Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Instruction to collect the keys at letter demands the security deposit first before the pass code is give. The message for the security deposit came upon arrival. Booking.com should have inform of this requirement and not wait till I have arrived and ready to check-in. Also the payment mode should be specified. The owner at first insisted to have the security deposit before giving me the pass code. He later relented and gave the pass code. Later I placed the security deposit via his QR code. I wasted a lot of time trying to get the code to the keys and missed my appointment!

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Firstly, the WIFI, SMARTTV, and the PROJECTOR really makes my son very excited. Then the rooms although 2nd and 3rd room no AirCon but the FAN is powerful. The best are the Shelter Car park, water HOT/Cold dispenser and Washing Machine plus Dryer are the plus points and my WIFE told me "we can consider to come AGAIN". we will likely to come to Seremban again and we look forward to booking this place again. Hopefully, the owner can give me a PROMO CODE for a better rate $$
I think the toilet needed a thorough cleaning as I notice some area with a fungal growth due to damp conditions. Beside that no further comments. KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB :)

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025This homestay is superb 😍 the cleanest one, with complete home equipment such as water filter, dryer, washing machine. My family really loves it, and also it is worth every penny you spent. One more, the guards are really friendly and helpful.
Just one thing, my kids felt sad due to their rooms not having air-conditioners. So they slept in the living room because it had one, but then they're happy because they can watch Netflix 😊

Reviewed Nov 3, 2024House is spacious as per the photo provided and smells good. Got three bedrooms, all with queen size beds. Kitchen got coway, fridge and microwave. Perfect for a group of friends/ family to stay. Overall, it was a great stay only with little inconveniences
Both toilets are big and clean overall, just the drainhole cover in master bedroom is quite dirty A tiny inconvenience was the only mirror available were in the bathrooms, so we had to crowd the bathrooms to get ready. Another one is the lack of table/any structure in the bedrooms to put our stuffs.
