Nossa experiência na acomodação Multigen foi fantástica. O apto é amplo, limpo, com todas as facilidades dentro e muito bem localizado. Os proprietários sao maravilhosos. Tudo o que precisar, pode contar com eles.

Nada a reclamar.

- Big, clean, good wifi, good bed, big bathroom, good kitchen with everything you need, good tv with a lot of channels. - Walking distance from the port and no need to climb hills to reach the place. Quiet and safe neighborhood. - Friendly and helpful owner, he makes sure you feel comfortable. - Good power outlets and convenient Amazon Alexa for some tasks. - Close to the city center where you can take mini buses to Soufriere and Rodney Bay.

- A bit noisy at night but it wasn't a big deal. - Given it's next to the owner's house it may affect privacy for some. - Payment process would have been easier directly with Booking but it worked with Stripe (with a commission).

You could not find any better host in Saint Lucia. Bradley is very knowledgable, friendly and helpfull.

Logement bien équipé, dans un quartier au calme et proche du centre ville de Castries pour accéder à pied aux bus et au marché . Rosemond a été très accueillant et fait tout pour que vous profitiez au maximum de votre séjour.

Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber - sehr hilfsbereit- man hat sich sehr gut um mich gekümmert und Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet ! super Lage zur Fähre - ich wurde ganz zeitig in der Früh zur Fähre gebracht - ich bekam vom Gastgeber ganz viele Infos fürs Essens-Lokale u Strand!

Spacieux, comfortable

Centrally located apartment close to minibuses for exploring the island. It's close to the port and airport too, no need of taking the outrageously expensive city taxis if you don't mind a short walk. A/C works perfectly fine and the washing machine is a bonus too.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, komplett ausgestattete Küche, zentrale Lage, alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen, sehr gute Tips für öffentliche Busse zu Ausflügen.

Sehr groß, Ausstattung der Küche perfekt mit allem, was man braucht. Vermieter ist super-freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er brachte uns sogar ganz früh am Morgen zur Fähre. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

L'environnement extérieur du logement

De ontvangst en het contact voor en tijdens de reis waren top. Utirus houdt goed contact en geeft veel informatie. De Castriesmarkt, het centrum, de supermarkt (ca. 8 minuten) en Vigiebeach zijn op loopafstand (ca 15 min). Ook kun je makkelijk per local bus gaan (goedkoopste reismethode). De locale bevolking is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij misten de mogelijkheden in de avond, dus overdag moet je boodschappen doen om in de avond je eten te bereiden, restaurants kun je enkel met bus of taxi bereiken (in Castries is alles gesloten in de avond). Deze plaats is wel perfect om te starten om dit eiland te leren kennen. De 2e week zijn wij naar Rodney Bay gegaan, waar alles wel veel duurder is dan Castries, maar wel restaurants die tot laat open zijn. De accomodatie is rustig gelegen, dus geen lawaai, prima geslapen. Het hotel dat we erna hadden was erg gehorig, we misten de rust van dit appartement!

Voor de prijs is dit een heel compleet appartement. De afwerking is misschien niet zo gelikt als bij een hotel, maar het is schoon en netjes, dus perfect voor ons. Het bed was iets te stevig voor mij, maar mijn partner sliep heerlijk.

Le quartier est très calme, nous avons bien dormi. Situé dans la capitale, nous étions proches de toutes les commodités. C'était très propre, il y avait tous les équipements électroménagers dont nous aurions pu avoir besoin. L'hôte a vraiment pensé à tout. Il est très disponible, à l'écoute, nous pouvions communiquer à tout moment.

The apartment is clean and functional, as well as well-equipped and furnished. Located a short walk from the port area, supermarket, and central market, where there are good options for local food and souvenirs. The service from the owners was excellent.

The hospitality, kindness, customer-centricity, welcoming nature of both Rosemond and Sharice. We were treated like family by this nice couple. The utmost service oriented couple we've ever met in Rosemond and Sharice. And they made our short stay one that is now in the most memorable part of our travels. Don't look any further. This is the place to stay when in St Lucia.

Great place to stay comfortably whether you’re here on business or just exploring Castries. Wonderful location — within walking distance to the city market, business centers, and shops. Vigie Beach is also nearby. The apartment is clean and comfortable, but the best part is the warm, friendly, and very helpful hosts. I’m really glad I chose this place and grateful for the entire stay!

