Очень близко к Диснейленду и зоопарку. Есть бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта и до Диснейленда и обратно.

Из трёх завтраков сходили на один и по факту там можно было есть только вареные яйца и дыню. Остальное очень под вопросом и мы больше не завтракали. За пределами отеля деревня, погулять практически негде. На пару дней остановки - идеальный вариант.

Very close to disneyland and the staff was very helpful

The room was nothing like on the pictures old dated mouldy not very clean and location was middle of nowhere not even on maps it was very difficult to call a taxi. Even the taxi driver said never been there before. Breakfast wasnt good at all.

Le mobilier était abîmer, le matelas tres dur ! Impossible de mettre la TV, petit déjeuner pas de très bonne qualité

An effort was made to make the property serve as a legitimate hotel. Linens were nice. Air conditioner worked well.

Because the property is in an older residential neighborhood and the hotel name didn’t come up when getting a Didi (Uber), I couldn’t get a ride easily when the language barrier made me unable to find the shuttle. The photos to get the shuttle from the airport and the written directions to get the shuttle from Disney was insufficient. In addition, an attempt was made to make it a hotel, but my windows in the bathroom had a covering on the outside. Anyone could look in. Even though the interior was clean, the exterior was like a run down apartment complex. Lastly, the bed was a futon on the floor. It was not easy for a middle age person to push up every time from the bed, that was also the couch, like a studio apartment.

Está muy bien situado para ir al parque, te llevan y te traen gratis está solo a 9 minutos del Hotel, la familia que lo lleva es encantadora te ayudan en todo lo que necesites las habitaciones están limpias y son cómodas, el desayuno es de ellos, tienen huevos fritos arroz yogures…. Venden helados pizza 🍕

Pretty much nothing.

The pool wasnt full, the rooms were small for an alleged 4 stars hotel. This was Bed and Breakfast at best. 1 star.

Relación calidad - precio es perfecto. No solo incluye la habitacion, grande y con buen cuarto de baño y ducha independiente, sino que tambien gestionan la ida y vuelta a Disney.

Aunque esta en una zona algo aislada, el hotel incluye desayuno y tienen un pequeño restaurante que ofrece cenas hasta tarde.

Отличный отель, очень дружелюбный персонал. Очень понравилось, что был включен трансфер от аэропорта и до Диснейленда- это очень удобно и упростило жизнь! Персонал очень коммуникабельный и помогал решать разные вопросы, а при выселении даже сделали мини подарки нашим детям, что было очень приятно! Спасибо за такое гостепреимство! Идеальный отель для поездки в Диснейленд Шанхай! Номер мы забронировали небольшой, я ожидала, что будет больше номер, но в целом оказалось все очень прекрасно!

Mein bei Booking gebuchtes Zimmer wäre wohl doppelt vergeben, daher wurde mir eine absolut schlechtes Zimmer zum selben Preis „angeboten“ (man kann es ja mal versuchen). Nach hin und her gab es dann noch ein freies Zimmer in meiner gebuchten Kategorie. Die Duschkabine gammlig, Haare auf dem Laken, rumliegendes Taschentuch. Kaputte Sitzmöglichkeiten. Schlechtes Frühstück.

Está muy cerca de Disney y te llevan de forma gratuita y te recogen. La habitación tiene sábanas bastante limpias, colchón cómodo y almohadas cómodas. El baño está limpio de forma general y las toallas también blancas y limpias. Hay un deshumidificador que hace las noches placenteras y un buen aire acondicionado.

Las fotos no son exactamente la realidad, eso sí las habitaciones están limpias, pero no cuidadas al detalle, es decir pintura caída, desgaste generalizado por la humedad. La habitación de la colada deja bastante que desear

Бюджетный семейный гостиничный дом для семей с детьми. Расположен недалеко от диснейленда. Прямо с территории отеля с 6.30 до 10.30 каждые 30мин ходит отельный бесплатный микроавтобус. И забирает с парковки диснейленда тоже (расписание не помню, мы добирались обратно на такси которое там на парковке за 40юаней). Бассейн для ребенка ростом 85см по грудь, завтраки бюджетеые, но вкусные, особенно детям понравились рисовые кексики,, но кофе не было в автомате. Если планируете добираться в отель на такси- лучше сохраните адрес и расположение на карте скриншот, потому что один таксист так и не нашел просто по адресу)) Для детей есть детские одноразовые тапочки. Кондиционер, чайник, хороший вайфай. Кулер в холле, массажное кресло. У нас были номера 8102 и 8103. Прудик с черепашками. Детская горка. Утром поют птички, тихо, деревня)) очень мило. Обязаьельно скачайте приложение-переводчик, тк персонал не говорит по английски. У них на тедефоне тоже есть приложение, но не у всех, вам будет удобнее чтобы было у вас.

