The apartment was spacious , clean with great air condition throughout which was essential as heat wave when we stayed Clean towels and water provided daily and breakfast - great coffee at reception and help from Angel - who made our stay amazing she was so helpful and spoke English was able to help us book experiences that we couldn’t have done without her help the transfer was amazing and stress free they were waiting ready to receive us from airport after a long flight with family and luggage is essential for a easy stay

It was a little out of the main hub which we liked as had more local restaurants around easy to get everywhere with didi

The 2 bedroom apartment is excellent, convenient for 3 or 4 person also. Free shuttle services provided during canton fair duration which is a plus considering the distance to canton complex. Daily cleaning setvie provided. Overall the experience was good. Also near to subway and you can travel through subway anywhere you want.

There reception is not in the same building and is separating located, grabbing your morning coffee is a little of a distance, if you need immediately then you don't prefer this option. Atleast instant coffee should be provided in the room. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Nothing, we did not stay, we booked out immediately after viewing the rooms

The photos that are online are not indicative of the rooms we had allocated to us, they were tiny and not at all like the photos we had viewed online. I had booked a balcony and a terrace and requested a low level floor. We were on level 8 (from memory) with only a balcony. The photos made it look like the bathroom was on the same level as the bedroom but it was not. The beds were very hard, the stairs very very narrow and steep. We did not receive any refund despite them not having to service the rooms for 11 days and were charged. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. We would not recommend this as somewhere to stay.

Airport Pick up was superb. The driver and the receptionist were courteous and welcoming. There is a fixed breakfast and one can add the quantity with Y15. The location is far from the center shopping street but you have metro just 6 minutes walk Line No. 6 that takes about 40mitues to the shopping area and canton tower.

The room was on level 5 so did not have good views which other have described. We realized that there were bed bugs in the bed that bite our child at night and we suspected mosquitoes. However, this shows cleaning needs to be thorough. I believe other rooms will not have this problem. I also believe that if we had informed the management about the bugs they would have rectified the issue. We only came to know after we showed the bite site to our doctors who said these were bed bugs but we had already checked out.

Высокий уровень сервиса обслуживающего персонала. Чистота номера. Бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта в отель на комфортабельном электро микроавтобусе. Бесплатный трансфер на Кантонскую выставку. Высокий напор воды и хороший отток воды в душевой. Рядом около 30 м большой супермаркет, где закупают сами китайцы продукты питания и много другое. Рядом много маленьких китайских кафешек, есть KFC около 50 м, есть симпатичный японский ресторан.

Расположение, далековато от всех мест, которые мы посещали - около 30 км, единственное нам помогало местное такси DiDi, выходило от 50 до 100 юаней в одну сторону каждый раз. Завтрак очень скудный и стандартный, приносят в номер, входило: 1 вареное яйцо, йогурт, маленькая печенька в упаковке, 1 яблоко или другой фрукт, и пищпакет для заваривания лапши и все)

Guangzhou ist eine so große Stadt, das man sich überlegen sollte wo man gegebenenfalls etwas zu erledigen hat. Die Entfernung bsp. Zum Canton Tower beträgt über 20km....

너무 좋았어요 위치도 좋고 숙소에 큰 방들도 좋고. 주변에 마트도 있고. 무엇보다 공항 픽업과 박람회 오가는 차량 지원이 업무 보기에 정말 좋앗습니다. 사장님 직원분들 정말 다 친절하세요. 다음에 광저우 오면 무조건입니다.

الغندف جميل الطاقم رائع بس الانجليزيه ضعيغه بس نقوم بالترجمعه مهك بجهاز المترجم. الفندق بعيد جدا عن اللاسواق وقريب منه كول لكنه صغير محطه المترو قريبه منه جدا لكن بعده هذي المشكله بحد ذاته

بعيد عن كل شي تحتاج اربعين دقيقه لتص الي شارع بكين او اكثر

طاقم الاستقبال متعاون وتم حفظ الامتعه لديهم وتم الحفاظ عليها منهم وتوصيله لنا إلى المطار ومتعاونين والفطار جيد بالعموم الخدمه ممتازه وسوف نكرر الزياره اليهم

Staff was nice

The breakfast was good. There was a selection of hot and cold options available as well as takeaway if needed. The apartment was cleaned daily, and towels were replaced. Staff were also very accommodating and helpful. They also provided free airport pick-up and shuttle to and from the canton fair.

