Beach PentHouse A25 Sandcastles

We loved everything about this place. The room and the hotel were both great, and the hosts were the highlight. They were super attentive, communicative, and responsive to anything we needed. We had a small water heater issue during our stay and they fixed it quickly, and even offered us another room to shower in while it was being sorted. That kind of care goes a long way. The location is excellent, right by the ocean. You get a pass for the beach, which is absolutely beautiful, and you can spend the whole day there. There is a restaurant on site where we had breakfast almost every morning, plus plenty more to eat and do all around with lots of entertainment nearby. The staff and front desk were friendly and welcoming from start to finish. We would love to come back.

The only hiccup was that the room was a little warm when we first arrived, since the AC had not been running beforehand. Once it had been on for a little while it cooled right down and everything was comfortable. A minor thing in an otherwise great stay.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about, I would definitely recommend, and I also would stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at Sandcastle Resort in Ocho Rios. From the moment we arrived, the front desk check-in was smooth, friendly, and very welcoming. The host was extremely helpful and made sure we were fully set up—explaining all the switches, confirming the A/C and hot water were working perfectly, and ensuring the Wi-Fi was connected without any issues. The property itself is beautiful, but the rooftop was absolutely breathtaking and quickly became one of our favorite spots. The outdoor shower was also a standout feature and added such a relaxing, tropical touch to the experience. Overall, everything exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ocho Rios.

The unit was older style, from the 80's so don't expect modern. It is great location, shops, dining everything within walking distance. And yes the beach too. The unit has a small kitchen, enough for a loving couple to cook together, but if you arnt, let it be one at a time in the kitchen, it's tight. Otherwise, great stay. No elevator, so if you have an issue with stairs this may not be for you. Very good stay overall.

No tv in living room was told it was broken. Also on the site it says sea view there was no seaview only part swimming pool.

The place was beautiful and clean! I liked that someone met us, took us to our place then showed us around! The door code was then sent to us by the owner before that person left! The person made sure we were able to get in and out before they left! The only minor downfall was that there was no WiFi upstairs so we had to be downstairs to use the internet on phones, iPads or watch tv! Other than that…. Amazing!

I like it all, except for the minor internet issue we were having.

The balcony with a shower was amazing. You can also see the view.

The set up was nice no garbage bags or extra linen and Or toiletries

The location was brilliant with access to the beach, and mostly ALL the locations with attractions in arms reach. Restraint and bar is on site so you can practically stay there and never leave. There is a security gate for the compound as well.

Close to the pool/bar you and you can hear the music in your sleep.

Convenient location, easy beach access

Location could not be better, it was right in the middle of everything. The apartment was super clean and we loved the spiral staircase to the upper level - and using rooftop shower was spectacular under the stars ;-)

The resort was a little noisy with music playing late into the night - seems this is normal in Ocho Rios, even on week nights. The front door had trouble opening all the way.

Location was great.

Outdoor bathroom and the upstairs bathroom. Pictures needed to be up to date. Indoor bathroom was extremely tiny.

The location was perfect, my stay was wonderful.
