2ndhomes peri extra 200€ vakuus maksun vielä bookingin varausmaksun päälle. Vakuus maksusta ei ollut mitään mainintaa ennenkun oli kirjauduttava 2ndhomesin omille sivuille sisäänkirjautumista varten ja avainten nouto ohjeita varten. 2ndhomesin omat sivut jumiituivat siinä vaiheessa, kun avainten nouto ohjeidennpiti olla saatavilla. Botti vastasi 2ndhomesin puhelin neuvonnasta ja sen avulla mikään asia ei edennyt. Ei tullut takaisin soittoa, vaikka sitä pyysin, eikä 2ndhomesin omat sivut majoittumis ohjeista auennut koko lomamme aikana. Oli täysin sattumaa, että saimme avaimet toisen 2ndhomesin asiakkaan ystävällisellä avustuksella. Toiselle asiakkaalle oli nimittäin annettu joku muu puhelin numero,josta sitten viimein saatiin ihka oikea ihminen vastaamaan!!!! 2ndhomes vastasi kyllä aktiivisesti viesteihin,kun annoin palautetta ja kehitys kohteita. Jos siis haluaa jännitystä elämään, niin voin suositella, muuten en. Ei missään nimessä ollut "helppo"kokemus avainten noudosta toiseltapuolen kaupinkia...

Die Lage war top, super Anbindung an den öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Nähe zum Bahnhof, Stadtmitte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage.

Die Sauna ging nicht. Die Matratzen war ziemlich weich.

Sehr schlechte Kommunikation. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage keine rechtzeitige Angabe des erforderlichen Keycodes. Erst nach telefonischer Rücksprache vor der Schlüsselbox stehend diesen erhalten. Auch keine Antwort auf Nachfragen zur Abreise erhalten. Sehr schade

Sauna et emplacement

Procedure check in Support ne répondant pas sur booking et par mail Odeur salle de bain Seulement 4 lits Récupération des clés à l’opposé par rapport à la gare Intimité chambre proche de l’entre Verrous de la porte d’entrée casser La moitié des éclairages ne fonctionnait pas Aucun produit de nécessité à disposition (1 rouleau de papier toilette, pas de café/thé) Draps et canapé non propres (tache, miettes et saleté) Cuvette des toilettes cassé Poubelle non vidé Je devais recevoir des informations concernant la récupération des clés du logement 24h avant la sauf que le lien du check-in ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai contacté le service plusieurs fois sans réponse. J’ai finalement eu une personnes qui m’a répondu au téléphone et qui m’a dit qu’elle m’enverrai le lien, mais 1h après je n’avais rien reçu. J’ai du rappeler le numéro et j’ai finalement eu le lien. Après un processus interminable qui m’a demandé un nombre affolant d’ informations personnelles comme photo ID, numéro ID, adresse etc…Ensuite on m’a demandé une caution de 200€ !

Inte lakan och handdukar till alla, ingen åtgärd trors samtal, och sedan fick vi inte tag i någon personal. Rätt dåligt städat, många lampor sönder. Hopplockat porslin. Nyckeln till bostaden hämtades långt från boendet.

Pas de canapés lit pour une 5 ème personne Pas d'état de lieux a l'arrivée et à la sortie alors qu'une caution est demandée . Pas de plats pour cuisiner au four. Pas de possibilité d'arriver plus tôt que 16h00 ou de déposer des bagages.

The keys did not work the second time we entered ed the apartment. I was stuck outside with two kids and no hotline they gave us was contactable. I was then forced to use my own measures to pick the lock. Customer service was horrible. No one called me and my children were panicking.

Not much to like. Even though we requested early arrival keys were not available. Had to go and have coffee at the Fazer on the corner.

Great location, close to the station, port, as well as restaurants and shops.

The interior exterior door was still removed and placed against the wall with the mirror. There was no carpet in the shower room, you could slip on the wet tiles.

Location was very good - close to train station, metro and tram all very close. Also close to museums and galleries, and other cultural/historical sites and harbourfront. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Good sized apartment.

Had to go to a totally different address around 10-15 minutes walk away to access the keys...not really handy and not clear on booking, only apparent after booking. Inside front door of apartment not fitted properly/broken. There was a TV on site which did work, but no remote worked so had to manage with the manual controls on the back of the TV - response from owners on this was slow and not not satisfactory.

Spacious, clean had all the facilities we needed. Excellent location.

Took a while to sort out TV as batteries in remote controls were flat. One of the lamps didn’t work - I guess the light bulb had gone.

Great location in the city centre and very large apartment. Clean.

It's quite annoying to have to get the keys at another place instead of at the apartment. Walking distance, but after a long trip and walking with a lot of luggage it's unpleasant. Some details are forgotten such as tea towels and a cleaning cloth at the sink. The smell in the apartment and of the bed linen is a little bit musty. Finally we had requested a children's cot and this was not present.

Det var midt i sentrum, pen leilighet med masse sjarm, det var heis rett utfor døra, noe som var bra da vi hadde en del bagasje, vi tok sauna 2 ganger, og det var fantastisk! Husk å sette saunaen på en stund før, tok litt tid før det ble varmt. Vi parkerte utfor døra i noen minutter for å bære inn bagasje, så fantes det en parkeringstunnel litt bortfor, når vi kom ut av tunnelen var leiligheten rett ved siden av. Det var veldig høvelig. Kostet 20 euro for parkering, vi sto dær fra onsdags kvell til fredags morgen. Veldig fin opplevelse å få bo i en sjarmerende leilighet midt i sentrum.

