Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Was really cold so the electric blankets helped👍🏿. Host is great at comms, responds quickly. Location is secure and quiet. Home is exactly as in pictures. WiFi is super fast. Host sent cleaner to tidy up and refresh the rooms on our second day which was nice.
Wardrobes could do with a few more hangers. Helpful note: The home uses round plug sockets on the walls. Check to ensure you have the right adapter as you book home.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026It was very clean ..everything you see on the picture its what you get ..I also liked they have gas stove and even when electricity is off you can cook ..you can bath ...it has bigger rooms..The staff is so friendly and when you call they are very fast to assist..its like Heaven

The location of the property looked dodgy, very unhelpful of the property and booking.com on a refund as my safety was compromised at this property. I did not stay at the property for said reason and booking.com and Comfort in Glen Austin took my money even though I did not utilize the property. Pathetic and disappointing.

They must get a generator for emergencies like Thursday on arrival there was no power untill the morning . The lady cleaner can't understand English clearly Cleaning/ housekeeping was not so good I am not impressed,. I wish they put a shower in main bedroom also I wish the toilet was separate to the bathroom incase where Daddy needs the toilet and the daughter child is bathing.

They should fix the plugs so they don't trip all the time you need to cook also they must check the house before renting out. Some things were not working .the owner must check the house keeping