El hotel lo reservamos por la cercanía a Disney y con el servicio de autobús a Disney era perfecto. Llegamos tarde y el check in perfecto. Cuando llegamos de Disney teníamos taxi esperando y la entrega de equipaje, perfecta. Nos guardaron el equipaje todo el día. La habitación y la ropa de cama de calidad y toallas muy limpia. El hotel es humilde pero supera todo lo esperado y la relación calidad precio, excepcional. Las instalaciones están bien, tiene piscina que no usamos pero estaba muy limpia. El precio muy reducido de la compra de bebidas, leche, etc.

El desayuno era de menú chino y si deseabas leche o café lo tenías que pagar aparte a un precio, es cierto, muy muy reducido.

Ottima posizione rispetto al parco

Zwembad leuk voor kinderen om af te koelen in de zomer. Het restaurant heeft heerlijke en goedkope gerechten, vooral de garnalen en het watermeloen sap waren favoriet. Vriendelijk personeel wat 24/7 beschikbaar is.

Luidruchtige hotel gasten die tot 2 uur in de nacht bij het zwembad waren (wat om 10 uur eigenlijk al dicht was). Eerste shuttle bus naar het vliegveld is 6:15 wat te laat was voor ons dus moesten we een taxi nemen.

Бассейн наполнили когда мы уже уезжали, массажные кресла совсем не те что на фото , их вообще всего 2 и то в разных местах и почти не работают. Третий этаж с чемодадами запомнил на долго.

Ideaal als je naar Disney gaat. Met gratis pendelbus naar Disney. Chinees ontbijt. Heel vriendelijk personeel! In de kamer is gratis water, muggenspray en slippers.

Het ligt erg afgelegen maar daar hadden wij geen last van met de gratis pendelbus naar Disney.

Quá xa trung tâm, ko có tiện ích gì quanh khách sạn, ko thể đi bộ đến ga tàu gần nhất vì quá xa

Spacious and comfortable rooms, good quality breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The minibus service between the hotel and Disney/airport was really good. Highly recommended

The employees were excellent and very helpful. They find solutions rapidly.

Language is very big disadvantage. But they use the translator, not so efficient. Breakfast is not met with international standard.

Location was only about 2km from Shanghai Disneyland. But it is quite in a far secluded area so walking is not recommended

The shower was dirty. The shower head is not working properly. It felt like I was staying in a dorm more than a hotel. They do provide a shuttle to Disneyland but it was really packed in the morning and there a possibility you have to stand in a very small van filled with people

If you want to go to other places the hotel is far from Public transportation. You can take the bus shuttle to Disney metro station from there you can start your journey.

Das Hotel hat eine ideale Lage um schnell zum Disneyland zu kommen und bittet einen kostenlosen Shuttle an. Die Kommunikation erfolgt über einen Translater, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Leider war unser gebuchtes Zimmer nicht beziehbar durch einen Defekt des Schlosses, dieses wurde uns aber erst mitgeteilt nach dem eine Zahlung erfolgt ist.

Los trabajadores son súper simpáticos e intentan ayudar en absolutamente todo!!! La atención es perfecta. Incluye traslados al aeropuerto y al parque gratuitos, eso es lo mejor de lo mejor!!!! La ubicación es perfecta, tardamos 10 min al parque! Calidad precio... está bastante bien!

В Диснейленде каждый день салют, ощущение праздника каждый день... Мы жили в этом отеле почти месяц и не пожалели, что именно сюда поселились.. Завтрак очень вкусный ... The staff were very professional and friendly. Hotel offered a hardy buffet breakfast every morning. Hotel offers free airport and Disney shuttle. Safe area. We walked to the main street and stopped at a few businesses along the way. Private bathroom appreciated. Shower was great. Pool onsite. There is a massage chair, koi fish pond, turtle pond, luggage storage and beverages for purchase. Can’t stress enough how kind the staff are. Busy hotel with the majority of guests Chinese nationals.