At det ikke var air condition eller vifter i leiligheten, det ble veldig varmt dær inne og det var vanskelig å få sove. Det var ikke godt vasket på toalettene, og det kunne vært litt bedre vasket på gulv + at det var en del støv, noe som er ganske forståelig mtp. At leiligheten ligger midt i sentrum.

This is a very comfortable two bedroom apartment in a superb location. Metro, trams and supermarket on the doorstep. Central Railway Station just 5 minutes walk. A stone's throw to e.g the Lutheran Cathedral and Senate Square. Those places not within walking distance are easily accessed by tram or metro. Excellent to have two bathrooms. Apartment block very quiet.

Blocked drain in en-suite shower room (reported but not rectified while we were there). The range of kitchen utensils a bit haphazard / dated. Lighting not the best.

It was very large and very central. Well connected. There was a supermarket, the metro and trams just outside your doorstep.

Some of the lights weren't working especially in the kitchen. There was an entertainment system as well that wasn't useable, which was a shame. Also, getting the keys were a bit complicated.

Excellent location within walking distance of metro, trams, central train station and a supermarket. Really snug and dry when the temperatures were below zero.

No tea towels, hand towels or bath mats, however this was fixed promptly when we contacted the host. Bin in second bathroom was still full of rubbish which hadn’t been emptied by the previous guests or checked as part of the cleaning fee. Dishwasher It would have been nice to have some condiments (salt, pepper) and cooking oil rather than having to buy them. The place could do with some decluttering. Couldn’t find some of the light switches, maybe some lights are not working. These are all minor points - the location and warmth are the big positives.

Sauna, good sized apartment in a central location. Close to public transport.

Apartment was not to the standard we had expected. Blind in second bedroom didn't close, many of the lights didn't work, hob extractor fan didn't work, a kitchen cupboard didn't have a door, the front (inner) door was broken and sitting against the wall. Basic items such as a sponge to wash dishes, coffee machine filters, salt and pepper were not available. We raised these with the host, who said they'd look into it but then didn't reply again or fix. A bond was requested, which we hadn't expected. They key also has to be picked up from another property, which we didn't realise when booking. It wasn't too far away, but not overly convenient when you've got luggage.

The property was easy to find, convenient for public transportation, and close to major landmarks. The sauna inside the bathroom was fantastic!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION :) I really don't think you can be better located in Helsinki. This apartment was close to everything. I really recommend this apartment. It is very spacious, clean and convenient. Sauna makes all the difference:)

The location was fabulous and it was nice and spacious. We enjoyed having two bathrooms!

Two single beds are very small. Not enough towels.

Great location, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, and it has everything you need for living. It has a pleasant university vibe. The only downside worth mentioning is the lack of thorough cleaning, as the floors were dirty, but this is more of an issue with the cleaning staff.

Apartment is full stuff and some parts are dusty. There were also things that were broken and still in the apartment- lamp shade for example. Door jamb to toilet was broken as is second door on the entrance. Many light bulbs need replacement.

Too many things and broken door of main entrance.

The location was excellent just a few meters from the Central Railway station, the tram, bus stations and all major sites were within 15-20 minutes walk. The house was spacious especially the living room, main bedroom with a huge bathroom and sauna. The second bedroom and bathroom were very small. Beds in the main bedroom were comfy, adequate storage. Single beds in the second bedroom very small for a tall adult

1. Getting the keys. The address given was wrong, we had to call them and walk a few blocks. The formalities took time which racked up a lot of money on the cab fare 2. Cleanliness - SInce we were 3 of us the second single bed in the second room was unmade which is ok but it had a dirty blood stain on the mattress. The shelves in the bathroom were dirty 3. Adequate number of towels and hand towels were given only after a lot of follow up, despite the fact we were booked for a week. But they apologized and did not charge us for a 2 hour late check out 4. There is no parking nearby. We had rented a car for a few days and they gave us a parking slot for a fee but it was 15 minutes walk. 5. No instructions to use the sauna 6. Cutlery, crockery especially glasses were inadequate for 3 people, most were probable broken so we didnt get 3 glasses of one type. 7. There was only 1 light working under the kitchen cabinets , 3 were fused and no body bothered to replace them

Fantastic location Comfortable and clean

Comfortable apartment in a fabulous location - a few minutes walk from everything, including the train station, shopping centre, waterfront, Senate Square. Quiet and spacious with good showers. Lovely to have Finnish designer homewares in kitchen.

The after hours check.in instructions were not clear. I had to first pick up the key at one location (not clear which door to use) then go to the property (not clear how to open the street door - instructions talked about various buzzers but actually just had to use door key). I had the after hours emergency contact number from the property (be sure to get this) and the person helped me work it out. The iron and various lights in the apartment didn't work, but the washing machine was good (use google translate to work out which setting to use). These issues were minor - overall a great stay and would stay again.

The apartment could not be more convenient for everything we wanted to do within Helsinki. It had all home comforts with a well equipped kitchen. The biggest bonus of all with it being an apartment in the city centre external noise is virtually non existent Any enquiries made to the property was responded to very quickly before and during our visit I can only highly recommend this property and will look forward to staying again in the future
