The facilities, the staff and their behaviour, the location, everything was good. The whole experience was good. It's very near to the airport, so connectivity is top notch.

Maybe it's located too close to an airport that has army bases. Sometimes sounds can be a bit problematic but this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

This was my first time ever in a Zostel and I loved staying in it. The staff and the host were way too Frank and helpful. I will never forget these 2 days and most importantly Runa and Joy and there 8 beautiful puppies are the most beautiful, lovable and unforgettable. The evening talks and common area games are the most beautiful moments I will cherish. Thank you so much for giving us these unforgettable moments and I will surely come back to this place and will enjoy the same.

The only thing whoch i didnt like in my dorm was the lights, there was just one warm light in the room Which made it look a little dark in the days but i think this can be managed as you get a lamp beside your beds

The stay was very disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. There were too many mosquitoes in the dorm, making it impossible to sleep properly. The toilets were also not clean or properly maintained, which reflects poor hygiene standards. After we complained about the condition of the dorm, we were shifted to another dorm room, but surprisingly that room did not even have a fan. Instead of solving the issue, it created more inconvenience. Basic facilities like cleanliness, proper ventilation, and mosquito control are expected at any stay. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and poorly managed. Definitely not value for money.

Was a great zostel experience. great restaurant, music, bar ambience, front lawns, open spaces, nice hostess, fun loving friendly people except for one stray incident..

i reached the zostel very early in the morning around 5am . . my train arrived early. they put me up to stay in a games TV common room till i got my room. at 9 am. I had a very unpleasant experience with a very annoyed american guest who was sleeping in the common room because his 4 roommates were snoring. I was snoring too and he was hopping mad... not my fault, he should have been sleeping in his designated room. But because there was no security or awake reception, did'nt know if this agitated guy was on drugs i just kept my distance and kept quiet. I would have felt better if Zostel did rounds and did'nt allow people sleeping in the common room.

The room design was good..

The Tv never worked even after repeated requests..the get the room cleaned we had to request 5 times (smart not keeping a phone in the room to call reception) , at night the bathroom ran out of water and had to go down to get the toilet flushed.. Then at 8 they woke up us to check up bathroom from the night before.. Were super prompt about us checking out right at 10. There's a stench of piss in the room.. The bathroom was big and nice There's loud music outside and generally drunk young people around.. Will never stay here again. Much better options for the price of a private room.

Was in a great location, had an amazing bar below which was attached to the hostel which was good value for money. The place was clean and spacious and good value for money. Would definitely stay again

The room was big and comfortable, and the bed was comfortable too. It was clean and the shower was hot. The pool and common area were very nice, and the staff were helpful in getting us a ride to our bus

There was a lot of noise on our last evening to after past 1am, we think from an event hosted by the hostel and people from the hostel there. When we said it was past 1am, they didn’t quieten down or leave for another half hour.

Property ambience was good. The guard was friendly. He helped us with the rented scooter, parking and directions.

They didn’t help us with the luggage. They tried to give us a different room. AC was not cooling even at 16. Overall hospitality was just fine.

The room was spacious and the bed was big. The outdoor spaces were lovely. We were able to rent out a scooter last minute to see the old town.

The room looked and felt more like a hospital room. Despite being a private room, it still felt like a basic hostel room, minus the sharing with other people. One of the pillows had mould on it (underneath the cover). The bathroom was not clean and appliances were rusty. Shower barely worked. The restaurant next door where breakfast was served was well designed and had good ambience, but the food was not that great and the waiting times were very long - we only had a day in Jodhpur and then a drive back to Jaipur so we were trying to make the most of that time.

Rooms are spacious and well curated. Amazing bedding and lighting.

There was a live concert in the restaurant next door, so the music was quite loud until 11pm.

Cadre joli, eau gratuite, espaces communs agréables pour se reposer. Le personnel est aidant mais on sent que ce n’est pas sincère. La musique live lz soir au bar est très agréable.

