Hotel en plena reforma (ruidos y olores propios de una obra). La llave de acceso se desmagnetizaba con frecuencia. La luz se va de vez en cuando. No puedes ventilar x si se cuelan los monos en la habitación. La ducha es sin plato y se inunda medio WC al usarla. Se olvidaron un día de hacernos la habitación y eso k creo k éramos los únicos clientes

Actualment l'hotel no està en condicions per allotjar-se. A causa de les pluges, tenen moltes goteres, les habitacions amb moltes humitats. Llençols i coixinera bruts i florits. Una pena perquè el personal va fer el possible perquè em quedes, però després de veure dues habitacions i els passadissos vaig decidir marxar per la meva salut. Espero que puguin arreglar-ho.

Location is ideal for living near Parmarth Niketan and surrounding shops and area. Staff were very helpful despite being short staffed and under pressure

They were disorganised with shortage of towels etc. Needed to be reminded to clean the rooms.

Summary: Small matchbox style suffocated rooms with closed glass windows and awful service. Cons: - They advertise lots of amenities very few works. - TV didn't work at all for 5 days we stayed here - AC worked but remote were fully broken and we had to get up everytime to make it work - No regard for customer request. We had to keep calling them multiple times for things like shaving kit, ac remote and any issue. - All sheets they changed were dirty and stained - Very small exhaust in washroom and there was always a foul smell in washrooms - No ventilation in most rooms. Some had windows but for some reason they have sealed them on outside. Pros: - Nice ambience in restaurant - Large Yoga Hall

Everything is perfect

The hotel is at an excellent location. Close to parmarth and boothnath temple. Janki Setu and raam jhula are at walkable distance. The staff is super sweet, Friendly and helpful. And property was clean and well maintained

The food was good.

To start with we were travelling with a 7 month baby to which they gave us an early room. But later we realised the room was under repair. The bathroom doors were broke, the main door had a manual key as it had hole in it. Most of the restaurant dont charge for baby food (to which we ordered just boiled lentils) but we had to pay for daal tadka which was pricy. The housekeeping staffs felt like they need some more training as they missed some thing of the other while cleaning the house. We kept on reminding them to give towels, then mat, then handwash, etc.

Property is not maintained and has a musty smell due to dampness and poor ventilation. Notice some mushrooms growing out of wooden fitting inside room which were mistakenly painted and removed in front of me. Bathrooms are bad, lenin, pillow and towels are very old and dirty. In the while on the roof, noticed some mouse also roaming in roof top restaurant.

Perfectly located for a visit to Rishikesh, Mr. LK Joshi and his team are very courteous and forthcoming Ample Parking space behind the hotel Wonderful rooftop Restaurant, their speciality is Italian food

Booking.com didn’t match the lower rates available for the property, even after requesting them by mail and on their App.

Er werd geen of heel slecht gehoor gegeven aan wensen/klachten. Had een duurdere kamer genomen met vanwege een koelkast, maar koelkast had mankementen en er werd geen gehoor gegeven aan klachten.

The stay was pleasant. Mr Vijay Joshi helped us a lot. Family rooms are nice.

Little bit charging point issue & tidiness of room

Excellent place, staff, rooms, services and most of all the food was Excellent. Taste and quality Excellent. I really enjoy n was happy with them. Beautifully done, the rooms, restaurant, is lovely. Honestly if you're ok with walking a bit, than this is a place to stay n be at peace. I mentioned walking as it is a bit far from laxshman jhula, which is approx 1.6 or 2 kms. Yes you can rent a bike, But a walk through the market, sitting at the gangas, watching the aarti makes up for it. The ghat is just 5 mins walk. Go for it this hotel. You will love the stay. I had taken a superior deluxe

Quick service

Staff was cooperative and helpfull. But the main reason is nearby from the Ghat.

The cleanliness. Stains on the bed, smelling towels. Bad soundproofing. I had to inform them that the contact number they shared on booking is not working. I tried to message them multiple times via app, they replied only on the day of arrival that too in the afternoon. I wanted to enquire about the route. Due to festival crowd was stuck in traffic for 4+ hours, which i could have avoided if i was able to approach them.

The best part of our stay was the helpful attitude and behavior of the staff. Deepali and Priyanka were most helpful not only while we were there but also whenever we called them for help before our arrival. The food at the restaurant was our next high point. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were also very good.

Our room, on the 3rd floor( 407) was a bit noisy at late night and early mornings with sounds of possibly furniture being arranged upstairs. Hand towels and bath mat could be provided.

Hotel restaurant was good. The location is good and very near to Ganga river even though road is very narrow.

The photos shown on booking.com does not at all match with the actual room. It is shown that rooms are having good view from window; however, the rooms are just adjacent to a small road way. If you open the curtain, people walking on the road can see inside the room. This was really bad experience. They don't even clean the room unless specified. Bathroom was also not very clean.

