Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The room quality exceeded my expectation. I was looking only for a bed overnight but ended up really enjoying my stay. The lobby was also well designed for guest to do bit of work while eating their breakfast from grab. The proximity to the Aeon mall also made it easy to go to and from a mall that has everything. But most impressive was the staff. I would really applaud Michelle Michael who made our stay so good with her initiative to go beyond and above to ask us and help us on every need we have. I was even impressed by how she took the initiative to return us an item we left behind.
Nothing much considering it as a boutique hotel.

no restaurant so had to arrange breakfast outside I paid at the hotel for a second room for my son, price was half for the same period of what it cost me on the web site when i booked from Australia, would have been nice to be charged at the same rate i was for the second room RM 750 approx vs the RM 1160 over the website . no pool but that is ok as i knew that.

No fridge in rooms and I have to pay extra money for fridge, guys fridge is mandatory its not something I should pay for , its like I have to pay to put a bed in the room so this was a little bit strange. Plus no one is still put curtains in bathrooms instead of door.

The room is old ( the furniture and room conditions was not as what posted in the booking com which looked clean fresh and bright). So we weee dissapointed when we entered and saw the room condition. It looked clean but was not feel clean if you know what I meant. But anyway we only stop at Seremban for a night so is still a ok choice if the price match your budget
