I didn't like the apartment the place need painting . The furniture needs replacing. The property Manger is inoring you when you leave messages . Your unable t to go to the beach beach 8.30. I would recommend no to go to this apartment. When there's a problem the property Manger is not helpful.

Private, quiet, peaceful, relaxing center of everything and everywhere in Ocho Rio's city.

It was hard finding options for breakfast. The restairant on property could have a room service option, even at an additional fee.

Sodden mat outside so walked in muddy footprints Tub chairs and sofa need replacing they are stained tired and worn. Only a partial Seaview...there are trees and fencing that block the view, which is no good for a ground floor apartment. The place although aesthetically decent, it seems like a rushed unfinished make over, broken light switches, lights and lampshades have rust/ grease spores, skirting boards need replacing, the kitchenette bedroom and living area could do with a painting, intermittent Internet connection. Little TV in the living room that constantly lost connection with the internet, a huge TV in the bedroom that didn't work. Ants in the kitchen upon arrival.

The HOST! JUNOR or whatever his name is. He doesn't know how to deal with customers. The internet was not working. He connected us to another room's wifi and said he would be back the next day to try and get our room internet connected. Which he did not. However, the wifi he connected us to was on n off. It wasn't stable. Nex issue, the ac was leaking. I had to set the pots to ketch water, not even at my home I don't do that. The nex day someone came to look at it. The living area was flooded. I came back to the whole floor flooded. Requested someone to dry the place and change the sheets being that I was staying there with my family for almost a week. No one showed up. I called I went to the front desk they call him n no show up. No one came. I had to get towel to dry the place. When I called him b4 drying up he told me over and over he had sent someone, which he didn't. I was there waiting from mins to 4. 7pm still no one. He told them at the front desk he would come himself. At 10pm I called again he said he had sent someone he didn't know what was happening. He offered to buy a mop to give me to clean but it take him roughly half n hour. . So I would basically be cleaning around 12 am. Smh. This man going to tell me that he will give me a free day on my next time booking there. Like seriously. Anyways the next day I was still seeking assistance from the persons whom work there they said there's nothing they can do because he is the one who is responsible for that section of the property. At this point Junor had stop answering my calls and he didn't even call to check if everything was sorted out. Mind u I could have slip n fall. I was there from Tuesday July 7th to Saturday July 11th. No one offered an upgraded room. Mind u I had 2 reservations there. On Saturday mins before checking out that's when a lady came with clean towels.

One evening l was resting in the chair, builders were in the apartment next door drilling and srartled me. That should have been done during the day not at night when you are having quite moments.

Great location! I would definitely stay there again.

The Wi-Fi does not work, and the baseboard areas need to be repainted.

I was given E29 room wasn’t very clean and alot of cobwebs. I called for housekeeper 3 times , someone answered but only came once to drop off towels and said she will return the next day to clean which she never came . I was here for 2 weeks and housekeeping never check on us, I had to do the housekeeping myself and buy toiletries. There was renovation going on next door day and night was so annoying with the banning and tile cutting. This horrible service will not use this resort again

Really nice

The beach was very close and absolutely lovely. The small restaurant served some deliciously traditional food. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The brochure said there were a spa on site however, it was only a facial & massaged spa. I was quite disappointed as I was expecting a steam or sauna room.

self catering I liked the easy access to local amenities and the beach. The environment was tidy and clean. The staff were happy to help and was very friendly. Thanks Wayne for you help with getting me a kettle and with sorting out the shower head in C5 the relax environment was good.

Having to leave and not being able to extend my stay in C5

Very comfortable, housekeeping was excellent, felt at home

Didn't like the fact that I wasn't able to watch a great movie in the comfort of the bedroom I had to be in the living watching from the living room television

Easy access to Beach. The outdoor on the ground floor.

The code lock on the door. The ironing facility. The kitchen need a make over.

I enjoyed the easy access to the beach and how close shops, stores and the restaurants that were in walking distance. I liked the customer service the Host provided, which they were readily available when we notified them and immediately addressed our maintenance concerns.

Trying to get a hold of house keeping was a bit challenging. It was disturbing that the hotel front desk staff declined to provide us guest with assistance, due to renting separately with the Airbnb. I wasn't too happy with my unit flooding and my belongings getting damped.

The location was was a plus

The air conditioning needs cleaning also where was molds in the kitchen cupboard as a result of leaking from the apartment above

Accommodations were great. Clean, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing. Well appointed and equipped.

Host was not very accommodating. Communication was very poor. Unresponsive. We were kept waiting for access to the room. Car was hit in the parking lot.

It’s nice clean just like the shows in the photo the upkeep of the property and the suite was very nice and cozy felt like home

I love the restaurant and the food was great and the location The restaurant on site is awesome

Lovely experience The rooms were clean and welcoming. Location was perfect.

However, the loud music on the beach in the night was unbearable.