I booked 2 hotel rooms and neither looked liked the photos. I was disappointed that my son’s room was on the first floor next to the stairs. Lots of noise and guest traffic. His one bed room was basic and small. His sheets had orange stains but the room was clean. Nice size bathroom with towels and toiletries. My room with 2 beds was basic. Neither looked liked the photos. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. No coffee or tea packets. Just a hot water pot and cups. Grateful for the private bathroom. My booking summary states I was charged for the rooms prior to arrival. The hotel stated that they did not charge me. My Booking.com credit card could not confirm a charge on my account was from the hotel. Spent 4 days going back and forth with hotel and Booking.com. Took so much time away from enjoying my birthday and my son’s 21 birthday. I paid the hotel bill in cash at checkout because the credit card company couldn’t confirm charges on my credit card were from the hotel. Booking.com stated on the 4th day that the hotel’s contact information was wrong in their system and they could no longer speak to the hotel representative. Now 8 days I have no confirmation on the credit card payment. I don’t blame the hotel. Bookings.com is a large international company they should have resolved everything in 2… 3 days. Very disappointed.

Фотографии в карточке номера обработаны ИИ настолько, что от реальности там только контуры отеля. Грязные номера с плесенью, сами номера абсолютно не соответствуют тому, что на фото, персонал убеждает, что все соответствует 🤡 Завтрак отвратительный, а в радиусе нескольких км нет даже магазинов, чтобы купить продукты. Гулять вечером негде, отель настолько на отшибе, что приходится ехать на такси до метро/приемлимой точки для прогулок.

地點偏僻 在小巷子內 周遭沒有什麼生活機能 房間隔音不好 會聽到門外上下樓梯的聲音,一大早也會聽到蟲鳴鳥叫 冷氣的聲音也偏大 蓮蓬頭的水量非常小 洗澡很不方便 早餐的結束時間滿早 六點到九點 雖然飯店註明有機場接駁服務, 但只有兩個小時一班,跟班機很難配合上, 所以也都是自己叫車往返, 沒用到這個服務

I had a pleasant stay overall. Initially, I was assigned a room on the ground floor, which was not very comfortable and did not meet my expectations. However, the hotel staff kindly upgraded me to an upper-floor room free of charge, and the new room was excellent, comfortable, and offered great value for money. The staff were outstanding throughout my stay—friendly, patient, and always willing to help. Even when there was a language barrier, they made every effort to assist and ensure a smooth experience. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to Disney, which is very convenient for guests visiting the park. The hotel is quite far from downtown Shanghai and the main city attractions. It is best suited for travelers whose primary purpose is visiting Disney rather than exploring the city center.

Poor breakfast. Stuff speak no English at all. Attitude of stuff is not helpful at all. Airport drop and pick up is a challenge ti arrange, ended ho taking taxi to airport. Restaurant at breakfast is smelly and hard ti sit in it. No coffee in the room only cattle !

Nahe am Flughafen, nahe am Disneyland

Es gab vorab keinerlei Anweisung zum Flughafentransfer, dank Hilfe vom Flughafenpersonal klappte es dann aber zum Glück. Das Wlan funktioniert nicht sehr zuverlässig, also besser eine eSIM vorab kaufen. Niemand vom Personal spricht Englisch, das macht die Gespräche mit Translator leider sehr unpersönlich, aber geht irgendwie. Wenn man kein Fleisch isst geht man hungrig vom Frühstücksbuffet weg. Im Zimmer gibt es nichts, um Essen zu kühlen oder warm zu machen.

スタッフさんがとても親切でした。スーツケースを運んでくれたり、ディズニーの送迎についてなど翻訳して細かく説明してくれました。送迎車は3台ほどあり、朝6時半〜10時までと18時半〜22時半まで30分おきにディズニーまで送迎がありました。帰りは20時発で空港まで送ってくれました。 やりとりはWeChatで行うので先にアプリを入れておいた方がいいです。ホテルの連絡先登録などはスタッフさんがやってくれます。無料の朝食も6時くらいから9時までありました。部屋の中も清潔感がありました。アメニティもシャンプーリンス、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ、紙コップ、便座拭きなどありました。ヘアドライヤーやタオルもあります。

帰りにディズニーのグッズ？多分公式ではないと思いますがプレゼントすると言われ選ぶように言われました。ただその代わりにチップを要求されました。私はグッズいらないからと断りましたが。

Остановились в этом отеле потому что Диснейленд рядом, есть трансфер прямо до парка , комфортные номера, отличный завтрак и недорогой ресторан китайской кухни

Персонал очень старается. Встретили в аэропорту, заселили без проблем, шатл ходит в Диснейленд, что очень удобно. Подарок подарили на выселение, любую просьбу старались выполнить.

