Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Beautiful clean place, quiet and tranquil and so close to the ocean. The facilities are great, the kids really enjoyed themselves. We only stayed one night but I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy them more. Overall a good experience. Security at the gate is excellent, I felt so safe.
The local fast food places are a bit far out. There is a nice restaurant nearby but your kfc, McDonald's etc for the kids is a bit far and the roads with the construction that they are doing aren't that great. But the unit we stayed in is equipped very well for self catering and also has a lovely braai area.
The bunk bed in the second room is very comfortable but needs a railing at the top.

The apartment was neat and the place was tranquil. The host was attentive and friendly. A pleasure to deal with.
I loved the idea of having so many useful and fun amenities within the resort. It seemed safe and the unit had everything we required for our 3 night stay.
I did not like that the unit was not properly cleaned. Some things were dusty and some beddings had stains.
I also did not like that there was no one to guide us at the game center or at the reception in the game center. The pools were not cleaned either.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026An absolute gem of a place! The apartment is gorgeous with a lovely private patio, and the beach is just a short walk away. The host was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Five stars all around—can't wait to come back!

Small apartment,no counter space In the kitchen. No dining table inside which made it difficult to eat when it was cold and rainy outside. The couch had a stale smell. I'm sure it could do with a deep clean.

The facility itself was very comfortable and accommodating, perfect for a small family or small group of friends.
A few minutes walk and you're on the beach
The pool and slides cater for adults and kids and was a hit.
Nice to see there's activities for all ages
Overall it was a great holiday retreat
Had some minor technical glitches which was communicated to owner, other than that everything was good

The pool was not cleaned so was unable to use it. But the apartment itself was great.

The connection of the wifi in the villa number D4 was a disaster. We wanted to watch the comrades marathon on tv but couldn't because either the tv is not connecting or the property wifi is not connecting. We had to switch over to our wifi so we could watch the tv, only to find that their remote batteries were flat. We had to drive at 19h00 for 5km to go buy batteries only to watch tv for a few minutes then boom again it jammed. When we tried to call the owner, he didn't want to talk to us, but only watsapp, and it was not helping. We ended up giving up and not watching tv for the rest of our vacation.
The bed was not comfortable at all. The furniture was old, especially in the lounge. Blue bedding with brown towels is not so good for a vacation. I wish they could put white only.
Well, as for my hubby and I, we will never go back to that place again ever. That was the worst vacation we have ever had.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026I enjoyed my stay with my family. Tyler assisted me with my queries even though it was in his personal time. Cleaning staff is friendly. Many activities to keep busy. Towels , air freshner ,hand wash and dish washing soap provided and shower gel just bring your scrubber. Its a thoughtful place.
I didn't like that there was a huge washing machine and tumbler dryer in the kitchen/dining room that takes up space but you not allowed to use it. The walk to the beach seems long and uphill when you going back tonthe apartment. Suggest use a car if you have alot to carry
The resort facilities were easily accessible, and outside areas were well kept and neat. And the owner of the unit did send a welcome pack of info that was convenient.
TV remotes weren't working
Found a balloon in the bed and the general cleanliness was not up to scratch. laundry appliances were in very hard to miss spots, but not available for use.

The place was quiet and peaceful.
The beach is a long walk, and unfortunately the unit we stayed in did not have the sporting equipment, therefore we where unable to use all the facilities which was very disappointing, please enquire about this before your arrival. The gate leading to the beach needs to be upgraded/repaired for security reasons.

Everything was perfect
I liked that it was in a great location and there was lots of things for kids and families to do in the beach club and around.
The tv was not working. The host offered to come and fix it the next day however no one showed up. I also requested a baby cot however it was not setup. There was one in the cupboard but it was very very dusty. There were also two lights that were not working

It was a little dusty when we arrived but the overall place was clean. The pool in the resort was also not clean so we could not swim that weak but the overall vibe of the p;ace was amazing
Everything in the unit was immaculate. Host was 10/10 . Open communication at every level and was very accommodating.

Check in über eine Stunde zu spät. Schimmel im Bad. Plastik im Pool. Ventilator sehr laut. Rückerstattung wurde wegen zu spätem Check in versprochen aber nicht gegeben.
The entertainment is on another level, we enjoy our stay there even though we stayed for just a short time.

The apartment was dirty and was not cleaned.
There is no aircon and the fans don't help with the heat. The prepaid electricity box kept beeping for some reason.
I stayed on a lower floor so I heard all the noises of those on the floor above me.
The parking spaces are ridiculously tight.
There was dead cochroaches around the apartment.
The iron supplied did not work.
The entertainment area was outdated and overused. The property needs to maintain their facilities.
I booked the room because of the bunk bed in the pictures, but when I got to the room, there was no bunk beds.

When we made our booking with Tyler, he was initially very accommodating, which we appreciated. However, during our stay, we encountered a serious issue — the gas ran out while we were in the middle of cooking dinner. Despite reaching out promptly, it took over 3 hours to get a response, and the reply we received was disappointing: we were told that his family was more important than our issue.
Due to this lack of support and the inconvenience it caused, we decided to leave after just one night, even though we had booked two. Additionally, an unpleasant smell, which made the stay even less comfortable.
Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations
