Renovated & Quiet 2BR Apartment near Gordon beach by HolyGuest vs Similar Hotels

The room was nice and well accessorized; some comments about bed comfort.

Spacious, cozy, and clean despite some issues in one of the rooms.

Rooms are generally comfortable but several notes of dated/tired elements: small rooms, old shower/AC, some lighting issues and occasional flickering bulb; overall good but not perfect.

Cleanliness could be improved, particularly around remote controls and washroom.

The jacuzzi was dirty and one room had mold and stains.

Multiple reviews mention the hotel is clean (including specific note: 'מקלחת נקיה אך קצת ישנה') — generally very clean though some fixtures are dated.

Great location close to public transport, beach, shopping, and nightlife.

Excellent location with access to transport and a beautiful view.

Repeatedly described as an excellent/central location ('best location', 'מיקום פצצה', 'ממש על כיכר דיזינגוף') — location is outstanding.

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive.

The staff was friendly and helpful, showing extraordinary service.

Consistently praised staff: 'always nice', 'excellent staff', 'צוות מקסים', helpful reception (assisted with late checkout) — service is a clear strength.

Coffee and snacks available; no detailed feedback on food.

Breakfast was inadequate and did not feel fresh.

Breakfast responses are mixed: some guests enjoyed (including free breakfast mentions), others said 'breakfast could be a little better' or 'ארוחת הבוקר לא טובה' — overall positive but with room for improvement.

Standard amenities provided; positive feedback on coffee availability.

The amenities were mediocre, with specific issues like an unusable jacuzzi.

Good amenities reported: rooftop, free upgrades, complimentary breakfast for some, chocolates in room, happy hour — one report of a slightly neglected roof area but overall amenities are strong.

Good value for money, especially for budget travelers.

Value is questionable due to the noise level experienced.

Mixed-to-negative comments on value: parking agreement failure and extra charges, a guest who paid a high rate and received a cramped room with poor AC — value perception is a notable weakness.