There were no utensils to cook or eat with.

I like that the staff are helpful, kind. The rooms are clean, there is a kitchen and laundry area. Lots of shops around to get food.

Smell of smoking in the lobby area.

The property is very well located, not in the center, but still conveniently close. A taxi ride to Canton Tower takes just 40 minutes, which is quite reasonable. The staff were truly exceptional, the best I’ve ever encountered. They were incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay, assisting me with everything I needed. They provided great tips on where to visit, how to order food, and how to use applications like WeChat, which made my experience so much smoother. Overall, their friendliness and willingness to help truly made my stay unforgettable. As for the property itself, it’s fantastic! The views are stunning, and the space is incredibly comfortable, stylish, and inviting. I absolutely loved it. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained,truly perfect.

One minor inconvenience is that the reception is located outside the property building, which isn’t ideal, but it’s manageable.

The staff and drivers hospitality was superb, often going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Location is not the nearest to city but is within a nice estate with good food and a big supermarket nearby. If you engage their driver service (rate is a bit higher but it give you a lot of ease in a new environment), possibility of disappointment is low.

Convenient that the hotel arrange pick up and food easily available.

The room have strong cigarette smell and not clean properly. Check the AC, I even clean the dust on the discharge vane.

The complimentary airport pick-up and the free bus to some destinations are cool. The staff, though not good in English, manages to communicate through phone translation services. They are helpful and kind. Bottled water is provided daily; should you need more, you can ask. The washing machine in the apartment is useful; you get to have clean clothes every day. It has many restaurants nearby. There's a local convenience store nearby and many restaurants and fast-food shops. KFC, Starbucks, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, a mall, and a park with a children's playground are also very nearby. Xiangxue Metro (subway) station (Line 6) is about 5~8 minutes' walk.

I loved that the hotel arranged for me to be picked up from the airport and the driver and the hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The apartments was beautifu. The internet was great, high speed compared to other places I stayed in Guangzhou

The card machine was refusing to accept Visa card payment at the hotel. Had to go and withdraw cash

Only location a bit far from central around 20-30 min and breakfast too early 0630-0830.

Great people. Location was a bit far out but the the pick up service did help with that.

Huge language barrier. We got there with translate but it did make it hard.

The bedrooms in the 2nd floor has very low ceiling. 6 feet? Walls in the entire apartment are full of big scratches.

The good point is airport pick-up (one way) and the driver welcome you at the arrival hall, but the vehicle parking slot too far, need walk a quick long distance to the location. The apartment nearby got many shops and a mall nearby, easy to buy and foods. Breakfast provided is Korean style food, simple but ok.

Location too far from city. The apartment provided out of expectation from photos and some furniture in old condition. Overall, not feel value for the spend. Family members feel disappointed for the choice

I had a great stay at ServeYou apartments. Whilst it is a bit far from the Guangzhou city you can easily take the train which is about a five minute walk away. There is a shopping centre also conveniently located that is around a 2 minute walk away. The service from the staff was great especially Mia. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. From coming along with me to the bank so I could get some money exchanged (for translation purposes) to recommending me some great food to eat. She was the only one who could communicate in English and overall made it a great experience.

They were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us .The room was made up and cleaned each day with Fresh sheets and towels. there is 24 hour reception. I would certainly book this place back in China again

I can’t really say negative thing about it. Anything that was missing in the room they made sure that it was there the next day.

The property was great value for money. My kids was happy with the view from the balcony. The apartment was clean and tidy with cleaners every day which I loved as I feel traveling with kids the accommodation gets untidy very quickly. The tv was great for entertainment at night so the family can sit and watch a film. Very comfy beds and sofa lovely dining room table with chairs to eat meals as a family. We even had a stove and microwave to warm food up. The bathroom had all you need and loads of toiletries and they get restocked daily. I literally can’t fault anything about this apartment.

Me personally I’m afraid of heights so I was terrified at first. After a while I got used to it and it actually help me to be less afraid. Thanks Serveyou