Lorsque je suis arrivée, la prise de mon lit n’était pas fonctionnelle. J’ai donc dû dormir une nuit dans une autre chambre. La propreté pourrait être améliorée. La douche n’était pas propre, la planche des toilettes était vétuste, le miroir de la sdb était dans un état de crasse inexplicable. Beaucoup de poussières partout, même sur les échelles des lits des dortoirs. L’eau de la piscine était glacée et les transats complètement souillés. J’ai effectué le tour de la ville. J’ai demandé à rejoindre le groupe directement en centre ville, mais le guide m’a donné un mauvais point de rendez vous et il a ete tres fastidieux de retrouver le groupe était donné la mauvaise organisation. Pour le retour, il m’a demandé de payer moi même le transport, et finalement j’ai payé 560roupies ald 500roupies prévues initialement. Bref, j’ai trouvé la pratique assez moyenne… l’endroit manque cruellement d’authenticité et on sent que le personnel est avant tout là pr le business. C’est le seul endroit où je n’ai ps ressenti l’hospitalité indienne. De plus, le logement est relativement loin du centre ville et il n’y a pas grand chose autour…

Very good and different experience

Es war eine schöne Anlage, das zimmer war sauber und die Lage auch gut zum Flughafen auch in die Stadt war es nicht so weit.

Man wohnt mehr oder weniger mitten in einem Restaurant. Das sehr gut ist und lecker aber eher teuer im Vergleich zu indischen Preisen. Da es sich hier ja eher um ein Hostel handelt hat das nicht so dazu gepasst aber das ist kein Punkt warum ich nicht wieder kommen würde.

The room was very spacious and aesthetic. We had a lawn view room which made the stay even great. The bathroom was very spacious.

Everything was perfect. Staff, rooms and ambience were top notch!. Special mention to the two cute beagles, they are the cherry on top!

We stayed in both the queen room and the suite. The queen room was very spacious but the bathroom needed a deep clean of the shower area in particular. The suite was better and a great size, with a really comfy bed - though the room felt quite sparse and could do with a dining table / seating area. Staff were lovely and very helpful throughout - and had some lovely thoughtful touches for the Christmas period. They also put on some events like an evening bonfire from 10pm. We really liked the pool, and it’s a sun trap all day if you’re looking to top up your tan! Restaurant/bar was also good and we ate there a number of times throughout our stay - whole team working there were fab and deserve a shoutout!

As others have said it is very very noisy from the adjoining restaurant - in both rooms we had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones on every night. We also didn’t anticipate how much of the hostel grounds aren’t common areas but are public restaurants / cafes - so it doesn’t have a typical hostel/community feel. There is a lot of potential for the property, for example a whole empty rooftop (with incredible views!) that would be wonderful with some comfy seats.

El personal de recepción no fue muy amable. La habitación olía a cerrado, humedad, desagradable. La habitación estaba al lado del bar/restaurante donde hay música en directo casi pegada al cabezal de la cama. No es lugar para unas habitaciones. Descansar no es posible.

The room was large and clean and the staff very helpful There is live music (not everyday but I stayed on a Friday) and can be noisy when people go back to the room during the night while little drunk). Better suited for younger crowd or avoid the weekends). Overall very good for that price category

The reception staff is helpful, and they have two dogs on the property. WiFi is great.

We stayed in a deluxe private room, but the experience was quite disappointing. The floor had stains, and there was even a handprint on the wall. The washroom felt extremely unclean, not because it wasn’t cleaned, but because of how old and worn out everything was. We requested the reception to have it cleaned again, and they promptly did so, but some things just can’t be fixed in a day, like stained floors, peeled paint, a rusted basin, and a broken toilet seat. Overall, it just didn’t feel clean or comfortable to stay in.

A great little haven away from the noise of the city. A 1940’s building with modern additions. Staff were super friendly and helpful Pool. table football and other games are available in the quiet garden area, the swimming pool was so very welcome in the heat, had it to ourselves! Restaurant served reasonably priced sumptuous food with nightly entertainment. There is alcohol too if you want it. The rooms are great and a very good size we are in our 60’s and felt right at home so don’t be worried that it’s a ‘hostel’

The room was big but the bed was very small. There wasnt any proper space to place our luggage in the room. The place was so expensive but lacked the facilities to account for the price of the room. There is no proper parking space available.

The staff is excellent. Friendly and very helpful. I had an issue in my room which was swiftly and effectively sorted.

The food service tasted fine but always took too long (this might be because I visited off season)

I love this property, it’s so beautiful everywhere you look. The staff are friendly and helpful, the vibe is great. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. Definitely value for money. I highly recommend.

Parfait, ce lieu est magnifique l'ambiance est cosy et moderne à la fois. Le restaurant atenant délicieux et très bon rapport qualité prix !! Les concerts acoustiques tous les soirs sont magiques !! Je recommande vivement 👍👍👍👌
