We really enjoyed our stay here! My sister and I were very happy with our room — it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The reception team were absolutely lovely and so helpful. They were always happy to help us with anything we needed, which made our stay so much easier. A big bonus was the free transfer to Disneyland and back, as well as the airport transfer. This was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of hassle, especially with our luggage.

Nos gustó mucho la atención del personal y también el servicio que tienen para llevarte y recogerte del parque Disney así como al aeropuerto. Además, nos ofrecieron gratuitamente subir la categoría de la habitación a una tematizada Disney, lo cual fue una agradable sorpresa.

El desayuno podría estar mejor… va la línea de los desayunos ofrecidos en China.

If you are planning to visit Disney, this is a great place. It includes a shuttle to and from Disney. The decoration is great for kids.

Le petit déjeuner est varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous avons été surclassées dans une chambre thématisée Duffy. La chambre est grande, la salle de douche est fonctionnel et la douche est grande. Le personnel est réactif et le groupe sur Wechat aide à se faire comprendre. Le service de navette jusqu'à Disney est super efficace. On s'inscrit sur le groupe et hop les places sont réservées. Ils ont même plusieurs créneaux matins et soirs. Il y avait même un service de costumes pour les enfants. Les réceptionnistes demandent tous les jours si la chambre a besoin d'être nettoyée ou non.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel laisse à désirée. Il se situe au bout d'une ruelle dans une impasse. C'est un quartier très "rural". Il n'y a pas de barrière ni entrée spécifique donc tous le monde peut venir. Peu de place pour se garer si on loue une voiture. La piscine est au milieu de l'hôtel avec vue sur parking et donc ouvert à la vue de tous. Il est à 45 min voir 1h des deux aéroports et à 1h de la city de Shanghaï donc pas pratique pour visiter.

It’s very good located if you like to visit Disney and Wild park. We had the Frozen themed room and our daughter LOVED it. Nearby is also a fruit market and a 7/11. The free shuttles operate on time to the airport and to Disney.

The free shuttle is great, just the frequency to the Aust port could be better - it is just every 2 hours.

Todo ha sido excepcional a destacar el personal, todas las chicas de recepción son súper amables y ayudan en todo, muy simpáticas. El servicio de shuttle es muy cómodo si quieres trasladarte a Disney. Es un hotel al detalle con sus clientes.

The rooms were nice and cool. Beds were comfortable.

Pictures were very deceiving. We booked this hotel believing our kids would have a great time swimming in it. Instead the water was murky and my kid saw a worker using a bucket to get water to clean the floor from it. The for breakfast the bread had mold on it . The worst part was the shuttle to the airport. The driver wanted to cram 10 people into a van without a trunk for luggages. Because of this he used the aisle for storage so we were sitting next to piled high suitcases!! To top it off my mom sat on a sit that water was leaking from the roof! She was told to stuck it up.

The shuttles to Disneyland were great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we got upgraded to a larger room for free during check-in.

Далеко до метро, до автобусных остановок идти 5 минут. С автобусами проблем нет.

The hotel was in close proximity to the Disney park and the pick up/drop off coach service made trips to the park effortless. The breakfast was satisfactory and there was clear and timely communication about the shuttle service. The room was decorated nicely and though we didn't use them, the hotel had handy laundry facilities.

The room was overall tidy and clean but there might be a ventilation issue in the bathroom that has generated some mold.

Our experience at the hotel was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary airport shuttle that made our transfer seamless. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff maintained excellent communication via WeChat, and while they communicated in Chinese, you can easily use Google Translate to understand. The room was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, providing a comfortable and convenient retreat. One of the standout features was the free shuttle service to and from Disney, which saved us the hassle of arranging our own transportation. Overall, the service was impeccable, and every detail was taken care of to ensure a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

Location awful, health and safety nightmare, hotel looks nothing like it is represented on booking.com. we didn't stay as it looked unsafe.

Идеальный отель для посещения Диснейленд индивидуальными туристами: встретят, помогут, объяснят, доставят обратно (аэропорт Пудун). В целом от отеля осталось приятное впечатление, очень помогли с недружественным WeChat. Хорошие номера чистые и полностью укомплектованные. Завтрак хороший: есть что выбрать, даже ребенку (не капризному)., рядом много магазинов и кафе, мы закупались сендвичами для Диснейленда в булочной недалеко- очень вкусно и позволило не раззорится на еде в кафе в Диснейленд. Предупреждение: до прибытия активируйте WeChat, это на самом деле сложно мне пришлось подружиться с случайной китаянкой в аэропорту чтобы по прибытию он заработал. Обратите внимание что встречают и провожают вас только в аэропорт Пудун, я улетал из Хунцяо- пришлось брать такси (на ресепшн помогли) по счётчику - цена конская (к отелю претензий нет)! Если бы не помощь отеля бы никуда не доехал и поездка пошла прахом. В Диснейленд покупал билет с проходками на 6 аттракционов на trip com , все успели за день обойти и даже некоторые по два раза (очереди ужасные)

Täglicher Shuttle zum Disneyland sehr gut über Wchat organisiert mit Abfrage der Zeiten und Reservierung , Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, in der Nähe gab es auch Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen zu kaufen, Hotel war nicht sehr klein.