We drove to Rishikesh but could not drive to the hotel. We had to walk for 20 min with luggage to get to hotel. Transportation to the hotel was not easy with no prior information on how to get there.

Enjoyed a very comfortable and welcoming stay here for the one week we had planned in Rishikesh. Loved that the hotel was so conveniently situated, just a walking distance from Gangaji plus the shopping and restaurants also all within very close proximity. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious and very well maintained. The icing on the cake was the rooftop restaurant at the hotel that served some very yummy food .... with lots of variety on the menu to cater for different tastes !! we really enjoyed our stay here and would be sure to book again for our next visit to Rishikesh

Horrible service nothing to like

Great Italian restaurantbwith the pizzas , pastas and hummous and tahini. Staff was extremely cooperative. Great location to ganaga river. Highly recommended.

Some minor things like tv switch was broken ..but staff reacted immediately and with smile.n

One cannot take vehicle to hotel is biggest let down. One has to walk with luggage or wait for staff to come to carry your luggage. Breakfast options are very limited - taste wise they are good. Room service starts only at 08:30 am which is difficult to manage for early risers.

Lo único que me gustó es la ubicación, ya que está cerca de los ashrams donde la comida está súper rica.

Literalmente todo. Mi habitación que había reservado, no tenía ventanas, lo cual en Europa es básicamente ilegal. Era la cosa más oscura, sin ventilación, terrible. Cuando me fuí a quejar, me ofrecieron un upgrade pagando obviamente, una barbaridad para lo que es India y Rishikesh. No tiene sentido hospedarse en este hotel con la cantidad de homestays que hay en Rishikesh, yo simplemente me quedé porque no tenía tiempo de buscar y por conveniencia. La llave para la habitación dejaba de funcionar a diario, había una luz en la ventana siempre encendida que no dejaba dormir bien, pues las cortinas no son opacas, el aire acondicionado era solo frío, cuando en Rishikesh hace bastante frío en invierno, luego te dejaban un calefactor que hacía que se fuera la luz de la habitación cada dos por tres, los interruptores de luces no funcionaban... ha sido de las peores estancias. Además, si pedías en recepción que te ayudaran con pedir un taxi, o con cambio de moneda, no te ayudan nada en decirte donde hacerlo, y te dan la opción de hacerlo ellos con unos precios desorbitados, 2 o 3 veces más caro. Mi amiga dormía en el piso más alto, y no podía dormir por las noches por el ruido del restaurante de arriba y una maquinaria que apagaban como a media noche y encendían a las 6 de la mañana.

The room was nice and house keeping did a good job. The food in the restaurant was nice and staff very friendly. Great location also. Would stay again.

I was asked when I would be checking in and I advised 11am. I got a room at 2.15pm as they were not ready but had said it was ok for me to check in at 11am. My phone rang at 6.01am and then had a knock at the door twice at 6.50am. obviously got the wrong room for something but I wasn't impressed as this was the on day I had to lie in a bit.

Lack of professionality and hospitality

Good spa and good restaurant. Manager is trying to help. But… - Be careful with reviews saying the manager is very nice and helpful. He is—but a dinner invitation seems to silence guests about everything that happens in this hotel. He invited me to dinner as compensation, yet refused a 3-hour late check-out after the stay described below. - Huge gap between what is presented and what you actually get. For the price (not cheap by India standards), the service quality is far below expectations. I even had to pay more than €80 out of pocket for an upgrade just to stay in a livable room. - Breakfast confusion twice in 3 days. Both the hotel manager and the restaurant manager insisted I did NOT have breakfast included, making me to find my reservation and show it while I was eating. - Keyroom stopped working. Reception suggested I stay without a key and ask them to open the door every time. Only after I complained very clearly did the manager give me his own key. - Laundry service was a disaster. My clothes were returned damp and dirty, but by that point I was too exhausted from everything else to even argue. - Repeated power outages during the stay. - Sleep was constantly disrupted. Every night until around 12:30 a.m., in room 207 and room 401, there were loud noises as if furniture were being moved. On top of that, a strong exterior light makes it impossible to properly darken the room. - Staff attitude varies drastically. The manager and the bellhop are the only ones who consistently show professionalism. The receptionists are terribly disrespectful. - When I explained everything to the manager—who was trying to help—he offered dinner at the hotel as compensation, but still refused the 3-hour late check-out I requested afterward.

Great place to stay. Close to all cafes, shops and street stalls. Near the Ganges and Yoga schools some within the hotel. Staff were great.

The property is good but not worth this cost. Rooms are cleaned on demand and not everyday. Road to reach the hotel is very narrow. Basically the property is not worth paying this much
