Very convenient location with easy parking and good communication with the host.

Perhaps a little mirror in the room would be useful and maybe a lamp beside the bed would be handy for reading before you sleep.

Very peaceful neighbourhood. Great kitchen and clean bathroom.

Location is good, near to the bus stop. Car park we did not use. The host was flexible and willing to arrange the accommodation for 2 persons though it was not presupposed according to the reservation.

Breakfast was not prepared as we expected. We expected at least some fresh fruit and bread. Besides, there was some stuff in the fridge and on the table at our disposal, mostly expired or stale refreshments.

Erst bei der Ankunft wurde ersichtlich, dass sich das Zimmer in der Wohnung des Vermieters befindet.

Clean. Quiet. Welcoming host. Easy walk into the village for food and basic provisions.

The immediate surroundings are a bit off putting. But my stay was pleasant.

Sehr netter Vermieter Tayfun Haben auf Nachfrage alles bekommen was wir brauchten. Etra Handtücher usw. Konnten Gemeinschaftsküste nutzen auch die Gewürze Kaffee usw. Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Bilder der Unterkunft stimmten mit Realität überein.

Bischen missverständlich in der Beschreibung des es eine Gemeinschaftliche Toilette im EG und das Gemeinsame Bad im OG gibt. War aber kein Problem zu keiner Zeit.

A wonderful house with a cozy, comfortable room, nestled in a peaceful town—a perfect retreat to relax and unwind. The house was always impeccably clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel completely at home. Highly recommended!

I was staying for two nights while making my way along the Irish coast. The accomodations was in a quiet and friendly neighborhood and had a variety of food options. As the description states I had my own room with lots of space for my stuff and could use the shared kitchen/living room/garden. The living area was cozy and comfortable. The backyard garden was very lovely and really great for hot summer nights. I had lovely chats with the owners who were very nice people. I would come back any time.

The location was great for what we had planned to do over the weekend. It was in a quiet residential area with great links to the motorway. The garden area that we had access to would be lovely to sit in on a warm summer evening. We were 15 minutes away from Greystones that had the dart station and lots of choices to eat out.

Not really a dislike but we were aware that it was a shared bathroom when we booked but we were ok with that as it was only for a weekend stay.

no drying facilities for swimming kit or walking kit, rotary dryer in the garden would be a good addition

The description given and the pictures projected are so very deceptive. It is on a down at heel estate where children run around the street until 10:30 at night outside your bedroom window. The bathroom around the shower is grim. The grouting and bath sealant look disgusting. Bathroom window is broken The bedroom is furnished with cheap rickety wardrobe and the window is such bad condition it is hard to close also the window blind is broken and so we had to hang a towel up the window for some privacy.The outside of the property looks us inviting. The kitchen looks presentable but lacks enough crockery and cutlery. The host tayfun is a very pleasant guy who wants to be helpful but he is trying to present a property which is in need of major improvements.

Overall a great spot. Very nice house/room, not too far away from the town and in an ideal situation. Great hosts as well in the house, very pleasant and nice hosts.

Location was good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Tayfun is a good host, friendly, informative & willing to help you out. Immediate area is an estate but with a very safe feel. Free wifi although I didn't need this.

No tv in the room, bit of confusion regards keys for the front door, nothing major.

Location is perfect you can get to Ashford every half an hour in ten minutes.