Kein Englisch der Mitarbeiter, nur mit Übersetzungsprogramm und dadurch wurde das Anliegen nicht immer verstanden. Kommunikation war nur per w Chat möglich Pool sah nicht wirklich einladend aus, wurde dann auch abgelassen, Wetter war eh zu kalt 🥶 Shuttle Zeiten vom Flughafen sind fixe Zeiten. Das ist sehr ungünstig gelöst, da man diesen erst 24 Stunden vor Landung reservieren darf und dann erst erfährt, dass es zum Beispiel 13 Uhr oder 15 Uhr möglich ist. Bei einer Landung 12:45 Uhr sehr ungünstig.

공항에서 숙소까지 오는 셔틀 타는데 비행기 시간이 늦어져서 못탈 뻔 했던걸 엄청 친절하게 도와줬어요 숙소 컨디션도 좋고 목욕용품도 있고 드라이어기도 엄청 좋아요 직원분들이 아주 친절합니다.

The property is good and spacious. Convenient with the shuttle from airport and Disneyland shuttle to and from. The master driver is really good. The receptionist ladies are very nice and helpful

The room is great but the scuff marks on the walls brings the whole unit down. I suggest to hide and cover the toilet brush rather than having it displayed as it can be a little off putting for sensitive people.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and caring. They patiently answered all of our questions, even though we don’t speak Chinese, which we really appreciated. The shuttle bus service to and from the airport and Shanghai Disneyland gave us so much peace of mind. It was very easy to reserve through WeChat and truly made our trip much less stressful. The hotel breakfast was also delicious! My first time reviewing because this place was worth the effort. Excellent for an international budget conscious traveler or family especially if going to Shanghai Disney. Attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable staff that really helped us get around! HOT shower in a clean, modern bathroom! HOT yummy, local buffet breakfast included! Definitely did not go hungry! Located within a small town where we were able to dine on local foods, shop for basic needs, and my wife got wonderful massages!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth, we arrived at 9am and check in was at 2pm. But our room was ready to hit straight in.

Фотографии достаточно сильно преукрашены, по факту не так все чисто и красиво. Были немного разочарованны. Не так близко к дисней ленду. Завтраки оочень простые. Вокруг мало мест где можно вкусно поесть. Были немного разочарованы. Отмечу работу персонала на ресепшене-сотрудники молодцы, очень заботливые и отзывчивые, очень вежливые и внимательные. Хорошая уборка в номерах.

Staff were very responsive via WeChat. Misunderstanding with shuttle times for airport pick up meant we had to wait for nearly 2 hours. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Chat group on WeChat advising of Disney shuttle times was helpful. Breakfast was included and opened at 6am so we had time to eat before getting the first shuttle.

We had 2 rooms but they weren’t very close together.

Full marks for hotel service, front desk was responsive and friendly. The room is clean and odourless, the facilities are complete and in good condition, and the toiletries are of good quality. The location is convenient and worry-free, and the whole stay is comfortable and trouble-free. I sincerely recommend it to all traveling friends!

The free shuttle is difficult to book, as it can only be done via WeChat and you have to submit a dedicated form. Nobody speaks English at the hotel, which makes it cumbersome to communicate.

The room was clean and comfy. We came here with the family and they offered shuffle bus to Disneyland and it made our tour very much easier and convenient. The breakfast was also good too.

First talk about transportation, this hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from Disney, we no longer need to worry about how to go to the park, simply can not be more worry-free, Pudong Airport can also enjoy a single shuttle service, just off the plane someone picked up, dragging luggage is not afraid, directly easy to the hotel, what's more, Hongqiao Airport and high-speed rail station have pick-up service, whether by plane or high-speed rail. You don't have to worry about traveling at all. This kind of all-round traffic care is really delicious.

We also appreciated the free massage chairs, foot tubs, and laundry room (with dryers and detergent)—all the little things that make travel easier. The hotel even provides strollers for kids and helps with ticket reservations, so everything is one-stop. If you’re visiting Shanghai Disney, this hotel is the perfect choice for comfort and convenience!