Для европейцев непонятна процедура заказа обеда или ужина в ресторане. Мы пришли, сели за столик, но никто не подходит, заказ не принимают. Потом принесли пельмешки и что-то еще китайское, поставили перед нами. Ну делать нечего, едим что дали ) А потом приходят другие люди и странно на нас смотрят. Оказывается, это был их заказ ) Надо заказывать не ресепшн, они отправляют заказ на кухню. Но нам откуда это знать? ) Оценку не снижаю, просто делюсь информацией, может кому-то пригодится

Convenient for Disneyland

Don’t stay at this hotel the rooms are mouldy the staff don’t speak any English and didn’t understand us at all they relied on a translator to communicate they weren’t set up for foreign tourists and it’s in the middle of a small village very hard to find impossible for taxis and is basically a residential address booking.com this hotel isn’t suitable for foreign guests a truly awful experience should have picked another hotel the doors didn’t lock and supposed shuttle bus to Disneyland didn’t pick up on way back

Didn’t have coffee and the food was fare needs work. The old man working there just hovering around people while they eat making you feel uncomfortable. He needs to stay in the back and give guess room to feel relaxed and he was eating and walking around.

The staff was incredibly helpful, they always tried their best to help us even with customer that didn’t speak English. I recommend to contact them and ask for the wechat group so they can best help you as they are very reactive on wechat. The room and the bed was confortable with everything you need (toothbrush, slippers, water heater, shampoo, hairdryer, ac, clean towels). The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good with dumplings, bao, sausage, vegetables, soup, congee and sweet options. Free shuttle ride (10min) to disneyland with shuttle from 6h30 in the morning every 30min and at night till 22h30. Free shuttle ride to the airport Pudong (20min away) every 2 hours : 8h15, 10h15 etc. Tell the receptionist the day before and the van will be waiting outside.

The breakfast and the receptionists are welcoming ang helpful.

Каждый день смена полотенец, зубных щёток. Уборка каждый день. Есть стиральная и сушильная машина, трансфер в дисней и обратно. Трансфер из аэропорта пудунг и обратно. Все это без доплат :)

Еда на завтрак, но тут есть что выбрать, просто я придирчивый :)

The property is ok. We stayed there for 5 days and they did not change the bed sheets. The room is clean and modern. Location is abit far from the city

The location is perfect for Shanghai Disneyland and they provide free shuttle service to and from the park. They have an in-house canteen which provides nice home cooked meals (you can order after a long day at the park). Decent Chinese style breakfast too.

Esta muy cerca de Disney pero alejado de todo lo demás. Lo bueno es que ofrecen transfer tanto al parque como al aeropuerto. Las instalaciones son simples, igual que el desayuno. Es una buena opción para hacer noche en el parque de forma económica. El personal es muy amable y se esfuerza por ayudar en todo lo que puede pese a la barrera del idioma.

Las camas son muy duras. Esta alejado de todo y necesitas un coche para ir a cualquier cosa.

The hotel is in good location for Disney and transport to Shanghai! The staff were brilliant and so helpful! The restaurant on sight was very helpful too as my wife is vegetarian and has a mushroom allergy! They were very understanding and worked hard to meet my wife’s needs! Transport to Disney every day is great and collection too!

The rooms are lovely however due to time of year the floor was very cold and even with slippers provided could have done with a rug to soften the floor and add warmth! Did not detract that it is value for money!! Small fridge in room would also have been nice!!

Not a good breakfast. The Chinese man running the breakfast area, he kept turning off the lights for our family but keeping it on for Western clients or Chinese clients. I had to get up and turn it on for 3 times, I thought that was a bit prejudiced. Food needs a bit more variety. Other than that, it was fine.

Нужен был недорогой отель на одну ночь рядом с Disneyland. У нас был вполне комфортный номер на 4х человек (2 взрослых + 2 детей). В номере было тепло, температура регулируется, есть всё необходимое. Всё чистенько. Есть трансфер до парка, но мы им не пользовались. Вызвали такси и через пять минут были в парке. Завтрак специфический, точнее сказать из китайских блюд, но что-то можно было найти) по сути отель находиться в местной деревеньке, т.е. очень локал. Персонал приятный, помогли со всеми вопросами.

Не работало кафе. Слишком специфический завтрак. Маленькое помещение для завтрака, народу было много.

第一条晚上有迪士尼晚归的有点吵，但后来前台在群里提醒后，第二天晚上也很安静，给前台小哥小姐姐点赞

Location is close to Shanghai Disneyland and they have shuttle services to and fro Disneyland. Their front desk and staff services were good, friendly and very prompt responses.

Despite location close to Disneyland, there were hardly any amenities around, hard to get food or night snack. Our quadruple room was a bit disappointing. It has 2 double beds, a private bathroom that's pretty much it. Wouldn't consider good decorations, and there were no cupboards or storages, our luggages and shopping were literally on the floor occupying walking space. Another point to take note, our room was on the 3rd floor and there were no lifts.
