Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre, moderne Einrichtung, es war sauber und sehr ruhig, Zimmer und Pool mit Meerblick, man konnte den Sonnenuntergang wunderbar genießen , die Gemeinschaftsküche war super, es war alles da, mit einem geringen Betrag in eine Spardose auf Vertrauensbasis konnte man sich alles nehmen. Das „Einchecken“ hat perfekt geklappt. Als wir ankamen, war niemand vor Ort, war überhaupt nicht schlimm, man hat ca. 2 Tage vorher den PIN für die Türe per E-Mail bekommen. War alles mega organisiert. Uns fällt nichts negatives ein, wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Es war perfekt! Das Zimmer war super sauber und geräumig. Der Ausblick aufs Meer, unbeschreiblich. Die Lage ist perfekt in der oberen Stadt gelegen, um alles zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Konzept der Unterkunft hat uns so gut gefallen. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Fach im Kühlschrank und eine Schublade in der Küche, um Lebensmittel zum Frühstück aufzubewahren. Tolle Idee! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Loved the setup at Océane Guest House. Our room had a patio door that stepped out on to a terrace that had a spectacular ocean view and sunset. The room was perfect for a couple including comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. The shared kitchen and dining area worked very well as we had access to a refrigerator and other kitchen appliances. They also had coffee, beer and wine on an honor system that we took advantage of as it was so convenient and reasonably priced. Our only disappointment was not staying more than one night! If we make it back to Nazaré in the future we will return to Océane and stay longer.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Ganz besonders liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft! Zimmer (zumindest unseres) ist entsprechend dem Namen des Zimmers dekoriert. Modern und geschmackvoll. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsbereich in dm man sich selbst Kaffee und Tee zubereiten und essen kann. Ebenfalls sehr schön eingerichtet. Kaffekapseln gibt es dort gegen einen Unkostenpeitrag. Genauso wie Getränke Wein Bier und Softdrinks.

C’est la catastrophe depuis le début jusqu’à la fin..tout d’abord l’accueil est si froid pour ne pas dire glacial..ensuite nous étions obligés de sortir sous la pluie pour le petit déjeuner obligé de le prendre à plus de 300 m de la résidence..et le comble était les ordres affichés partout dans la chambre..on n’avait même pas le droit de fumer une cigarette sur la terrasse ni même pas à l’extérieur..il va falloir prendre sa dernière cigarette dans la rue et sous la pluie avant de rentrer dans la résidence..

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026Excellent setting. Fantastic provision of stuff as well. Some of the best views you'll ever get. Carla the manageress was also so very helpful. For people looking to book to visit the nazaré sights this is the best I think the town has to offer. It's close enough without being too close and close to all the restaurants which of great quality as well.

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025easy to find using WAZE be care to spot the final road entrance... very modern only 4 rooms I think hotel with great views and very helpful staff... fantastic. No room facilities such as fridge, kettle all these are in the communal lounge... so not hassle :-). Location was a 5 minute stroll from the mail square and easy walk down to the lighthouse 15 minutes... 30 minutes back its uphill. Plenty of eateries in town for all prices and bars, coffee bars during the town and a regular escalator train down to Nazare town .... 8e each e.w .... this is the place to stay especially for the Waves.
Leaving.... and someone stole my milk in the fridge so bring a Pen :-) also it was winter so didnt use the pool

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025Absolutely beautiful place, stunning views and excellent parking. Bit tight getting in off the street if you have a motor home but fine for a car. So peaceful and relaxing. Exceptionally clean with lovely bathroom and kitchen facilities. The host has thought of everything down to your own draw and shelf in the kitchen for food and drinks. I would definitely stay here again if we come back for the waves in Nazare. Tracey and Anthony from UK, Wales.
Maybe some different pillows for the bed, but that's just our preference, they were very soft and small. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The views from the deck, the well stocked and organised kitchen, the room and bathroom were beautifully done up and very spacious, the communication was without any problems. Felt like living at home, only wish we woke upto the sound and sight of the sea. Also very close to the famous Farol and the spot to watch the big waves of Nazare.

We just missed the heated pool season, something we really looked forward to. Still had a swim though. I struggled a bit with the provided pillows, not very supportive. But the above did not impact our overall experience negatively.

Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit der Möglichkeit Getränke zu kaufen und auch Lebensmittel zu verstauen, falls man sich selbst verköstigt. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum von Sitio. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Absolute Empfehlung!!!!

Den Außenbereich und den Pool könnte man ansprechender gestalten. Die Terrassen sind nicht getrennt und man muss über die Balkone der anderen Gäste gehen, um den Pool zu erreichen.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Oceane is a gem at Praia do Norte. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many really good restaurants and the Praia do Norte beach itself. The rooms are small but very well organized and the bathrooms were excellent. There's a shared kitchen and common room with couches and a TV, and a massive balcony with ocean views. Our host was great and very friendly. The private parking was a fantastic bonus.
I don't think there was anything we didn't like.

Up above the main town with far reaching views it has plenty of restaurants and options close by but also much quieter than the main town. Cathy’s thought of everything you could possibly need and the facilities are fabulous. We highly recommend!
