Reviewed May 4, 2026I liked the location and the views. The receptionists were also quite helpful despite the language barrier. A bit far from the canton fair but the hotel bus was always punctual. I also like the provision of a laundry room.
The bedding was not changed frequently enough. We had to request to get them changed. Would also have been nice to have at least one of the restaurant staff speaking English.

На сніданок завжди можна було вибрати щось смачне для себе, хоч вибір був не дуже великий. Зручний шатл на виставку. Єдиний недолік - трохи далеченько від центру і дорога на виставку іноді займала більше години часу. Але то дрібниці. Розташування готелю досить зручне - поруч є невеличкий торговий центр із супермаркетом, станція метро, безліч закладів харчування.

The hotel ambience felt upscale and welcoming, ideal for both business and leisure stays. The rooms were super clean, comfortable and provided a good level of privacy, everything was automated "blinds and curtains. Very big TV and good Internet. We visited during the Chinese New Year 2026, it was amazing how everything was decorated and had mandarin trees and a lot of flowers, well-presented indeed. A special mention goes to the reception staff, their attentiveness, warmth and professionalism made a real difference in making the stay memorable. They were genuinely helpful and went above and beyond in ensuring guests felt at home. breakfast was a good start for the day, had cereals, vegetables, eggs, noodles, rice, yoghourt, Naan bread, corn, and fruits, and kitchen ladies were very friendly. The room service was spectacular, as we stayed for few days, water was provided every day and tea and coffee. The shower, and the bathroom were brand-new and super clean, and the toiletries were provided every day. very handy and close to the shops and McDonalds and other shops nearby, and most importantly a 5 minutes' walk to the train Metro station, which connects you to all of Guangzhou. Price is very affordable Thanks again to the lovely receptionists, 2 ladies and the guy, we appreciate your help and assistance. We miss the corn lollies that you have at the reception desk. Will visit again. Love from Australia " Wael, Maya and Noah"
Nothing to Dislike, everything was so good and above expectations. As a Muslim, I wish if there was Halal meat option in the morning breakfast, but it was excellent yummy breakfast regardless. I wish if the swimming pool was open.

- вай-фай. Если вдруг вы хотели здесь поработать с ноутбука, то лучше не рассчитывайте, он медленный невероятно. Видимо, местная особенность. - завтраки очень ограничены, настолько что из овощей буквально только капуста и черри. Западной еды почти нет, особенно отсутствие каши чувствовалось. Но жить можно, есть вареные яйца)

La zona era muy lejos para nosotros que íbamos a la feria de Canton, a pesar de que tenga bus que te lleva tienes 1hs de ida y más de 1 hora de regreso, no es un hotel internacional preparado para recibir turismo occidental, dado que el personal no habla inglés y la zona no encuentras ningún restaurante de comida occidental, que no sea KFC.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026A very enjoyable stay for a surprisingly low price (well, winter time, the outside pool was closed). A very well equipped room and bathroom, excellent lighting options, huge windows on two walls with controllable black-out curtains. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The location is great for the HuangPu area near the Xiangxue metro station, with lots of options for dining out. The breakfast was decent and not exclusively Chinese, with a few Western choices too. Fast, stable, and easy to connect wifi.
The rooms were not so sound proof; I could hear the neighbors speaking loud. For breakfast, it would be great to have some real juices and a coffee machine.