Great location in a quiet residential setting a short walk from Castries centre, Vigie beach and also within reasonable distance to the ferry terminal. The apartment is nice, modern and spacious with a reception area that leads onto the kitchen and bathroom, with the bedroom down at the end. Excellent air-conditioning in the bedroom that can be activated by Alexa as well as a TV with a host of different channels. Big shout out to Rosemund for all his help and advice for the local area, not to mention the lift to the ferry terminal when I was running late on the morning of my departure. Highly recommended.

Very clean and comfortable property, perfect location in the heart of the city, I enjoyed my stay

This place is in a great location in Castries for those who want to explore St Lucia. Short walk from the bus terminal with buses going north and south. Short walk to ferry terminal also. The apartment was a lot bigger than photos. Great kitchen and bathroom, bed was super comfy. Air con was great. The host was awesome. Super friendly and very helpful with information and what to do and see. Gave some great food recommendations. Host and family live next door - they have a gorgeous friendly dog who likes to say hello. Overall great stay for those looking to explore the island.

There some construction going on but that’s the same all over St Lucia it seems and didn’t impact our stay.

Our stay at this place was truly unforgettable, thanks to Rosemond and his amazing hospitality. Even before we arrived, we were in constant contact, with Rosemond helping us find rental cars and ensuring everything was set for our stay. He welcomed us with a personal tour of the place, showing us around and offering great insights into the local attractions. His recommendations for places to visit were spot-on! One of the highlights of our trip was how Rosemond went above and beyond to help us. Even at 6am, he was already up and ready to drive us, ensuring we made it to the ferry on time. The level of hospitality was truly outstanding. The place itself was spotlessly clean and offered a wide range of amenities, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Saint Lucia. It’s a gem, just like the people hosting it, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Great Property. About 12 minutes walk to the castries market. The airport is nearby. Friendly couple . Both are really nice. I only stayed for 1 night.i would stay here again 100%. Big mama's is about a 6 minute walk away from the Property if u want to grab beer or food, and not walk too far, and also away from the market area, it can get alittle wild and interesting during the day and more at night. At big mamas , I met some cool welcoming locals there after I encountered some weirdo . Locals at Big Mama's told me to be careful. Cool people, they offered me free beer. Property felt like home. Nice size when u walk inside. clean, ac works perfect, clean towels that smelled good, bed was somewhat comfy..i have no complaints. thanks to the couple that hosted me. Gave me a ride to the airport too. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Also, their little puppy is really friendly.

The flat is spacious and fully equipped. It corresponds 100 per cent to the pictures on the website and all technical equipment and facilities work perfectly. The location is central. It is only a few minutes' walk to a supermarket and restaurants. The town centre is also within walking distance. We were very impressed by the hospitality of the whole family. Utirus and Sherice gave us such a friendly welcome as if we had known each other for a long time. Their two children also greeted and entertained us with a cheerful naturalness. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We are both around 70 years old and have been travelling individually for years, changing accommodation every few days. Meeting this family and the two nights we spent at their apartment were among the highlights of our trip through the Antilles this year.

Rosemond and Sherice were fantastic hosts and were incredibly welcoming. The apartment itself was large and impeccably clean with some nice details such as colored LED lights below the bed and in the kitchen. The AC worked great, but I also enjoyed leaving the windows open for a nice breeze and listening to the rain :) Rosemond set me up with a car rental and was extremely helpful with a ton of recommendations for things to do, places to see, local products to try, etc. He really went out of his way to share the island with me. While I appreciated having a car to get to dive sites and other towns, the apartment is centrally located and easy walking distance to a beach, the cruise port, and the central market. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe both in the apartment and in Castries in general. I can’t recommend this stay highly enough- I would love to come back for longer!

Nothing! Everything was perfect

Me and my partners stay at multigen, was exceptional and memorable. Our host, Mr. Rosemond, did a wonderful job in keeping us as comfortable as possible, a home away from home. He made sure to help us in any queries we may have, he was also able to book us a photoshoot at the beach done professionally by "Puzzle Pro Photography". Safe to say this trip was amazing and will for sure be returning again soon.

If I had to say, one minor issue that we encountered at our stay was the bed size. Me and my partner being relatively big, we had a bit of an issue getting comfortable in bed during our stay, but overall the service and place were amazing.

