة تبعث على الراحة والاسترخاء، والنظافة كانت ممتازة في جميع التفاصيل، مما جعل الإقامة مريحة منذ لحظة الوصول. الغرفة التي حجزتها كانت بإطلالة رائعة على الـ Swimming Pool والمارينا، مع منظر جميل لليخوت والمطعم، في مشهد يجمع بين الهدوء والرقي ويمنح المكان أجواءً مميزة طوال اليوم. كما أن الفندق مناسب جدًا للعائلات، ويعد الـ Swimming Pool مكانًا رائعًا ليستمتع فيه الأطفال وسط أجواء آمنة ومريحة. وكانت الإطلالة من أجمل تفاصيل الإقامة، سواء في الصباح أو مع أجواء المساء. أما طاقم العمل فكان أكثر من رائع. الجميع كانوا ودودين، محترفين، ومتعاونين للغاية دون استثناء. وأخص بالشكر الموظفة جمانة، فقد كان تعاملي معها طوال فترة التواصل، منذ ما قبل وصولي إلى الفندق وحتى نهاية رحلتي، في غاية السلاسة والاحترافية، وكانت دائمًا سريعة في الرد، متعاونة، وحريصة على تسهيل جميع أموري بكل لطف. كما أشكر فارس على تعامله الراقي ولطفه. كذلك تم ترتيب خدمة النقل من المطار إلى الفندق، ثم العودة إلى المطار بكل سهولة، وكانت الخدمة منظمة ومريحة للغاية. كما يوفر الفندق خدمة الغولف كار للتنقل من وإلى شاطئ كلوب هاوس، وهي خدمة مريحة ومنظمة جدًا، بالإضافة إلى تقديم إفطار صباحي مميز. ومن التفاصيل الجميلة أيضًا وجود شاشة كبيرة في المطعم لعرض مباريات كأس العالم، وقد استمتعت بمتابعة المباريات وسط أجواء رائعة، مما أضاف متعة جميلة إلى الإقامة. باختصار، كانت إقامة راقية ومريحة بكل المقاييس، جمعت بين الموقع الجميل، والإطلالات المميزة، والخدمة الراقية، وحسن الضيافة. تجربة أتمنى تكرارها بكل تأكيد،

متميزون و فريق العمل ممتاز و افضلهم شباب و الاستقبال و بالذات البنت الرائعة و اعتذارا عن الاسماء و فريق عمل مطعم بلاز و جودة الافطار فوق الوصف و دخول شاطئ الكلوب هاوس بخدماته المميزة روعة روعة

Beach was full of these black stripes ,,, I don't know if it can be cleaned or not but it was very annoying and disgusting, especially this was the only beach to access Shampoo in the the room is hanged to the wall and fixed ... very hard to use ,, would prefer the regular small bottles or even big bottles hanged but not fixed like it would be stolen , it is just shampoo

Jomana atef is so professional and staff was really friendly

Disappointing stay. Restaurant takes over the hotel.The shower has no cabin, so water floods the bathroom. Breakfast by the outside restaurant Blaze was highly unprofessional. The hotel feels entirely run by the restaurant. Finding parking is a major challenge because restaurant guests take all the spots. Restaurant waiters constantly hassle you in the lobby with questions, making you feel like a restaurant customer rather than a hotel guest.
