It was a pleasure staying in the apartment for 7 days with my family. Huge, neat and clean apartment with all the facilities on European standards. Especially the 2 living rooms are very stylish and practical with new and modern furniture. The apartment is in a calm and peaceful neighborhood with local grocery shops nearby. Separate heating/cooling units in every room, nice balcony and view to park. Mr Abdulrehman was very helpful all the way with pleasant communication before, during and after the stay. The pictures and description are very accurate, you-get-what-you-see. Will recommend and will also stay here next time.

I liked everything about the flat. The cleanliness, the spacious rooms, and the view. Mr. Abdelrahman ensured that we are comfortable, and we have all what we need. Special appreciation the Mr.> Abo Hatem the watch man, so friendly, so kind and so helpful.

Nothing absolutely satisfied.

We stayed here for five nights. The host is an excellent guy. He was extremely fast in response and fixing things. He arranged new cooking utensils and got the kitchen cleaned quite promptly. The convenience store is close by for basic needs. The shower has good got water but avoid extended showers. This is in general applicable everywhere in egypt. I recommend this place to families. Overall, it is a very good value for money. Safe area. Host deserves a shout out 👏.

New Cairo is pretty far from major attractions. Although transportation is cheap, there's a lot of pollution in cairo. Property furniture is a bit run down but nothing majorly concerning for the price of the place. Towels were pretty used up too. We bought new ones locally.

The owner is super friendly and very supportive whenever it’s needed. This apartment locates in New Cairo city with many good restaurants and shopping mall. It is suitable for staying with your family.

The two bathrooms are very clean, but the smell coming from water outlet/drainage releases to the bedroom and make this room uncomfortable. It’s necessary to use deodorant.

The host was very friendly, helpful and answered fast about questions. We can for sure book this place again.

The location was very good for me and very close to majority of malls in new Cairo. The Staff were very helpful even for things that were not related to the accommodation.

One of the toilets stopped flushing but it was repaired within few minutes after I reported. It turned out the water pipe was not open.

Very clean comfortable

Location is near to all the facilities

Highly recommend 👍👍. Staying at the apartment was an unforgettable experience. The modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi, made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The bedrooms was a sanctuary of comfort, featuring good -sized beds with soft, high-thread-count linens that promised restful nights . Location is Conveniently commutable to everywhere . The owner was so attentive and helpful whenever I needed him . The place was so inviting and welcoming. We will definitely come back.

Great location, family (toddler friendly) conveniently located in a safe and good area

Absolutely outstanding. This apartment surprised me positively, as my previous experience in regards with the apartments in Cairo , hasn’t been a good one . From the cleanness of this place to the size of the apartment, from the attention for all the small details such a slippers to the facilities, everything is 10 out of 10. I left at last the host , because there is not any note higher than 10 to measure the kindness and the availability of the owner, who really made my trip making me feel home and looking after. A big thank you I will always remember this trip. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service and facilities

Luxurious

If you're looking for an apartment with warm vibes, a great location, and have got everything you need for a smooth accommodation, look no further! l've arrived in Cairo earlier than the check-in time that we've discussed, but Mr.Abdelrahman was very, very accommodating, and the apartment was ready even before arrival. The apartment was super clean. It had everything from extra towels, bed sheets, clean cutlery, iron, and even a hair dryer :D So everything we basically forgot was there! All the electronic devices were there and in great condition. The location was very easy to reach and it's surrounded by everything you need. Every room was air-conditioned, very spacious, and the apartment had great and warm vibes to it. Sitting in the balcony at sunset is to die for :D Mr. Abdelrahman was very accommodating and very nice. He even allowed us to make a late check out because of Ramadan and the Iftar's time. It was a smooth sail from the moment we reached the apartment. l'Il definitely come back again!

There is nothing to dislike.

"I had the pleasure of staying at an exceptional apartment that truly deserves a 7-star rating. The attention to detail was impeccable, and every aspect of the space was designed with the utmost care and consideration for guests' comfort. Mr. Abd Elrahman, The owner's hospitality was unparalleled; he was incredibly cooperative and available to assist at any time of the day. It's rare to find such a combination of excellent treatment and high-quality accommodation. This experience has set a new standard for what I consider to be top-notch hospitality."

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING DESERVE 7 STARS

Big space, balcony, clean bathroom, warm water, kitchen, elevator. The small food shop and farmacy is near by, walking distance. Comunication with owner of Appartment was excellent. 👌 He was very helpful with practical things and with informations. He organized Uber taxi for me, few times. Without him I would miss my flight, because I didn't know about two Airports in Cairo. Thank you 💛