As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe here. The apartment is conveniently located, just a short distance from the city center and the mosque. Rosemond is incredibly reliable and always available to assist with anything you may need—you can count on him! The beach is just a 20-minute walk away, as is the beachside supermarket. Alternatively, within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants, small boutiques, and supermarkets, as well as a museum. The airport is also not far, making this location incredibly convenient. There’s also an adorable and super fluffy little dog named Chase who will happily keep you company—take a moment to give him some cuddles. The apartment is spotlessly clean and modern, with stylish LED lights on the bed and in the kitchen that add a nice touch. Excellent overall! One of the highlights is that you can also pay via Stripe. I chose to pay by card since it was difficult for me to exchange currency, and there were no issues at all. It’s completely trustworthy, and you can even pay in advance without worry. Note: Be cautious with your phone—avoid walking around with it in your hand. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen, but the locals were very kind and helped me stop the thief. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, don’t

Rosemond was so helpful in arranging my transportation to and from the airport. He also drove me to get dinner the first night and took me to the grocery store. He gave me good recommendations on places to eat and assisted me with the local buses. The room was clean and spacious and had air conditioning. I would definitely come back.

Such an amazing and helpful host. The property is walking distance to the market and local restaurants. Photos do not do justice as the property is much bigger: very well equipped and roomy kitchen, good shower, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Communication was great from the moment we booked the place and the host went up and beyond to help with everything. My phone got stolen (while walking around the city) and the host did all one possibly could to help me find it and he miraculously found it, and put us back on track of enjoying the beautiful island. All was great

For travelers this is a perfect spot as the location is quiet but the centre is walkable. I am Dutch so I could use a bike (not for beginners). Rosemond and his wife are super hosts (as are the kids). The apartment is adjacent to their house but very quiet and well equiped. Rosemond had a simcard for me and EU sockets. The area is very quiet also but you are part of the local life. Much recommended as price quality is ok. Visit the local market, stock up with coconut water and have super meals their. Travelers paradise. With the bike Vigie beach is within reach but Rosemond can also bring you. I came in with a late ferry and I recommend a pick up from Rosemond.

For me it was perfect.

Fabulous host and apartment. What a delight meeting Utirus. It's worth staying here just to meet him and his family. He has a genuine interest in his guests and will look after your every concern. We talked on all matter of subjects and I learnt a lot about Saint Lucia's history and customs. Great communication with Utirus in the lead up and very clear instructions on the ins and outs in the apartment on arrival. Easily the most affordable accommodation locally. The apartment has everything you need; fully self contained. Good air con, Netflix, comfy bed and pillows and a great shower. It's a 10 minute walk into the heart of Castries and a short walk to the large Massey supermarket.. Safe, interesting neighbourhood. Five minute drive to the Castries airport. But as always, the best establishments have the best owner/managers and here Utirus excels. Advice on what to do, good conversation and a top stay is guaranteed. Thanks for taking me to the airport and offering to do it for free.

I had an excellent stay in this accommodation! The location is ideal, close to everything you might need. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host is very friendly, offers great advice, and will take the time to help you. I recommend this place for a pleasant, relaxing, and fun stay.

My husband Meguel and I, We loved the location, A+++++ It's in walking distance to the town .. the supermarket.. the bus stations if you need to head up north.. the market for some fruits and veggies etc.. the multiple access to stores.. food places.. It's really the "lip of the city". The owner, FLEX ROSEMOND, is very hospitable, kind, informative, generous, and quite helpful. He introduced us to some exciting flavors of seamoss, which was very interesting.. some great places to dine for exquisite tasty foods.. the pigeon island sites.. the cinema, beaches and some tasty boneless roti downtown.. The accommodation was exceptional.. It's spacious, neat, clean, and we felt like this was our actual home away from home.. Ask about his shuttle service.. he got you covered. We would definitely recommend everyone coming to St. Lucia for vacation to MULTIGEN: LIP OF THE CITY ESCAPE. Make those reservations, guys. You won't regret it. #Cruising Altitude 💙

Love the location of this place it was handy for me because it was close to the ferry port to other islands and close to the local airport. The owner kindly arranged transport. The place was bigger than I expected and super comfy, with all good tech and a great shower. Highly recommend this place!

Flex was a most amazing host. He agreed to pick us up from airport and even got food for us since we were arriving late. Very thoughtful, courteous and helpful person. He dropped us off next day to airport again and was there for any query. I wish such friends are there everywhere you travel.

The place has everything you would need in a house and convenient. The place was clean and nicely kept.Not far from town and that's a plus.

Only thing is the room needs an AC unit well. But overall the place is great. Will recommend it a 100 times.
